I would definitely recommend this location. Alan, the manager was very helpful and patient. The technicians replaced my brakes on all four corners of the vehicle. When I took it for a test drive, there was still a remaining issue that they worked to resolve free of charge. All in all, a good experience. Thanks Alan!

I arrived at 8am and within 2 minutes was checked in and my vehicle driven in to the bay for a front end alignment and tire sensor changed. These folks are really on top of it and the facilities are clean and waiting area comfortable. The work on my truck was completed within an hour and the service perfect. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Alan and his team were great and got me in and out quickly. I was originally just going in for a tire patch but they were able to help me with other issues I'd been having with my truck. The front of the store was also clean and well stocked with coffee. In addition, the ambience and calm, relaxing music made me feel welcome. I can't recommend these folks enough.

my brother in law took truck in to have the power steering fixed in December. it went out and he called them to let them know. they now want to charge him $600????? He stated you just replaced it. it should be under warranty??? they said nope! well best advertisement is done by word of mouth! with that beingsaid, This will go out on all my social media as well as the corporate companies I manage. Never take your vehicle to a Lemon you will get sour deal!

We were in Tucson from four hours out of town when we had a tire go low we called the 800 number and we set up to get to a local shop right away. It was the one on Grant and Oracle in Tucson. Staff was courteous, efficient, and professional. it was a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this shop.

This place had to order my tire, and I didn't have to put a deposit like big o. The price was not bad, instead of getting one, paid for two. I got a warranty from a coupon and they kept me informed every step of the way. Convenient location like you can walk across the lot to get food while you wait.

Big Brand is Awesome! I was in Tucson on vacation when I developed a slow leak in my tire (brand new car!). Since I was driving the next day back to Utah, I pulled into the nearest tire store to get some help. Alan, the manager, got me right in, his guys found the nail, and repaired the tire (which took a while because the nail went in at a weird angle). When I went to pay, Alan said, "No charge--we fix flats for free." I protested, telling him, "I'm never coming back here; let me pay you." I literally begged. And he refused! If I ever move to Tucson, Big Brand will be my tire store!

Called for tires and spoke to a high pressure salesman starting with K I believe. When I said I need to check some things financially, salesman kept pushing me to order and when I said to hold off for now he said " good luck with that". Very pushy and kinda rude definitely won't do business here.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Buyer beware. I came in 2/26 to have the alignment done and it was worse than what I came in with. I went back the next day for an appointment at 11:30am to have them fix it. David told be in 10mins that they would get me in. Then 1 hour went by and they had not even looked at my car. The manager Ali would not give me a refund. Horrible way to treat a college student. I took my car to Firestone right after and they did the job right. Reporting this company to BBB and you should avoid them at all cost

I had been in town for maybe 2 hours and asked a couple of people recommendations to take my vehicle. Hearing from (2) people to come here, I held my breath and did. I was in awwwe from hello and the sense of urgency they had with getting me back on the road. After giving me a quote that I accepted, David even did some digging and found a better price on the parts for me to save me over $100. WHO DOES THAT? Big Brand Tire in Tucson does that! (Wait. It gets better) Expecting the part the next morning, they were informed due to staffing issues they wouldn't be able to get it to them until Monday. Miguel the GM let me know he himself, would be going to pick up the part that afternoon to get the repair done and be on the road and not stranded until Monday.WHO DOES THAT?BIG BRAND TIRE IN TUCSON DOES THAT!My final destination of residence is going to be about 40-45 miles from Tucson, however THIS will be my only destination to have any future work done on my vehicle and where I will recommend to every person I come in contact with to take their vehicles! Customer service, sense of urgency, going above and beyond, quality of work, and most important .... INTEGRITY, at it's FINEST!High 5 and THANK YOU Big Brand Tire, you are total ROCKST RS!

I have a 2000 CADILLAC ESCALADE that I have really not kept up with maintenance in years. It seems like every auto repair had such awful reviews & I just couldn t find one I trusted, so many had this attitude ( What if I was 20? Different story I m sure!)until BIG BRAND TIRE & SERVICE . Every review on them is excellent & I decided to give them a shot. From the very beginning I was treated with respect. I knew my vehicle really needed a lot of work & the Manager Allen explained every single thing it needed from ball joints to a complete brake job, oil change, Sway ABR LINKS ETC ETC- he took care of EVERYTHING, was on time & guaranteed his work- IN WRITTING FOR A YEAR! Where do you see that? I will recommend Big Brand to all my friends & family they are all super nice honest & hard working guys!

I just dropped my daughter off at the airport and realized I had a bad leak in my tire. I called to see if they could help me. It was a Sunday but they were able to get to me right away. They patched up my tire quickly and I was on my way! I m so thankful!

Bought a full set of tires after my son crossed the country and back. Desperately need work done on the truck and decided to go back to have some diagnostics done. Very friendly and helpful and polite. Forgot to set appointment but will definitely do that. Even going to start going there for oil changes too..

Horrible service for my brother!! Over tightend his lugnuts and broke off the lugnut that was keylocked. They tried to say it was from the person who touched it before but that was not what was wrong with the vehicle, they were told to wait for my brother to bring the lugnut keylock in but they said they could get it off without it... i know thats not possible, that itll break if done without it! So why would a professional shop do it??? Theyll write an email address written by a bot with a response message saying they care about their customer service but its just to save face, do not bring your vehicle here unless you want them to do something to your vehicle to have to bring it back for a problem that didnt exist before you brought it here for something else.. RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!

We got a piece of metal in one of our RV tires while on vacation. They patched it and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Dave behind the counter was really friendly.

Awesome service! We came to Az from Ca and got a flat when pulling into our hotel. It was a bummer but was so easy to get fixed. They were fast and efficient and it couldn't have been easier. Thanks guys!!

This is place is by far the best tire place I have ever been too. They don t try to up sale you anything. They give you the facts on what s going on with your car and what you need. Alan was honest, knowledgeable, and so incredibly nice. The manager Albert is also incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.Thank you for the incredible service!

Disappointed and mildly infuriated with the quality of service done here. Less than 2 months after coughing up $900 for a seemingly minor coolant leak, my car was again leaking coolant. This time even more so than before.I will probably take my business elsewhere unless MPG wants to contact me and make this right, but even then, I'm hesitant letting them near my car after this experience.

They do great repairs however I always seem to leave the shop needing a new tire or another repair such as the hood latch broke screw in other tires (sidewall always) ...etc

Place sucks , not helpful , they think that they are doing you a favor, so difficult to even talk about it on the phone .And I was recommended by a friend , how ironic..
