BEST SHOP IN TOWNI am a 22yr old teenage girl and know NOTHING about cars. It started blinking 3 lights and I panicked. I took my car to 2 auto shops and they both quoted me about $1200 in repairs and labor. When I took it into Avery s they immediately knew the issue. A coil was completely missing and by simply putting it back on he saved me over $1000!They could have taken advantage of me like the last 2 shops but Avery s has done hard honest work. I 100% recommend taking your car to Avery s Auto Repair. The service there is phenomenal!

Customer service was amazing. Straightforward and honest. Had multiple repairs done to one car, repairs were completed days ahead of quoted time. I got estimates from a few other repair shops. Avery's was the best. I drive a 2008 Kia spectra5. Highly recommend this company.

I have been coming here for 20+ years for many different vehicles. Recently my 2002 Lexus needed the power steering pump replaced. Within about 2 months of having that done, I noticed a leak had developed from the new pump. After informing Avery s about the leak, they recommended that I bring it back for them to inspect. Turns out the first pump did not come with the seal that connects the IAC valve, which is where the leak was located. Avery s ordered a new pump and seal kit and replaced the whole thing free of charge. I am extremely grateful for their honesty, integrity and willingness to stand behind their workmanship.

I had to take my Sierra to Avery with problems involving the cat system. All the staff there were very professional and courteous, and I was kept informed throughout the process of having my truck repaired. From the time I dropped my truck off until I picked it up was pretty quick, considering that all that had to be done to repair it. If you re in need of car repairs, this is where you need to go, a place you can trust with people who do what they say they re gonna do!

Friendly technicians. Eric is fantastic. Fast reliable service very trustworthy. No more dealer for me. I first went to Ford and they told me to bring it in but I would be without the truck for two weeks. No way, called Avery got me right it.Thanks guys

My college aged son has a used Honda that was throwing a check engine light. I called Avery's and explained what was happening, hoping that they could get it repaired before my son leaves for next semester. Just by explaining the issue and the make, model, and year they already had a good idea what was wrong. Their hunch was correct. I quickly received a quote and approved it. They ordered the part the day I dropped it off and had it fixed by the next day. Easy, no fuss, and the car appears to be running well!

Gotta love a shop that looks after your vehicle the same way you do. These guys are fantastic and only do the work necessary and not upsell you. As long as I live in Tucson this is the only shop I ll go to!

I have been bringing my car here for just a simple oil and filter change for about 2 years or so now. About 2 years ago I had them look at my AC to see why it was not blowing cold. They told me that the compressor was messed up, And the hose were leaking and it was going to cost me $2000 to replace the whole system. So I drove my car for 2 years with no air because I thought it was going to be a $2000 fix. I should have gotten a second Opinion earlier but I did the other day and when I got my 2nd opinion it just needed a pound of freon and cost me a $136 Dollars. Now my car blows perfect cold AC.. I also got a dye test on it and there is nothing leaking and the compressor is fine. Needless to say I won't be bringing my car back here. They are crooks and will try to screw you out of anything they can.

They will always take good care of you. I started to come here when we first moved to Arizona. I miss the shuttle services. It makes it difficult to get your vehicle in when you don't have a ride. Other than that, amazing!

I called on a Friday afternoon at 230 because my dad was in town and his window wouldn't go up anymore. Eric got him in, they looked at the problem, ordered the part and fixed the malfunction and he was home by 430. Great job guys! Check engine light came on my 2005 PT Cruiser. Eric did diagnostics and spoke to transmission specialist, Darrell at Transmission Unlimited. After reviewing the OBD codes Darrell recommended needed part.Eric kept me updated on estimates and repairs. Thankfully transmission did not have to be replaced.Actual repairs were less than the lowest estimate.Service: Transmission

When my AC was making noise I did not want to take it to the dealer. I have had bad experiences with other places. Avery's treat you right. They are awesome. Moving across the country (San Diego to Virginia!), our AC stopped working. We stopped somewhere else and it ended up being more work - so they suggested Avery s.Avery s not only took great care of our car, they let us basically move into their waiting room (with our cat!) for a few hours. Originally they weren t sure if they could do the whole job in a day, but since we wanted to be back on the road and couldn t afford to delay another night they were able to move things around and get us all wrapped up. Even gave us snacks for the road!While they were working, and almost done, they noticed an additional fan that was going out. They took everyone out again to replace the fan and only charged us for the part - no labor.Everyone who walked into the waiting room was greeted warmly and like a friend. We don t live in the area, but it seems like everyone who comes here for their car is taken great care of.

Avery is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. They are honest and never try to over sell repairs. Service is prompt and efficient. Prices are reasonable. They let you know what you need and do the repairs quickly. I highly recommend them.

First time using Avery Auto Repairs and they impressed. My old car was a 2005 Saturn on its last legs when the engine started making a clanking noise. Took it to Avery's and they got me in at my appt time, had the situation diagnosed pretty quickly compared to the hour wait you normally get at other places. They were honest and upfront with what was wrong with the car and how much repairs would cost. Fixed her up the best they could so I could get it home and decide what to do next. Will be taking my new car to Avery's for all future maintenance work. Thanks.

Just to comment back on what the owner said, if and when there is a leak on my air conditioner in the future, who would I blame? I Would still blame you for trying to charging me $2,000 to fix a leak not a whole entire air conditioning system.

We were passing by Exit 279 when our Truck broke. We were BLESSED to have ended at Avery's Auto Repair. We were on our way from San Antonio Texas to San Francisco, CA. The whole team were really helpful and after some hours, although the were super busy, we were able to get back on our way. Thank you Avery Auto Repair team! Thank you

Avery's has always been good to us and when my mother is in town they have treated her very well too. The front office people are always nice and friendly. They will take you home after you have dropped off your car and they will pick you up when it is done. I will admit the prices are a little higher then some places, but the work is always done right and there are no worries afterwards.
