My husband and I had a great experience when coming Bill Luke Marana to purchase a car for our daughter. We were so pleased with the customer service not only by the best sales person we have ever had Frank Contreras but also the entire staff. The next week my other daughter and I came back and bought another car. Could not express what a great experience and team Bill Luke Marana has. Highly recommended

I got their VIP Package detail service and at $120 it's an amazing value. I was a bit skeptical considering all detail places charge $300+ for a full detail, but my car looks great! All the swirl marks on my paint are gone, wheel wells are cleaned, engine steam cleaned, and the inside is nice and shiny. Keep in mind that they only do details on Mondays and Tuesdays. And I didn't see an online system to make appointments, only phone. Keep in mind that it's not perfect, it was still a bit dirty behind the spokes of my wheels and some over spray of product here and there on the paint. But still, for paying less than half the price of everywhere else I'd highly recommend it.

I had a very good experience at Bill Luke Marana. Diana was very pleasant and courteous and great to deal with in sales. Chris in finance was also great. Chris was also available after the sale to answer quick questions.Overall a very good experience, communication (from pre-sale to after delivery) was exceptional and I would do business with them again in the future.

Great Service. Worked with Conrad on choosing a car and filling out all of the paper work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. Rocky handled the financing side. He was also very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Rocky worked tirelessly to get us a good interest rate.Overall, they both made the purchase fairly simple for us while they performed all of the foot work.I highly recommend Bill Luke's Marana dealership. This was by far the most pain-free car buying experience I have had. Andrew was very friendly and answered all of our questions which reinforced our decision. Wanted to shout out my bois Nick and Chris for all their help and excellent work ethic. Without them it wouldn t have been possible to get this whip ! They took it to another level of communication and drive to get my deal done ! They were extremely professional and continued to excel in informing me on every move they had to do to make sure i was 110% satisfied ! All the staff did amazing as well including all the finance workers and managers ! Shout out to Tim on being patient and going all out to make sure everything was going okay ! My original perspective on my car purchase process at bill like was pretty negative . I didn t believe I was receiving good service/communication on the finance end . Following that review I was contacted to discuss my perspective . I believe the conversation was logical and professional . I was happy to be given the communication I was looking for and it was consistent from then. I really appreciate that Chris took the time to have a more down to earth conversation . As a new car buyer I can only go by perspective . I have a lot of respect for how the complaint has been handled . As for my windshield I m still waiting BUT I have been 100% communicated with in the ways I need so I can now say I m a lot more comfortable with my purchase . They really did get me into a great vehicle . Thank you Noah in sales and Chris in finance for helping me receive the experience I was looking for .Update : Windshield Fixed quick and looks great, credit union is super easy to work through , car is in great shape . Sending one more thank you to the Bill Luke team . I will be recommending you in the future !

Had an amazing experience working with Dominic while car shopping with my father. My dad told him what he wanted to look at and Dominic delivered, he was very patient and friendly he answered all our questions. Rocky in finance was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I have purchased a vehicle from Bill Luke in the past and they never disappoint. Hands down best car shopping experience. I'm changing my rating to 1 star, since I did leave with a car. I should have known something was up with the service when Paul C. asked me to complete my experience rating before we had even signed paperwork. NOTE: He is only interested in getting the sale and the rating (that's fair, but make sure you handle everything you're supposed to). To start, I never received my paperwork, which was supposed to be digitally sent. When we were leaving the dealership, they did not setup the bow Paul C. asked if we wanted, and the alarm had not been installed. I was told Paul C. would contact me to schedule time for install, since they didn'tdo it. It never happened, so when I called to request my paperwork and remind them that he was supposed to call me to schedule the install, the gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. He offered to have the company come to my location for install and overnight the docs. I received the docs, but because Paul was handling the scheduling of the alarm, it still hasn't happened. Paul C. texts me and tells me to remind him to follow up. He said he would call the next day. Am I his secretary and getting paid for this?? I already paid them! So, of course he does not schedule the appointment or reach back out. A month later, still no contact or support. I reach out again and requested a refund. The response I received was, "Who is this?" I re-explained for the third time. It went silent and no support. I guess Paula's tactic is get the sale, don't follow through, and ignore the customers that help you with your commission. I could understand if I was rude or belligerent, but I did not treat him that way - I just wanted what I paid for. Now, I just want a refund.DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE! You get no perks, they don't detail/clean the vehicles, and once they get your money and you sign the paperwork it doesn't matter if they provide you everything you purchased. Plus, they charge you for the tint they put on, but as expected, it's already bubbling. They charge you without even asking if you want it. I've paid less for tint and a better job done.

After dealing with the worst car dealership ever and completely getting screwed over at the Quebedeaux dealership it was so nice to come to Bill Luke in Marana and not have someone just trying to get rid of a car and screw you over. Noah and Albert helped us get into this gorgeous truck at an amazing price with the best warranties! Also their prices are amazing here compared to anywhere else you will ever go. Noah and Albert made the entire process so smooth quick and easy!

