This place was fantastic. My tire came off the rim, and I don't live local so I was really in a tough spot. The Big O treated me like a long time customer and got me back up and running in no time. Awesome service. Thank you very much!

Out of towner with a tire issue. This shop was AMAZING. Helped get me back on the road extremely fast and treated me like a long time customer. Super appreciated this business. Come to them first!

Great shop for full synthetic oil change using premium Valvoline oil at a price that can't be beat in Tucson, using the coupons available for this service. Check their tire prices too...always friendly service and make an appointment as they are always busy. Walk over and shop at Costco from this Thornydale location and they will call you when oil change is finished. Easy!!!!

Danny is so helpful and holds other toe shots accountable if they provide inaccurate information even when it's another Big O in town. He replaced a tire after I had a very bad experience and helped me feel more comfortable about purchasing tires at this location. I will definitely recommend this store to all friends and family.

Took my 2015 Prius for oil change and wheel alignment. Picked up my car and was notified that three dash board lights came on. They said could not remove them. They told me I would have to take it the Toyota dealership and they told me Big O Tires did damage to my car which would be expensive since they damaged it. They will not take responsibility for the damage to my car. Do not take your car there if you know what is good for you.

Very nice staff, manager was struggling with missing an associate, and I needed an oil change. I honestly had waited for to long for my scheduled oil change. When I got frustrated and voiced my concern, the gentleman that was at the front desk with the manager went to do my oil change. They are in a tough spot, but the manager and staff turned the experience around. It s obvious that the staff cares about its customers. I would recommend the coming here, the manager wants to make sure he helps you with what you need.

i have a polished chrome set of us mags. i brought them in for mounting and i got them back completely scratched and nicked around the lips and even good size nicks on the rims spokes. would not recommend going here if you have a set of rims you care about and would expect them to come back with out any damage. i don t have photos of the before only videos but here s them after i got them back

From my first visit here up to this one and I'm sure many more in the future, my experience has been fantastic. When I came to get tires in August of last year I didn't know much about them other than the fact that I knew I needed tires and they needed to be a certain size. After calling around to several places including a different Big O Tires location, I ended up choosing this one. Gerrin took the time to explain to me what each part of the tire size meant and how that mattered to me in choosing new tires so I was able to make the most informed purchase possible. I appreciated the no sales pitch, just facts approach, and that I was educated in a respectful manner. That tends to be a problem as a female in these mechanic type environments. I never once felt that my lack of knowledge left me vulnerable to unnecessary up-sales just because I didn't know any better. That alone has earned my business for life at this location. Today I came in with a blown tire and they were quite busy but Danny still took the time to price out some replacement options, even offering me a discount since I failed to get insurance on the tires when I bought them. I appreciate that they never make you feel like Discount Tire makes you feel; like you're just another dollar sign walking through the door. I was told today would be approximately an hour and a half wait which worked for me as I had an appointment up the street. I left and came back after about an hour and my car still hadn't been gotten to, not a big deal, I know they were swamped. Garrin saw that I had returned and took the initiative to go get my car and swap the tire out himself to get me back on the road and on my way. I would have happily waited regardless.That kind of great customer service is what makes a business not just survive, but thrive. All the guys at this location deserve a raise or bonus or something because they work hard, get things done, and do it all without the BS. That's the kind of company that gets my business for life. FOREVER going to recommend this Big O Tires location over any other in town. Thank you guys for all that you do and thank you for keeping people safe and mobile out there. YOU ROCK.

Made an appointment for an oil change 8 days ago for 10 am today. I work full time and have 4 kids so to get my van in takes a lot of planning. I gave myself a two hour buffer today having to leave by noon for a work meeting. Arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. At 11:35 after sitting in the office for almost 2 hours I went up to the desk to ask the status of my car and they said "it'll be next and it'll be 45 minutes". I told them I had to leave for work and took my keys and left.Sat there for TWO hours. No updates, no one came out after an hour to tell me they were backed up and would I want to wait. Nothing. Just sat there for two hours only to still need an oil change. What was the point of making an appointment?

Had an alignment done a week ago. After a week of driving started to get a death wobble. Tires where worn a little but still good. Photos are taken after the wobble. Tried to talk to the manager, Ivan. He got in my face and yelled and refused to fix the issue. Stay away from this location. Will contact corporate and a lawyer. This manager needs to be fired. Oh and we have everything on camera. Marsha Richards please contact me asap.

Totally horrified on several levels. Made an appointment for 2 pm, when I walked in, was not greeted, stood around for a bit, then finally spoke up and a person came out of the office. Was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for my car to be done. Went to the waiting area, where it smelled bad, had minimal AC, uncomfortable chairs. Then after a full half hour noticed my car was still not taken back. Then the two other people waiting said they had been waiting since 1 pm and their car was still not taken back. This is completely unacceptable treatment to both me and these other poor customers. I asked for my keys and left and I will never return. Wasn t apologized to either. The one employee on the phone blew me off when I asked for my keys, the manager looked for them and couldn t find them was distracted by another customer. Finally a worker came inside and he went and found my keys. I m just absolutely horrified by this experience. Your company wasted an hour of my time and energy plus gas. I urge people to not come here.

Moving out of state hence we needed to get our van and trailer road ready. Danny Nicols took great care of us making sure all necessary work was completed. Very professional and great attitude young man. We appreciate Danny.

Had gone to this location a few times and the guys are very friendly. Then we had some work done and the next day called them because my car was making a new odd noise. Took it back in the following day so they could fix that. Was told it was just something that was loose and needed tightened. Told them I was moving out of town and they said I could get warranty work done at different locations since the new noise was still happening. Took to new affiliate location after move. And was told they had done the first job completely wrong and that s why I had new noise. Had to pay additional costs and not have our vehicle for part of our move. It was stressful, expensive, and inconvenient. Tried calling to get some cost recovered and they refuse to speak with me. Have been waiting on call from their store owner and district owner for almost 2 months.

Got the "Buy three tires get one free" deal. Great service and great follow up. Everyone was amazing. Danny, the manager of the Store, made certain that everything was perfect. I'll be back to this Big O for sure.

Showed up for quick oil change told me no wait could get me in right away. One hour later tried to upsell me been here for two hours still don t have my car. What a waste of time

Always receive kind, courteous, and professional service when I visit the location on Thornydale. They do get pretty busy so making a reservation is recommended, but my car is always done in a timely manner.

I just became a Big O convert ! The customer service we received was amazing. We brought our vehicle in for an alignment after getting 4 new tires elsewhere. The guys at Big O let us know after putting it on the machine it didn't need an alignment and we were good to go. They didn't charge us, which most places still would have expected some payment for their time. We were stunned. After that my husband and I decided we will be bringing back all of our vehicles here.

I booked my appointment online, and got my LOF and tires rotated in less than an hour on a Tuesday morning. Danny kept me updated on how my car was doing and what else it needed. The online scheduler didn't work the way I thought, but it still beats walking into a shop that can't squeeze you in for a few hours. Thanks!

Excellent customer service and great prices with no bs or extra charges. This franchise actively support our veterans and will forever have my business. My tires were not in stock and the manager was nice enough to personally drive to their warehouse and pick me up a set and install same day.
