Very honest crew. Just got new tires at Discount and brought over my car for an alignment. I was expecting to spend approx $140 for the alignment. After they test drove it and put it up in the bay and hooked it up...they told me no alignment was needed so I paid nothing. They could have easily made something up to charge me.

Very friendly and courteous. Just went in for break check. They had to keep car a few hours but let me know they were fine and didn t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Trustworthy!

had car in for an oil change and they put the wrong plug in and oil leaked all over our driveway and is completely stained2 days ago had our car in for safety check which included battery test. Next day my wife was stranded because the car wouldn t start never going back

My experience is that I am always taken care of when I go to the Tanque Verde location! Mike James is wonderful and if he s not there, whoever is helping me he s also wonderful. I was greatly impressed with their prompt, efficient and friendly service. A special thank you to Mike who was most helpful. They said it would take from an hour to an hour and a half and in fact finished the job in less than 40 minutes. I recently bought Corbeau A4 Seats for my Corvette and needed them installed. After calling several places in Tucson and being turned down, I contacted this Brake Masters and they were willing to look at the seats and see what they could do. They took me in on a what looked like a busy day for them, and set to work. At first, the seats wouldn't fit properly, but instead of them being like "f it", and sending me home so to speak, they formed a plan and worked out a solution that worked in the end. Everything turned out great and hey were professional, nice, and worked hard. I 100% recommend them.

I took my car in with concerns about the break system. They gave me a free break check and told me everything was good and informed me about my tire issues. They were very polite and punctual. They were flexible when I was unable to pick up my vehicle before they closed. I will 100% go there again if I have any more car problems. Highly recommendService: Brakes

They do a good job and are friendly. The guy at the front even applied a coupon for me which gave a nice discount.The only thing I wish they could have sent a text when they were done with my car. The knew I was in a bit of a hurry and did great at getting it done quickly apparently. However, they said they tried calling for me to pick it up but I never received the call and no voicemail or missed calls showing on my phone. They did call 15 minutes before they were closing and that call came through just fine but I was already on my way to get it knowing they were closing soon. If it had been done sitting there waiting for me why not send a text or even an email to let me know? Other than that though they are great and always do a good job so I will continue to get my oil changed there.Service: Oil change

I had steering flush; brake flush, and front brake pads replaced with rotors turned, all on a ten year old Wrangler. Mike is the consummate shop manager - friendly, honest, communicative. I got a fair quote (with applied online coupons) that beat the Jeep dealer by hundreds and beat competitors by about $20-30. Best of all, my early morning appointment ran on time and finished within schedule. There was also WiFi and comfy chairs where I could work during the two hour wait. I really love taking my car to Brake Masters whenever I need to check my car. They're able to schedule quickly and always correctly diagnose problems and fix at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anyone needing car repairs in Tucson!

The staff was friendly and efficient. The place I used to go to for oil changes oftentimes tried to upsell me and took over and hour to complete an oil change. BrakeMasters was the complete opposite! My oil change was done with 25 minutes and they did not try to sell me anything additional. I am beyond pleased!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I tried to get an appointment with my dealership to check my cruise control and the earliest available appointment was the end of July (it's May 10th today) I called this Break Masters and got an appointment in 2 days. They ran a diagnostic test, found the problem (faulty cruise control switch), ordered the part that day. It was delivered late the next day, yesterday, and the called me this morning to see if I could bring in my car today for the repair. I scheduled the appointment for tomorrow morning. This has been wonderful customer service, unfortunately I can't seem to get the same quality service at the dealership where I purchased the car. Thank you Break Masters!

I have a brand new F150 raptor pick up truck. I brought it in for an oil change as the dealers were backed up and it was time to get it done. I was a little sketchy as I was not at the dealership I ve been here before, and everything went fine. The service was great and he found some thing seeping from the front right axle shaft that Forde had failed to point out to me when they had done a warranty repair. Very happy with the price and service oil changes are pretty simple but I have heard many nightmare stories about oil change failures leaks etc thanks brake masters for getting it right

This place is great! They take you in and get you out same day. You can trust they'll do the job right, come here numerous times, mechanics are top notch, managers are very professional and knowledgeable. I won't go any where else.

My air conditioner when out last week in 111 degree heat here in Tucson !! I called Mike at Brake Masters and he got me in the next day!!! He had it fixed before 5 pm! I highly recommend them!

I receive amazingly great service from Mike as well as his service people. Mike is always fair, always pleasant and always polite. There are other service stations closer to my home, but Mike is the only one I will go to. He has integrity!! Esinesias (wrong spelling) took great care of me. Had a scheduled oil change that took about an hour. They had my car in the garage after 20 minutes. Prices are reasonable. $100 for O20 synthetic and a cabin air filter. Everyone was nice. :)

Walked in expecting to replace my brakes after the dealer told me they were dangerously low at 3%. Brake Masters told me that was not the case and that I may need to come back in a year. The mechanic even came out of the bay to explain what he saw when driving and looking at my car. I will be back for brakes when it s time and for other needed repairs in the future. $0 for them to give me this news.Service: Brakes

My first experience with these folks, had an alignment. I found the staff friendly, courteous and professional and the alignment waiting time estimate right on. Price was fair. Also, they pointed out a transmission leak and though they don't do transmission work they called another shop and confirmed it could be done there when I asked for.a referral. I'll be using Brake Masters for my car service needs going forward. Obviously I was very pleased with this first transaction.

I needed new struts, shocks and breaks. I called around for quotes and this location gave me the best price and in fact completed the job in just a few hours. My truck now runs great! I'll return to this shop for all future repairs, oil changes and other auto maintenance. Rick (the Store Manager) and his staff at this shop are all great! I now send all my family and friends to this shop.