Paul C was so helpful accommodating and kind to me and even considerate of my blind father. Kenneth is a decorated combat Vietnam war vet and it s always been his dream to have a mustang I have heard for years him talking about this car and Paul helped make that dream a reality. He was so good at describing features and test driving it with him for him to really get a feel for the car. Worked with him for his warranty worries so he can enjoy his golden years in style. Not many people put that much effort in with Kenneth. Thank you so much Paul for making a dream come true . The new finance guy also so helpful and really worked with us.

Unbelievable service it was my second car purchase of the month. My first purchase was with Carlos and he was excellent, very professional and knows his stuff. My second purchase was an even more impressive experience. Me and my wife went in looking for a Ford Explorer (that we had found online) expecting it to be there we got informed that it was in Phoenix, AZ. After test driving some alternatives we still wanted to see the explorer. Salesman Paul Church offered to pick up his own vehicle (which he did) and we loved it! Even after going above and beyond he gave us even more and was able to get us the car the very next day! We are super content with the experience and would recommend the dealership to friends and family.

I emailed about a specific vehicle before I made the hour drive to your dealership. I had asked for my specific financial numbers to be ran so I could have an accurate idea of the interest rate I would be getting and the overall price. I even turned down a different deal in Phoenix to come see the truck because I was given numbers that looked good.After I saw the truck, your salesman gave me a different set of numbers, much higher than what I was emailed. I told him so, and he talked to finance and gave me the story of the email just being an estimate, blah blah blah. We came to a deal, but I told myself if the numbers went up again I would walk. When I got to finance, the numbers went up yet again. I was very uncomfortable and told your finance department such, and he said the same thing the salesman said about the emailed numbers being an estimate (even though I had submitted a full credit application). I told him I couldn't go through with the deal, and his energy changed completely and he went to get a manager. The manager "adjusted" some numbers, but ultimately just extended the life of the loan to 84 months. I should have left without going through with the deal, but felt pressured into it and accepted.I accept responsibility for signing the loan, but I had not anticipated being pressured into a deal that ultimately left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The sales team was dishonest with their numbers and lured me to the dealership, and then tried to gaslight me into thinking I had read the emails wrong (even after I showed them the emailed numbers I received). The vehicle was also not cleaned very well, and came without floor mats. My salesman also walked me outside and left me with the truck without leaving me the keys or taking your sales cards out of the truck. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied.UPDATE: Rodney called me to discuss my experience with the dealership and see if there was anything he could do to help me feel better about the sale. He apologized for the sales team not providing me the accurate numbers. He offered to give me a couple free car washes, but I live an hour away from the dealership and declined.

I m so glad we came here! We searched their inventory online beforehand to see what cars we liked. Frank Contreras helped us and he was absolutely amazing. Very personable, patient, and honest. Took his time showing us all the cars we were interested in. I never felt pressured, only felt support. I ve never really had a great experience when buying a car but this place has changed the game. My husband & I will be recommending them to everyone.

As a car buyer, My experience left me disappointed and frustrated. I purchased a "new" car (5,000miles) from the Bill Luke Marana used car dealership, excited about the prospect of driving off with a reliable vehicle. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I realized that I wouldn't receive a second backup key.Here s why this situation was less than ideal:1. Lack of Preparedness: When you buy a "new" car, you expect the dealership to be well-prepared. Unfortunately, in my case, they failed to provide a second key. It s not like I was asking for something extravagant I simply wanted a basic expected necessity.2. Risk of Losing the Only Key: Having just one key is nerve-wracking. What if I misplace it? What if it gets stolen? Suddenly, my joy of owning a new car turned into anxiety about safeguarding that single key.3. Costly Replacement: The dealership s response? You can always get a replacement key later. But here s the catch: getting a replacement key is expensive. It involves specialized programming equipment, and the dealer charges a premium for it. Why should I pay extra for something that should have been included?4. Customer Service Letdown: When I raised my concern, the dealership s attitude was lackluster. They brushed it off as if it were a minor inconvenience. No apologies, no effort to rectify the situation just a dismissive response.In summary, my car-buying experience was marred by the absence of a second backup key. It s disappointing that a dealership, which prides itself on customer satisfaction, fell short in such a basic aspect. If you re considering buying from them, be aware of this potential pitfall. As for me, I ll be looking elsewhere for my next car purchase.

Edgar was great! Caring, understanding, knowledgeable. He definitely went above and beyond to help me out!! So much so, he came in on his only day off so I could take the night to think things over. I can t thank him enough for everything. Bobby G also went ABOVE and BEYOND to help this transaction as well. It s literally not even his job but he was the first person I saw when I walked in and he helped me from the first steps to the very end!! I can t thank them enough. Everyone from Bill Luke was really kind and IMO, went out of their ways to help me out. I definitely recommend Bill Luke but especially Edgar!!
