If there was a no stars choice! Got my oil changed and they didn't put my dip stick in all the way blew oil all over my engine compartment. I'm not impressed with their guest service either!

The store manager Colin was one of the most calm, cool, professional people I've ever dealt with. Great service, and cheaper than all the other quotes i got. I will continue to use them

I spoke with Frank yesterday looking for 2 sets of not so common(also no one carries them) tire sizes and he was able to find both and have them here for me the next morning. Today I got a call from them letting me know the tires were in and to come by whenever I was available. I got here within 30 mins of their call and they immediately got to work on swapping out two of my tires(they were blown). I was then able to run home and put them on and bring the car back to swap out the other two and again they immediately got to work on it. Not only was the value of the tires great but so was their customer service. While waiting for my car I witnessed the staff provide great customer service to the other customers as well. Definitely will be coming here again in the future!

Easy to make an appointment online. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby clean and pleasant. My vehicle was serviced quickly and I was overall very pleased with my experience! I will be back. Thank you!

The staff and service is great here. I went to them a couple of months ago and they were able to fix an electrical issue; I was in and out pretty quickly after the diagnostic. Big Brand customer service reached out a few weeks later to see if I wanted a special offer on preventative maintenance. I waited about a week before attempting to call the number and unfortunately missed out on that offer but I took my jeep in anyway. I had planned to wait there but was offered a shuttle to take me home. They asked what time I needed it back by and I returned later that afternoon. Again, staff was super helpful in making sure I understood each issue, and also which issue should take priority - I ended up getting everything that was recommended. I couldn t bear looking at the labor fees being higher than the actual issue and parts for everything but still, I would recommend. Thank you all!

Got a more 'expensive' set of tires because I would get alignment and insurance covered with the package. I even asked before dropping the car if alignment would be done.When I got back to pick up the car, I asked again if the alignment was done, but I was told "no, it's not possible if the manufacture is not on the system" (something along the lines)I got some sort of discount because the job wasn't done, but not worth buying those tires if the point was to get the alignment done.Not buying from the business again, such a disappointment...

I don't write reviews that often. It has been quite a while since I have been pleased with my car care, but this Big Brand really impressed me. First of all, their customer service was outstanding. Jorge took care of me from start to finish, explaining the necessary repairs, and keeping me updated on the estimated completion time for several services. They fixed my flat tire for free, and they also realigned my tires which were under warranty...and noticed that one of them had been put on at another shop in the wrong direction causing unnecessary wear and alignment issues. I will always go back to this location for services because of their understanding of mechanical procedures, customer service, and professionalism. Thank you so much Jorge and the techs who completed my services. I also want to thank the receptionist who answered the phone and scheduled me. She was extremely knowledgeable and on point as well.

Stopped by because I had a nail in one of tires. When I first drove in, I had no idea that they fixed flats for free. I am generally skeptical about free services because they are often used as a gateway for up selling items or services that aren't needed. No such issues here. Everyone was friendly and courteous and my tire was repaired in about 20 minutes, for free, and without an appointment. Definitely earned future business from me.

In and out in less than an hour for an oil change. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Didn t try to find other reasons to charge me more for unnecessary services.

Amazing service! I spoke with Craig this morning and he assisted me with getting my tire replaced DAY OF! Even though they had to order it. He called me when it got delivered and told me he could squeeze me in today! The whole store is customer oriented! Very friendly staff overall and I was in and out quickly! Thank you Craig and Staff at Big Brand! You have a new customer and happy to recommend y all to my family and friends!

Everything was great guys were good and worked hard on the price to keep it down. It was just expensive that is not their fault! They were very much on the customer service! Friendly and tried hard to keep the price down and did where they could. Said this twice because for me it was a thing. Also told me of items that we did not need even though requested. Was nice to not be up sold just for the sake of money! Been going there for years. They are good to women as well. Tell me the same thing they tell my wife. Great job guys! Maybe a great review ( gave it because they earned it) discount next time
