I took my car here for a simple oil change. I have a wrap on my vehicle (basically a vinyl sheet that changes the color of the car and protects the paint). Upon arrival I was greeted by the service manager (head of the department) who would be handling the car check in etc. The service center manager mentioned to me he liked the color of my car and asked if it was wrapped, to which I then proceeded to say yes. After going over the details of when the car would be ready and before my i signed, the manager asked him if he wanted the car washed after the oil change. I asked if it was a machine wash, and when the manager said it was, I informed him that it would scratch the wrap and not to wash the car with the machine. The manager said that he would make a note of it and that it wouldn t be washed. Fast forward to pick up, the car was of course sent through the machine and now has multiple scratches and swirls in the wrap. Unfortunately since car wraps are basically large vinyl sheets, you can t just fix scratches and chips on a wrap without completely replacing it. I informed the desk worker of the service center what had happened since the manager went home for the day. The worker profusely apologized and wrote down on the service notes that were printed out and signed by my I VEHICLE WAS WASHED AND IT HAS SCRATCHES INWRAP AND (manager name) TO HANDLE DAMAGE ON 1/30/2024. Which I have written proof to them admitting what happened. Additionally the worker said the manager also called him to apologize saying he completely forgot to not wash it. Fast forward to 1/30, the manager refused to answer my calls but finally would email me and asked me to get a quote to fix the wrap. I spent forever getting a quote and was able to get a quote to replace the wrap for $4,500. After sending the quote to the manager, the manager responded back saying they compared the original pictures they took BEFORE service to the ones I took and tried to claim the damage was all previously there and the machine caused no damage, which is a blatantly obviously lie based on the new scratches, chips, and swirls. Additionally, when I picked the car up, random rubber/cloth pieces were hanging out of my tail light and hood? Not sure what those were from. The manager offered to refund the cost of the oil change/tire rotation which was only slightly below $600 to put towards the cost of my new wrap . I informed them that they d need to cover the entire cost as they said they would handle damages. They said they wouldn t based on the pictures and consulted with a professional that said the machine wouldn t scratch a wrap . I then took the car by today to meet with the service manager and the general manager. The general manager barely glanced at the car, didn t look at where I was pointing out all of the scratches and said that a machine wouldn t do that and that they had previous pictures. Appointment was at 9am and I had to wait until close to 9:30 to even speak with him for a total of 4 minutes in which I was informed that the scratches were already there, and he ll talk to a wrap professional (pushing fixing this off again) and work out something with me but wouldn t cover the full cost of the damages or I can proceed with a lawsuit then ended the conversation. Extremely disappointed with the service I received here despite having in writing that they would handle damage days ago. If you don t want your car damaged after a simple service/oil change I d make the drive elsewhere.

The service I received is exactly why I will be a BMW fan for life. LOVE the video of the service technician showing me what he was looking at. LOVE that I could review and either accept or decline each line item on the estimate all from my phone. LOVE the beautiful loaner that made me want to update to a new BMW (brilliant move) and the service team were so nice and helpful. What more could you want? Overall amazing service! Patrick was very nice salesman and did a great job throughout the entire process. Other salesmen Isiah provided me great help when I returned to dealership a day following the car delivery to my home. Gordon the GM gave me great advice in telling me what my old 2008 BMW 535 was at a mechanic shop was worth without seeing it based on my honest description. I ended up selling my car to the mechanic who paid me what Gordon said he would likely give me on a trade. I would highly recommend Tucson BMW. Now I know why it is the top dealership in the Auto Nation network out of some 360 dealerships nationwide!

I have a long history with BMW, and the service for my car has always been great. What makes my experience even better are employees like Ryan and Mr. Vong. When I had a credit card issue, they helped me the best way they could. Awesome team!

As always, professional service. Katelyn, our Service Advisor is very knowledgeable, and took care of all of our needs. She found a discount for me on my oil change, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything we were doing with regard to the replacement of the windshield washer pump in my 428i. Ryan, the Service Department Manager also was there to help. I like the Personal Touch of getting your car washed after service.

Amazing service advisor Tyson. Very friendly and got my service done quickly. i was originally going to come back later for my BMW, but didn t end up having a second vehicle and the whole staff was very nice with my 3YO as we waited. Clean facilities and friendly staff makes me never want to go anywhere else. they won me over as a customer for life!

