I had a leak in my tire and I thought it could be repaired. After the tire was inspected, it was determined that the tire could not salvaged. Angel was an Angel. He got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Even though I had lugs that required a special tool for which I did not have with me. He and his staff were able to get the lug off and replaced it with a regular lug for the time being. Angel came to my family and I every step along the way. Angel and his staff were all polite, hospitable and professional. Even after he gave me my key back and wished me well, he saw me still outside after a few minutes and came to check that I was ok. Worthy of the five stars

We were taking off with the travel trailer and one tire was flat. Pumped it up and immediately went to this Big Brand location. No call, no appointment, no problem. These pros immediately had me back the trailer up to a bay. Within 20 minutes I'm walking into the front office to settle up. What! No charge? These guys saved my trip for free? No wonder their motto is "We keep you moving." Turns out they do more than repair flats for free. Great people, great service. They get my business from now on. They should get yours too.

Kamilo and angel are 2 of the nicest dudes I've had the chance to meet they take care of me everytime and the boys in the shop do fantastic work definitely recommend this place to everyone

Great and very efficient service! Very friendly store manager, Kamilo Gomez!! We were traveling through the area and had a nail in our tire. They were super convenient and efficient to fix it for us! Free. Kamilo-Thank you for the lunch recommendation. Mi Nidito- My husband got the "President's plate." Highly recommend.

These guys were quick for how busy they were!!! Nice dudes didn t try to force any upgrades did what I needed done. Definitely recommend if you need work done! 5 new Falken Wildpeak tires for the price of 4 (sale).

Big Brand Tire &Service Rocks!!! I stopped in to have my tire looked at for a slow leak. They found a nail a patched my tire and they did it at no charge! They were very nice and I appreciate them. I will be taking my car there in the future.

today was do or die had seen this place but never heard of them I went in and right away I knew I was at the right place Angel knows what customer service is I needed tires but not a lot of money for them he got me a great deal and good quality for the least amount of money I didn't feel like I was taking advantage of I will be back next month for the other two I would recommend that any females or males that need going quality tires for a decent price and good real customer service go see Angel and the rest of the guys there you won't be disappointed....

Went in for an oil change, along with air filters, brake inspection (due to squealing), tire rotation and alignment check. Angel took me in and got to work right away. He spent the time and effort to bring me out to my Cherokee and showed me why the breaks squealed (rocks and off-road dirt) and the condition of my air filter. He gave me some suggestions about how to deal with the brake squealing in the future. Angel and the rest of the staff were very professional and polite. I highly recommend this BigBrand Tire and Service Center.

Kamilo and angel go out of their way even on the busiest of days or when life is hard . Great men and representatives of big brand . I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who appreciates quality service with a courteous customer first approach .

Sent my wife here with my truck while I was out of town and they tried to sell her a rack and pinion. I work on this truck myself and I know for a fact there's no play in it I even took it somewhere else for a second opinion. Don't go here

Had a flat tire today, first time at a Big Brand tire, the staff was kind and took care of me. I had an hour wait, but I understood there was people ahead of me. Free flat tire repair was nice.

They are honest and fast. Their front person (Angel), he is very helpful and helps you and explains what is going on with your vehicle so there are no doubts or concerns after the repairs

They got us right in to change the oil in our car. They were friendly, fast & inexpensive. The waiting room was nice and clean and had plenty of places to sit and lots of magazines. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Angel!

The Crew at this location is AMAZING!!! Great service, friendly, and honest!!! I am coming here for my tires as long as these guys are here!! Ask for Angel!! He is Outstanding and Knowledgeable!! Best location in Tucson!!! I was a walk in and they got me in and out in in no time!!!

I know when you take your vehicle to get it fixed it should come back better. But it was way above what I expected I brought it in for a front end alignment. And the steering came back like a new car thank you very much God bless you all. I will feel safe with my family in it
