I'm glad I went to big O on silverbell. They were fast. The took great care in making sure everything was right. Took the time placing my spare underneath my truck even though it was giving them issues. They provided the same quality, Customer Care with everyone else. I was not the exception. Be confident with this place. They're good if you're looking for a great tire shop. They are the place to go to.

As a former mechanic, I rarely take my car to a shop since I do most of the work myself. For things I can t do at home I take my car to Big O on grant/silverbell. They ALWAYS do a great job along with the best prices in town. So far they have performed alignments, a/c recharge, tires and even a pressed hub bearing that I brought in off the car. These guys are a family owned shop that take pride in their business and most of all they can be trusted. Good shops are hard to find so when you find a good one like this your car and wallet will appreciate it.

Erik and Andrew always do the best work on my car! They re super friendly and helpful with suggestions I need. Always have my car out and ready to go in a timely manner no matter what I take it in for. Thank you guys for always helping me out!

Big O is the go-to place for tires in Tucson, absolutely. Professional, timely service and excellent service. The guys are fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have gone back and will continue to reach out the cool guys any time I, or my family, needs quality tires at a great price. Appreciate all you do guys, thank you.

I have been a customer with Big O for quite sometime and honestly almost went somewhere else, due to previous problems. I was referred to the Big O on Silverbell, having never been there I decided to give them one more try, I'm glad I did.I thought I needed 4 tires but it turned out I only needed 2Thanks to Andrew, he did not not try to oversell to me, and was honest about only needing 2!That was such a refreshing experience. The service was quick and staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I definitely will be going back, and recommend anyone who needs new tires or service to check out Big O on Silverbell, you won't be disappointed.

I recently needed to replace 4 tires and I tried BigO Tires because a friend recommended them . I am delighted I did. They were helpful, provided exceptional customer service and were a great value. I was in and out within 35 minutes. The tires are perfect and I recommend Big O to anyone who is in the market for new tires.

Came in on a Sunday and all 4 new tires @ a great price. Also the WHOLE staff there was friendly and helpful. I will be going back there in the future when it's needed.

Service Above and BeyondTop-notch customer service: The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand and answered all my questions patiently. Although the shop was busy, they were able to get my car in and out quickly without compromising quality. I appreciated their transparency about the wait time and kept me updated throughout the process.

I recently had my tires changed at their shop, and was pleasantly surprised by the promotional discount they offered - it fit perfectly within my budget. However, I encountered an issue on my way back home, as I lost three of my center caps. This could either be due to poor fitting during reassembly or simply because they were old and in poor condition. Although it's not a major concern for me, sourcing replacements for my older car model has proven to be somewhat challenging. Regardless, my overall experience was satisfactory. The staff demonstrated efficiency and were extremely helpful.

Everyone here is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. They have taken wonderful care of my tires on three different vehicles, including through a long series of nails and screws that were being intentionally placed in our parking lot at work. Their work is exceptional and they do their level best to take care of people as quickly as they can.

This is a family owned and operated shop. Erik and Andrew treat their customers like family. They know me by my first name, know my car, my son s car and what has been done to each vehicle. They keep us up to date about work that will need doing - giving a time frame so that we are able to plan ahead for upcoming maintenance. We choose to have our vehicles serviced at this Big O location because they offer excellent service at a fair price. The technicians at this Big O are highly skilled as evidenced by the quality of the work performed.

I have been taking my Buick Lacrosse to this Big O for approx 4 years now. I have always been happy with the service I have received. Andrew, Erik, and Ernie have always been very helpful, professional, and fair with me. this is probably why their shop is so busy all the time. highly recommend them.

Erik was so kind over the phone and in person! I spent no more than two hours to get three tires replaced without any hassle or pushy sales tactics. Also great prices, highly recommend :)

Always professional, knowledgeable and patient with any related questions. Staff always goes the extra mile, and explain exactly what will be worked on as to my vehicle(s); if any unexpected issues come up during the scheduled work, they immediately notify me and any related costs. Very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them to family, friends and acquaintances. Great job!

I am very pleased with my experience at Big O tires. I needed to replace a tire and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Eric was extremely helpful, answered questions about the tires, and assisted in arranging for factory rebates. I would definitely recommend Big O Tires.

Very friendly and helpful and caring for when you get back on the road. Helped me with a new pair of good tires and put a brand new stem valve on my tire since it was leaking air. Very satisfied with their work.

Hands down The BEST shop i have ever worked with. Always honest and affordable. From minor to major vehicle issues, Andrew and his Team have Always taken care of me and mine. Best place in town to get car maintenance. I walked in at 11 am and in less than 2 hours my car was ready with new oil. I have continuously been here for more than 3 years and service has always been great. I am able to go to Safeway eat at the deli, run other errands, and then pick up my car.

I was just grateful that the business a big o was open on a Sunday after blowing two tires and stranded on the side of the road for 15 hours during that trip. It was a pleasant experience, a help me and got me new tires had them in stock which is a miracle. I am thankful for their service

Great service and communication. There was transparency in my est wait time. I went to breakfast and the movies and by the time I was done, so were they. The conversations were more between what's best long term for my vehicle and what I could afford at the time. Definitely going back!

I was greeted immediately and was told they'd be right with me and they were. They were extremely helpful, polite, and most of all very considerate being that I'm an amputee. They made me feel comfortable to the point where I will only go to the for my tire services from here on out. Highly recommend them.

I ve been going to Big O Tires since I moved to Tucson 4 years ago. The convenience of it being right down the road is what initially got me to go in, but the service is fantastic, if you go in early enough you can get essentially anything you need done within an hour or 2. They don t try to upsell you and always call if they have a question on what service you prefer. This place is the only place I ll go for my basic car needs :)

This place is a breath of fresh air, free flat repair and they only sell you what you need. They have a bunch of good ol' boys in the back there and they have done a fantastic job, every time. I usually mention good shops i have found but this shop ices the cake. Highly recommend!
