I took my car to the bmw service center for a simple oil change. I have a wrap on my vehicle (basically a vinyl sheet that changes the color of the car and protects the paint). Upon arrival I was greeted by the service manager (head of the department) who would be handling the car check in etc. The service center manager mentioned to me he liked the color of my car and asked if it was wrapped, to which I then proceeded to say yes. After going over the details of when the car would be ready and before my i signed, the manager asked him if he wanted the car washed after the oil change. I asked if it was a machine wash, and when the manager said it was, I informed him that it would scratch the wrap and not to wash the car with the machine. The manager said that he would make a note of it and that it wouldn t be washed. Fast forward to pick up, the car was of course sent through the machine and now has multiple scratches and swirls in the wrap. Unfortunately since car wraps are basically large vinyl sheets, you can t just fix scratches and chips on a wrap without completely replacing it. I informed the desk worker of the service center what had happened since the manager went home for the day. The worker profusely apologized and wrote down on the service notes that were printed out and signed by my I VEHICLE WAS WASHED AND IT HAS SCRATCHES INWRAP AND (manager name) TO HANDLE DAMAGE ON 1/30/2024. Which I have written proof to them admitting what happened. Additionally the worker said the manager also called him to apologize saying he completely forgot to not wash it. Fast forward to 1/30, the manager refused to answer my calls but finally would email me and asked me to get a quote to fix the wrap. I spent forever getting a quote and was able to get a quote to replace the wrap for $4,500. After sending the quote to the manager, the manager responded back saying they compared the original pictures they took BEFORE service to the ones I took and tried to claim the damage was all previously there and the machine caused no damage, which is a blatantly obviously lie based on the new scratches, chips, and swirls. Additionally, when I picked the car up, random rubber/cloth pieces were hanging out of my tail light and hood? Not sure what those were from. The manager offered to refund the cost of the oil change/tire rotation which was only slightly below $600 to put towards the cost of my new wrap . I informed them that they d need to cover the entire cost as they said they would handle damages. They said they wouldn t based on the pictures and consulted with a professional that said the machine wouldn t scratch a wrap . I then took the car by today to meet with the service manager and the general manager. The general manager barely glanced at the car, didn t look at where I was pointing out all of the scratches and said that a machine wouldn t do that and that they had previous pictures. Appointment was at 9am and I had to wait until close to 9:30 to even speak with him for a total of 4 minutes in which I was informed that the scratches were already there, and he ll talk to a wrap professional (pushing fixing this off again) and work out something with me but wouldn t cover the full cost of the damages or I can proceed with a lawsuit then ended the conversation. Extremely disappointed with the service I received here despite having in writing that they would handle damage days ago. If you don t want your car damaged after a simple service/oil change I d make the drive elsewhere.

Tyson helped me out and was very nice, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Every issue with my vehicle which I needed to get handled was resolved satisfactorily, and after some further diagnostics done upon my request, estimates were given to me in order to have some other minor issues handled in the future. The facilities were all very nice and clean as well which is always refreshing when you decide to wait on location for the duration of your vehicle's work. Speaking of refreshing, they also have complimentary coffee, tea, water, and ice cream. Also, I'm just a young guy living paycheck to paycheck at the moment, and the cost of the work I had done was surprisingly affordable. I will very likely be back in the near future to get the rest of that work done.

My most recent visit, for routine service on my BMW, was - like previous visits - an excellent experience. The work was performed quickly and competently. And my service advisor Jayme is the BEST: friendly, personable, helpful and a great communicator. Highly recommended!

Our service advisor, Katelyn, was very attentive in addressing our concerns with our BMW. From the moment I arrived to drop off our vehicle she was very friendly, respectful and ready to assist with relaying issues to their service techs. Additionally, she had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting to ensure I was ready to return back to work without further delays. Her daily progress updates were greatly appreciated and the teams ability to resolve the apparent issues with our BMW.

Had another great experience at BMW of Tucson. With Tyson's expertise my vehicle is safely back on the road with no issues. He mention Chris the mechanic had incountered some hidden problem that needed tending to. Tyson was great at delivering the details and explaining the seriousness of the work that needed to be done and the upfront cost to do it. Tyson was understanding of my finances and helped me to come to a decision that best suited me, he was not pushy. Over all I'm happy with the service dept returning my car back to me in a timely manner. Loved that the service manager Ryan came over to say hello and see were I stood in line and if there anything he could help me with. Thank you team BMW.

Bought a set of 4 tires in September, had a nail in my tire from the beautiful Tucson roads. I made 1 call they found my year Hazard Road warranty, replaced my tire with no appointment needed. Extremely happy for the quick replacement. It only costs the labor fee, which was about 70 dollars.

