All the guys here make this a great location! Everyone is friendly and easy to deal with. Not sure how their prices compare against other shops though because I tend to go to mechanics I actually know and trust. So even if it's a bit more I like to give them my business. My wife is a huge fan of them too. They have helped her out a couple times with something like putting on the spare tire for her when I was at work once and didn't charge her. Little things like that where they take time out of their busy schedules to help out a mom with her young kids with her when her husband isn't at home or available to take care of something simple like that...that's what makes the shop great. Customer treatment like that creates loyal return customers. You guys are all great!

Very good service and if they make a mistake they will be persistent to fix it for you.4/10/2024 As an update to this review, this brake Masters location was key in fixing a vital service mistake that I had received from another local mechanic in the area. They did an amazing job restoring my vehicle back to a usable state and ensuring that no further damage could happen.

Made appointment thinking this would save time while I waited for oil change. After 1. 1/2 hours I was told I was all set. Was a little surprised at the $90.00 bill but I drove home about a mile from shop, parked in my garage went inside for about 5 min. Went back outside notice big drops of oil up my dive way and sidewalk and under my parked car. I could see a steady stream of oil dripping from my car. Went back to brake masters they put it back on lift and told the plastic seal on most cars becomes brittle and that it had cracked so they were replacing it with a metal one at no charge. How nice of them. So I waited another 30 min total of 2 hours and 2 trips to correct a mistake that I found. I would think the work that is done would be checked out and oil dripping that bad would be pretty obvious. Can only imagine the nightmare and expense I would be looking at had I not noticed the oil leak immediately. No way would brake masters taken responsibility. I have owned quite a few cars and never had whatever seal they were talking about become brittle and crack. Pretty bad customer service for a $90.00 oil change

Brake Masters on 22nd & Harrison is getting the job done! Everything was top-notch. They got me in right away. Everyone I had contact with was professional and knowledgeable. The estimated time to finish the work was reasonable, but they got the work done in almost half the estimated time. Reasonably priced. The waiting area and bathrooms were spotless. Free wifi access. Just a superior experience across the board!

They started work on my car early- I called for an appointment that morning and had a 2;00 appointment. I checked in at 1:15. The job was done by 2:30 after they called with a concern they took care of! brake masters helped identify in full issues that were going on with my vehicle. they communicated well and had the car done exactly when they said they would. this is where i plan to take my car if i need any work moving forward!

I've been coming here for awhile. And I've always been pretty skeptical about going to shops, as I much prefer to do the work myself. But that aside, I've always had a wonderful experience here and always felt like I was treated with respect. They do not unnecessarily try to get you add services on, which I really appreciate, especially as a woman.One example in particular: I took my car to another shop and was quoted some 800 bucks for a brake replacement. I came here for a second opinion. When I told them the above information, they looked at my car and said that not only do I not need to have my brakes replaced, but when they do need work, they'd be able to do it for much much cheaper because of their resurfacing machine.They also almost always have coupons online. So check em out!

In the past on my '07 Frontier for many times had flushed systems/fluids exchanged, sometimes oil changed too. Great service at store#211.

Big Thanks to Ryan for getting my car in for an alignment so quickly. Handles great, I love the little extra bit of steering effort we added at my request. Feels really great. Abel handled everything exactly to my specs. I will gladly return and recommend this location in particularly to my friends.

Awesome job! Had front and rear brakes done, oil change and they also fixed my windshield washer. Been going here for 20 years. They are always very nice and professional! My car rides much better, no more shimmy when I brake. On a side note never ever go to Meineke!

I have been going to Brake Masters #211 for some years now and a few different vehicles . They all ways treat me well and they are very good with my cars and for the price you can't beat there service. One of the main reasons I take my car to break Masters is for the great oil change and the 100 point inspection in a very fast manor. I give them 5 stars and recommend them to every one.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I came in for the engine thermostat. They told me when I picked it up that the front end control arm bushings needed repair, that it was a safety issue. Not knowing a lot about cars, I was obviously very concerned considering I was driving to San Diego this weekend. They quoted me for $600-700. I called around, got the same quote. Finally found a mechanic who would do it for $300. They looked at it (and even had me come out to look at it) and there s absolutely nothing wrong with the bushings. I will never take my car here again

I was hesitant, nothing unresolved or unreasonable on bbb, I took a chance with an alignment and a/c recharge fingers crossed! They gave me a quote I agreed then I went to pick up car and was quoted a totally different price, it was cheaper they gave me a coupon for my service! Now that s the kind of service and surprise I like. No bs just a good experience and service they have earned my business!Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

We took our Jeep in to investigate a weird noise. Over $600 later, we picked up our Jeep and the noise was still there. Even worse, it broke down the next day! Also the free AC check is not really free and now our AC isn t working either.

I used to come to this Brake Masters for many years. They did a great job maintaining my old SUV. Once my SUV died for good I bought a new vehicle and didn't need their services like before. My vehicle is no longer new and I came back. Luis the store manager and his crew were great. They took care of my car. They took pictures of what needs to be taken care of. Sent us an invoice. There was no pressure just information. I will be coming back to this Brake Masters.Service: Oil change

We were in Tucson on vacation when our rear brakes started making noise. Even though they were short on staff, and we did not have an appointment, this shop had our brakes replaced for a reasonable cost in less than four hours. The staff was polite and caring. The shop was clean and tidy. Based on our experience, I would recommend this shop.Service: Brakes

Dropped in and they helped me right away remove locking lug nuts that the key would not fit because the dealership damaged during tire rotations. They also performed a complimentary vehicle inspection and identified a couple of items needing service soon. I had them also polish the headlight lenses which were badly fogged over. Very happy with the great service at a reasonable price!Services: Tire rotations, Auto detailing

I ve used this Brake Masters for over 15 years and won t go anywhere else. They are trustworthy and reliable and so quality work. Be aware! The front desk person stated diagnostic would not be charged if the problem was the warranteed part. The manager forced me to pay in order to get my car.The "diagnostic" on the paperwork was incredibly minimal, yet the charge was levied. Took my Acura in to have the brakes checked for possible soft pedal issues. The mechanics thoroughly checked the vehicle out, which included a test drive. They concluded the brakes were in proper working condition with many more years of life, however needed clean brake fluid. I want to thank the employees for being honest and not charging me hundreds of dollars for brakes I don't need at the moment.Services: Brakes, Oil change

My ignition went out it took until 2:30 and they were able to get it done the same day plus an oil change. Have been using this location since 2006.