The absolute worse service I have ever received. There has not been a single time that I have taken my vehicle that there hasn't been issues and the staff is far from helpful. My husband has had that same experience at this location. I have been to 4 BMW's in various states (owned a BMW for 8 years now) and have never been so massively disappointed. Quite literally stood around for 30 minutes waiting for someone in the parts department to show up. I've called over 3 times for service with zero help. Taken my car in the morning for service and they never have it done in a reasonable hour. Just horrible. I can't wait to move and never have to go here again.

My service advisor Henry was fantastic. He was very thorough and attentive. Real customer service! When they were backed up due to a staffing shortage, he stepped up to make sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. We plan on returning for future service to Henry at BMW.

I love my job as a car transporter! Let me tell you about the fantastic experience I had picking up a car at this amazing car dealership. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly William, who went out of his way to assist me. He guided me straight to Gordon, who had all the car documents ready. And guess what? The car was already waiting for me in the parking lot!What really impressed me was the customer area. It's incredibly spacious and comfortable, with phone chargers for convenience. And the best part? They even have ice cream! Can you believe it? My experience working with them was absolutely delightful. If there are any more cars to transport, count me in! I would be more than happy to do it.

WOW!! The whole experience at BMW of Tucson was stellar. Juan helped us find our car.he didn't rush out which gave us a little space to look first- I really appreciated that. He is super knowledgeable and listened to what our wants and needs were.Juan is such nice guy, with no pressure, and easy going. He helped in getting what we needed for our trade in and worked with finance.I worked with Zane in finance, who was so nice and walked me through the process of the contract- which always feels overwhelming to me-but Zane made it not as stressful .Juan also was able to arrange for partner to get a ride home, since we had dogs that had not been out for a few hours.I am so glad we picked BMW of Tucson and were able to find what we love here .We are thrilled with our BMW X5 . Purchasing a car is a little stressful and can take time. But they made it easy.Everyone is so friendly and seems so down to earth .Thank you BMW Tucson !

***Update***While my experience with the service department has been nothing short of exceptional, I must note that my interactions with the sales department have not been as positive. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the sales department, as I found the management to be lacking in professionalism and customer serviceGratitude to Katelyn and Ryan for their hands down above and beyond communication and divine service. I am heard, seen and accommodated every time I come in. I will refer all my friends and families!.

Since I live in Phoenix, we were able to negotiate terms via email before I made the drive down. The entire experience with Rachel Lopez was great. After seeing all the dealer markups and below-market offers on my trade-in from BMW dealers in Phoenix, working with Rachel was a breath of fresh air. She was friendly and professional. The process and pricing were transparent the whole time with no markups or surprise fees. Absolutely worth the two-hour drive for a perfect experience with this dealership.

I took my vehicle in for a couple Recalls. Lorenzo, the Auto Tech was great in sending info (video) about my vehicles repair updates and what needs to be done. I also appreciate Ryan Lange (Manager) for his time and info about my vehicles repair and all as well, very friendly! Thank you both!(P.S. If you go, don't talk to Bryan though, he's not very friendly.).

We purchased our 2024 X5 from BMW Tucson while on a family road trip. It was a painless process and moved fairly quickly. We were promptly helped by Rachel Lopez and she was awesome. Not only was she knowledgeable of the model and it's features but also helped with the negotiations and getting all the rebates We qualified for. She's great and we highly recommend seeking her for help with your next vehicle! She stayed late and got in early to help us stay on schedule with our planned vacation activities. The finance department also helped explain things along the way and understood we didnt want everything they had to offer for packages and helped us get just what we wanted. Additionally they had to send us docs and work with getting us return labels for the title to the vehicle we traded in. Thank you!

I am extremely happy with the service I received at BMW of Tucson. I had a check engine light for a small evap leak come on. Jamie from BMW Tucson was extremely nice and courteous I was able to quickly find out that I have an extension warranty on my nvld and replaced it for me free of charge. They even washed my car, vacuumed, and treated me like a superstar client.

This was my first visit for service on my X7M50. The work needed was explained clearly, the service completed within the time frame provided and the vehicle was washed and vacuumed upon return. I was very pleased with the service staff and they kept me informed of progress during the visit.