I made an appointment to have tires and alignment done on my M2 Competition. Scheduling process was very easy. Upon my arrival I was greeted by my service manager Jessica who was very thoughtful and remembered what work was performed on my car on my prior visit. The waiting area was very clean. Service was prompt and my car was delivered back to me very clean.

My service experience at BMW of Tucson was exceptional....mostly because of the amazing care and attention of my Service Writer...Jayme. She was friendly and welcoming. She listened and ensured that all my concerns were noted and attended to. She kept me fully informed during the repair process. She is what made this service experience exceptional. She should be training and leading the service writer group.

Katelyn was my service representative. She has been my service representative for over 5 years. I am always happy with her coordination and scheduling of my service. Her friendly greeting upon arrival and quickly getting me checked in for service is special. She keeps me updated on service and time to pick up my vehicle. After service she provides a thorough explanation of service and cost. She is very knowledgeable and very competent and enjoys her job. She builds good customer relations. She is an excellent service representative and a credit to BMW Tucson overall operations.

The Service Manager tries hard but in the end, I had a very disappointing experience, again. After discussing it many times with the Service Manager that I needed to leave no later than 1030 for a medical appointment, I had to find someone at 10:40 to remind them that I was late. The Service Manager tried to make up for the mishap and waved my service, but I have serious trust issues with the service department. 2 months prior, I had the brakes checked for loud squealing. I was told the brakes were fine and probably just had dust on them. 2 months later, I was told that I needed to get new brakes within the next month. Since the brakes continued to squeal with no change, I do not believe they ever looked at my brakes!!! How am I supposed to TRUST the service department again? Ice cream in the waiting room doesn't make up for it!!!UPDATED: After the GM asked me to call him, he convinced me to bring the car in and had a loaner ready for me. The Service Manager made sure that the inspection and work was thorough and they made things right . Thank you

If it were not for Jessica who is my service advisor I would not bring my BMW X1 to the Tucson location. She is the best example of going the extra mile anytime I have brought my car in for maintenance and service. We purchased our lease vehicle at your location and purchased the extended warranty as well. I will not go anywhere else unless Jessica goes to a different location. Jayme was very attentive and welcoming. Explained everything to me. The facilities for waiting were very comfortable and well lit. I enjoyed the chai latte. The car was sparkly clean after the complimentary cleaning. I had previously had service performed by a mechanic in Green Valley and find I have more confidence in an "everything is ok" from your technicians, making it worth the trip. Thank you.

I called early for the use of a loaner car during the time my car was being serviced. As a result, I got the loaner and was able to handle my personal business during that time. The reception at the service desk by Kathlyn was superb, polite and complete. She was training a new member of the service desk and it was apparent she was fully qualified to do thst training. My car was serviced fully and completely. I can not say enough good things about this service desk team.

BMW Tucson has always done Outstanding work on my BMW 2013 X5 35d , I brought over from England in 2016. The only drawback would be maintenance hourly charges , BMW parts are expensive as expected for a German car, but Labor cost are high ( personal view). Overall, Excellent work, service and personnel at BMW Tucson are always friendly and knowledgeable.If anyone owns a BMW , do not take your vehicle anywhere else.

My Service Advisor Jessica was very helpful and made sure all of my service was up to date.When I called in to make the appointment I had requested to speak with an Advisor and person I spoke to assured me one would contact me. I never received a call. This was the third occurrence.My wife and I have always received exceptional service at BMW of Tucson but, the third party call center is lacking.

Jessica helped me shortly after my arrival. I was texted a video of the inspection of my vehicle, which looked very thorough. The wait was reasonable, and when they called me to take my car, it was vacuumed and washed.

Despite the fact that it is rare for a BMW dealership to have my Michilin tires in stock. But those poorly made Parelli are always available. Happen to get a flat while driving thru AZ. The service manager Ryan was great. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and assertive. Ryan Acknowledged my sense of urgency to get back on the road for my business travel and had me out of there in less than 2 hours. He was great and deserves to be in a leadership role. He didn t hand me off to an advisor. He took ownership and saved the day. Leaders should lead by example and set the standard. Ryan exceeded my expectations. That s what I expect from BMW, Ryan represents the best of the BMW brand

Every time I get my car serviced it is a great experience. Due to having to work on a Saturday a loaner car was available to me. I didn t have to worry about my service being overdo which made getting my service done on time less stressful for me. Thank you BMW of Tucson for giving the extra customer service.

With my i3 there is remarkably little to visit the dealership for. It's great to know that, when the occasional service is required, the pros at BMW of Tucson will handle it promptly and professionally. Everyone is unfailingly cheerful and responsive.

I took my car in for a double front airbag replacement (recall). They didn't even bother to check the airbag light, reset it, and or tell me what was triggering it. Idk if it just has to be reset or if there's another issue. I called to let them know and the promised to review the work order and call me back with a time to return for service. Never got a call back. Two stars cuz they did a visual inspection on my car for free.... eventhough that's pretty standard.
