Everyone was nice, the guy that helped me was really nice, if I had my car there he said he would fill the fluids for me, that made me feel so good, I went to the one in Yuma and the girl said they don't do that anymore, which I knew wasn't true. I will be back to this store.

No shortage of great customer service and knowledge about the product and the system that they use to find your product thanks to Amber. Amber is an AutoZone associate at this particular AutoZone. Now I say particular AutoZone because really honestly I can't say the same of these at any other AutoZone. For example, a couple other AutoZone in the area, and I will not be naming where, hint hint. Terrible customer service from a couple individuals who represent the company and definitely absolutely no knowledge of how the system works as far as what you need for your vehicle and the warranties on things that you purchased. AutoZone should be proud to have an employee such as Amber that represents the company wonderfully and believe me I go to AutoZone quite a bit and that's what makes me keep coming back even more people like Amber that represents AutoZone the way They Were Meant to,..... perfectly.

Almost every time an order is preordered and pulled I m sent with incorrect parts. Very frustrating. Keep your receipt because even though merchandise is on a business account, returning must have a receipt.

Took my scooter today because I was stranded with the truck I was able to get assisted by a woman named Rachel and she was nice patient and thorough on testing my alternator and everything else to make sure that I was helped out accordingly and everyone in the store was on point with what they were doing again I want to say thanks.

I went in this morning to get a battery terminal clamp. The first person I talked didn't seem to know I was talking about. My husband and I went back in and talked with Amber. She was very knowledgeable and knew what we needed. We ended up buying a new battery and she installed it for us due to my husband having a bad back. I will definitely go back and have her help me again. She is AMAZING!!!

Car was overheating and so I stopped for coolant. All of the employees were very nice and even let me borrow a funnel. I stopped one employee and he let me know my radiator cap was loose and so I purchased a cap as well AFTER losing all my fluid once. Welllll.... I made it to work without it overheating, thank goodnes! Thank you guys for the help

Tony has been helping me and my family for years he is always staying busy and helping every one this man needs to be Manager already,he is always helping his teammates and customers that's why we always come here.He also says hi to everyone even if he is working with someone else

My main headlight went out on the left last weekend, requiring a bulb change and I didn't have the tool required to open up the housing on my vehicle to replace it. Autozone had the bulb and lent me the tool to do it. Richard (the awesome new guy) offered to help me install it and I'm grateful for the help since it wasn't easy to replace, it was fast and it would have cost me twice as much and then some most likely if I had gone to the dealer. Thanks!

On 12th and Valencia there are two Automotive parts dealerships checkers on the southwest corner across the street and AutoZone on the northwest corner if you wanted to be treated like a criminal or at that or at the least the hassle then you should go to Checkers otherwise if you wish to purchase an automotive part not be treated like a criminal without a hassle I recommend AutoZone

My co worker's car battery died and I wanted to help. I arrived to the store straight from work in my military uniform. Clerk wanted to question me on why I had a beard in uniform. Some individuals have religious or medical waivers, it's not your employee's business. If they wanted to police the military they can feel free to reenlist. Costs $0 to mind your business and stick to the sales script.Edit: Was contacted by their supervision to rectify the situation, which I appreciate.

I walked up to the counter to ask for some help, an employee in the gray shirt interrupted me to tell me what ever is on the shelf is what they have.... Not what I was trying to say... But okay, he then led me over to the area the items I have questions about were located and said here they are... I asked if he had any knowledge or could help in anyway, he said no and walked away... Cool bro. I'll go somewhere else to buy parts for my rebuilds.

I went to purchase a much needed item. This was supposed to be my last purchase before my discount after 5 purchases over $20. However, their system only recorded me at 1 for 5. How disappointed I was. Especially after spending nearly $90 at Autozone prior to this purchase.Autozone stores need to keep their computers aligned and updated if they're going to have discount promotions.

I was immediately welcomed. I needed the engine check and do to some physical problems I have I needed someone plug the gadget in for me...no problem. After diagnosis I got my print out but no one was pushing on trying to sell me anything.

The Assistant Manager Jose is awesome always helpful one time I was having a hard time finding my warranty on my battery and had already left one of your sister stores that did not help me ,when I got to this auto zone Jose was able to find my battery warranty and went above and beyond

Every time I go everybody is so friendly and I ve experienced great service! But this time that I went to buy a battery and when I was gonna pay a worker there help me his name was Donald M. When he scanned the battery I ask him a question about it and he went and ask his co-worker and he came back saying he had to delete everything and start over, he got the battery throw it in the counter, got the other stuff I got and was throwing it was being very rude to me and my friend and he needs to change his attitude towards customers!

The gentleman working in this store was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was no one at the counter so my mother stepped behind the counter and called for someone. A extremely rude girl (Ashley) poked her head out and said he the only one working you will just have to wait. This would have been no problem had she just been nice. Ashley learn customer service.

I went into warranty out a radiator. I sat there and I was told that it was a VDP so I have to wait. They said they were going to warranty it out right then and there that way I just had to come and pick it up. I arrived at the store to pick up the radiator and the warranty did not go through correctly. So the AutoZone has said you owe so much and I said no I did not that it was a warranty. He said okay let me get a gray shirt. I sat there and watched about 15 minutes of a movie before I got bored and was asked if I had been helped yet by another employee. Then finally the gray shirt came over who turned out to be the assistant store manager. They should be very knowledgeable of the system and by now I'm already irritated that I have stood here in the store for half an hour. He went to the paperwork and started doing the return process. Now I used to work for AutoZone and I am able to still work their computers. The store manager added unneeded steps to the exchange of my radiator. He called it a damaged return. In the computer you have the choice between one through four. One being undamaged return to being damaged return three being undamaged swap and number four which was my choice damaged swap. The store manager chose damage return which led us to going from register to register for him to complete the process and to ring me out all over again. The process is quite simple and when I was doing it for myself when I worked at 49 I was able to do it within a few minutes. And I was a commercial driver so I didn't work the registers as much as everybody else, but this guy's in store all day long. They need to improve their employees knowledge of the computer system. I saw three employees that did not have the basic knowledge to do the job.
