Very honest and reliable. Went in for an alignment and oil change. Did the oil change but said couldn't do alignment. I had just had an accident day before, wheels wouldn't even turn. My mechanic got me on the road but scary steering.The fellas at this Brake Masters could have just did whatever and taken my money, then make excuses, but instead told me Exactly what still needed to be fixed and my mechanic is working on that now.I appreciate the Total Honesty

They did a good and wonderful job took their time looked at everything And they did my brakes Thank you for all your hard work Brake Master. I've been working with Daniel Zepeda for over 30 years. Whenever I had a need I would go to whichever store he was working. Since his absence, my air conditioning needed recharging and new brakes were also needed. I reluctantly went to #105 where Fernando Carrillo was managing. When he checked my history and saw decades of work done on dozens of my cars, he immediately took care of my situation efficiently and timely. Although Daniel is still my go to person, Fernando is an excellent manager who I will continue to work with in Daniel's absence.

I came here to get my front brakes replaced and my brake fluid flushed. The front shop manager was extremely kind and answered all of my questions. He was patient and never made me feel inferior for not knowing anything about cars. Highly recommend this place!!

The auto mechanics are slow and there's always a wait. Seems as though the lead mechanic is always talking to the other mechanics keeping them from completing simple oil change in a timely manner.

I came in to brake master Scooters Oracle Rd., North Oracle Rd., Tucson 10 days ago for break in front end job it was $6000. I got home and the nuts were left off of all the steering and crossbars I went back and they told me they couldn t do nothing about it That s a very dangerous they put my life in jeopardy

Our family has many medical needs and we depend on our car. The people at Brake Master were more than helpful at diagnosing our cars problem. They were very very nice and so knowledgeable. He explained everything so I could understand it. They had the correct parts needed and finished the repairs in no time at all. I trust them to keep our car running and safe.

Daniel is simply the best. He s able to tell you exactly what is wrong and how much it ll be. I never have to worry about any extras and I ve taken my car to a lot of places. This is an honest place to take your car to. Amazing! Called over 10 places for an emergency wheel alignment and they squeezed me in and fixed my alignment. great customer service Daniel the store manager and his coworkers were very friendly, informative and helpful. 5 stars! I took my car in for an oil change. I was supposed to also get a free tire rotation, but found after I got home at the tires had not been rotated. I drove back and they promptly rotated them, but it took an extra trip for me. They also told me I needed a new air filter, so I bought another one. As I was trying to unscrew the housing, the technicians had torqued down the screws so tight that I broke two of them trying to get them off. Although the staff was very courteous, I'm very disappointed with the service I received.

Went in for wheel alignment. They were very busy but still completed my service in an hour. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was less than I had been quoted elsewhere and they even gave me a discount! I will be back for service at this shop. I can t see a reason for going anywhere else!

Brake masters #105 was very professional and friendly.I took my car there for a oil change and they discovered that my shocks were leaking. I had them replaced. I had brake work done at another Brake Masters in another town while I was traveling through AZ. The previous shop did not bleed my brakes properly and one of the pads was not seated all the way. This location got me in immediately and warrantied the work and got us back on out trip in about an hour! Thanks guys!! Appreciate the help, when it wasn t your mistake.

Fast business, but my oil light came on almost 2000 miles early, and I often smell oil while driving. Now I need to scramble to get my oil done over a month and a half - two months early because they just did not do a great job. I used a coupon that included an oil filter but I'm pretty sure they never replaced it. On top of that, my fiance went a week or so before I did and got charged less than me even with the same coupon AND he was charged for extra oil. How was my oil change more expensive when they told me I didn't need anything extra? Overall extremely disappointed with the service.

The front end of my Subaru Outback was making noise above 50Mph. After balancing and rotating the tires, the problem was still there, so I brought the car to Brake Masters for diagnosis. My brakes were 99 percent worn! They did all 4 brakes and replaced lower control arms for a reasonable price. The car now handles much better, and the front end vibration is gone. Teresa was fabulous! She took such good care of me and the other customers while we waited. She not only ran the office but was also running diagnostics, swapping out parts and batteries etc. She was the heart of that service center. I'll definitely e back because of her!

My 1st time at brake masters on Oracle n Prince. A lot of times when I need to get my car serviced I start thinking about how much I m going to get ripped off for a service that my vehicle doesn t really need. At Brake Masters that wasn t the case. I was told I did not need my vehicle serviced.They were honest and saved me money. Will definitely be going back whenever I feel my vehicles need servicing.Service: Wheel alignment

Worst experience. Beware of getting a phone quote to get you in the shop. I was charged three times more the quoted amount. There is no set fees schedule. The coupons are misleading.The appointment was at 8:00 am, they finished at 11:45 am. Not sure why they offer appointments.During my visit, there were three customers that had to returned to the shop to address issues on the services provided a few days before.Shop cleanliness needs improvement; TV was not working, a few chairs were ripped, etc.Services: Brakes, Oil change
