Every customer gets funneled to the parts counter so we're stuck waiting even if you're just buying fluids. Wait times are ridiculous, you're better off going to rockauto. It's been in the decline for years been going here my whole life and now just check in occasionally and everytime it's worse

These employees are as knowledgeable as they are proactive! They just stood behind the counter and stared while we pretty much tried figuring out what we needed ALONEThey even thought it was funny while we did so knowing what we needed and still left is to figure it out so we left the items on the counter and leftWe ended up at Oriellys getting amazing customer service instead!

AutoZone employee Napoleon was great!As I was installing a new battery in my mom's Buick, the car doors completely locked the moment I connected the cables.Our keys, phones and wallet/purse were locked inside the vehicle and we were totally stranded.Napoleon spoke to his manager and asked if he could help further. Napoleon then offered me a ride in his own car to go get a set of spare keys at my mom's home.Napoleon was thoughtful, generous with his time and very considerate. I even offered him money for the ride but he refused.He is a quality person that got my mom and I out of a big jam.

I placed a pick up order a few months ago and completely forgot about it. Yesterday, I went through my email to find the order number. I looked up the order status on their website and it says I picked up my order although I never did. I called to ask about it. They said they would call me back but they never called back. I m pretty sure they marked my order as picked up themselves because they figured I d never come by and ask about it. And so they wouldn t have to refund it. I think that s pretty dishonest for a business. Can t even call me back. I m gonna have to escalate it with my bank since they re no help

Stopped in to get a battery replacement that I ordered online after having to jump a dead battery to get to the store. For just a few extra dollars, they took care of swapping out the old one allowing me to get the core deposit refund right away.Jose, the tech, was quick and courteous allowing me to get back to running errands in record time.

Called to make sure they had a part in stock, they said yes. Drove 20 minutes to be told that part is not there although the system says there is one. That s why I called and told them I was driving 20 minutes to pick up. You had 1 job and fell short.

Last night with moments to spare before closing, I managed to walk into the store. My car battery had died and it took awhile to get a jump. I walked in hoping I could get a replacement installed and Omar & Ryan saved the day. They were so kind and helpful while helping me get on my way. They have excellent customer skills. We all know that when we are about to be off work that we are just anxiously waiting to leave but not them. They didn t rush or act rude for showing up before closing. They really have old school manners and genuine personalities that you don t just see anywhere now a days. These are the type of employees that are going to keep customers loyal to a business. They properly cleaned everything before installation as well. It was good work from good people. Thanks Omar & Ryan :)

This AutoZone is not even worth a trip anymore. Worst customer service I had yet at this location. The manager here, Kendra, should not even be a manager. Poor service and poor communication. My husband and I needed to return a battery, get a refund, and get our core charge back. We were first helped by an AutoZone employee but he needed the managers help to refund the battery. We waited about 5 minutes before getting helped, which was fine. She said she was going to go look for the core charge, and we began waiting again. 10 minutes passed and I soon realize that she left us to go help other customers rather than looking for our core charge. 20 minutes goes by and another employee tells us to move from our station so he can help someone else. We were still being "helped". Waiting to see if our core charge was coming and STILL waiting on my return. I ended up having to say something out loud to get their attention, and finally they did our return process. A 30 second process took more than 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Won't be coming back to this location. Management should make a change.

Called for price and availability for a water pump for my Dodge Challenger. Juliana was very helpful and professional. After giving me price and availability she recommended also replacing the serpentine belt which I completely forgot to ask about. I'm glad she mentioned it since I had to walk about 2 miles to pick up the parts I'm glad I was able to get everything on one trip. Juliana did an excellent job suggestion related items. Thank you for providing a great walk-in experience.

I like the store, customer service was good/great. Only problem was, when I bought the first tire inflator I glanced in the box I needed to check in the bag. It had been used before and was almost broken. Horrible hot rubber smell when I plugged it in. It was exchanged with only a little attitude (which is understandable)Do your due diligence and check products out throughout before purchasing. I'm 50 miles away and returns are very inconvenient.

I took my battery last night to have it charged and when I pick it up today they told me it had a bad cell and the warranty expire yesterday. Why didn't they let me know yesterday about the battery being bad yesterday. I will take my battery to O'Reilly's where I will get better service.

Employees are always so friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place when I need a battery, because I just can't do that kind of work any more. Rudy helped me with a battery located under the passenger seat of a Cherokee. There's no way I could have gotten that big battery in and out of there! He made quick work of the job with a smile on his face. Thank you!

Yesterday was one of the best days for rain I ve seen for Tucson and unfortunately one of my headlights went out as well as my windshield wipers not working. I would like to thank this place for helping out my car and shout out to Oscar and Jose for helping even in slight rain. Will definitely come back!

This has been my preferred auto zone for quite some time now for several reasons. The first and of course foremost is the customer service. Today was indeed a perfect example. Armando I believe his name was, asked to help me put my battery in without even having to be asked. It was this thoughtfulness that inspired me to give this note of thanks and gratitude. Secondly I love the layout of the store. It has a much more open layout than I ve seen in other stores and it makes it a much more welcoming place. Lastly I found their limit of ten customers in the store to be a wonderful precaution. While I know this was a given in modern times, I appreciate them not being lackadaisical in trying to keep me healthy as I ve seen in certain other places (Walmart).

Experience and helpful, but very slow. We were there for 45 minutes getting 4 wheel brakes. Yes the power went out, but everything was on and running with in minutes, and the nice gentleman was on the phone for up to 8 minutes looking for my parts at a different location. Basically about the three stars is they milked the clock and my time of 30 minutes for $300. All my parts are correct and I got what I needed today and not have to wait!! Thank you guys!

I visit so many AutoZone s that Sundays are lose track of them. My favorite one is the one down here in Nogales, but this one was off of Valencia up in Tucson and they were pretty nice. Help me with my needs. Got the parts that I needed, so people were pretty hospitable. Pretty nice.
