This Autozone is always well stocked and the employees are well informed eager to help out anyway they can. They are happy to help with simple tasks like changing a brake bulb. Topping off fluids, installing wiper blades etc.. The parking here is somewhat limited but they do have good handicap parking . As well they have wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible entrance. As with most Auto Zones this one is clean and well organized was with isle listings clearly visible. The only negative thing I can say about this Autozone lacation is the area it is tends to have a lot of theft crime. Besides that I would recommend this Autozone to anyone.

Switch My review, different people different service very friendly and helpful!!!!But...... Bad experience again trying to rent a tool from them was headache paid in advance with extra cha supposed Next day express service wait 3 day's and they never called me back, I just go and get my money back and go somewhere else shame on the inconveniences!!!

They had what I needed. But I had waited in front of the line for a good seven minutes. While one worker was just taking to a customer while other was ringing them out. Waited 7 minutes just to be told to just go over to the self checkout. Not bothering to ask if I needed anything, not rude but also not really asking for customers to come back when their is an O'riellys next door were they will at least greet you.

Jaime replaced our old battery. We didn t have tools nor expertise to do it ourselves. I will definitely recommend this location.

Refuses to help at any giving hour. Horrible. I came in about 7:30 and everyone was walking around the back not paying attention to the in coming customer. Once they came up they Refused to help me. Stating" I can't run egenie lights at this hour" 7:30. Store closes at 11:00pm

Very nice and the service was spot on. I needed the free diagnostic service, but the machine did not work after he tried it two times. They were confident enough to send me to another parts store to get help.

went in to buy hid bulbs that they had in stock, the guy at the counter said he couldn't find them. then I asked about purchasing a power probe, the guy then said he couldn't find it either even though the box was on the shelf. not very accommodating or helpful at all. made me feel like he didn't want to sell me anything. poor service for sure.

Employee Jayden went above and beyond to help us out !!! After my anti freeze tank busted, we asked Jayden we didn t know what was going on and that there was a leak and are car was smoking. Well he patiently helped me not only figure it out, but also fix it, and it took less than 10 min of his or my time. Thanks a lot Jayden, thanks to you, I am able to drive comfortably

Assistant manager was amazing. Wanted to light my car on fire was so mad. He came out and fixed the problem and taught me something about the car. Love this store on Valencia and 12th. Always helpful!!!

Last night I went I change my break lights & license plate lights and needed some help, Jesus was more then helpful ABOVE & BEYOND helpful! Even though It was raining! Thank you so much sir you were very much more then helpful and I appreciate you! Great customer service!

My truck wouldn't start. It finally did and we went to auto zone. A lady named Hope helped us out fast and efficiently. She got us a new battery since it was under warranty. She knew what she was doing and was very kind. She made my day better. Thank you so much Hope!!!!

Worst customer service ever! Manager is very ignorant and dismisses the customers and employees by turning his back on them. Very rude for being a manager. He sent out an employee that has been working there for 4 days to do a simple battery check the girl did not even know how to put the cables in the correct place. Tried to explain to the manager what I needed and said we can t do anything about it. -5 stars for this auto zone location for sure!

My car broke down there. At least the manager let me leave it there overnight until I could get a tow the next day. Otherwise if service was friendly.

great customer service great prices great Best store that I know so to get all your Auto if you know nothing about the park you are purchasing or how to put it on all you have to do is ask they were show you how to do it or do it for you

Trusted professionals? I don't think so. They can't even run a computer to get the correct part number. My mother in law (65) came to these "trusted professionals" only for them to give her the wrong part. We live 45 minutes away, now I waste more time and energy putting broken pieces back together just so we drive it again to get the correct part. With gas prices now and the distance we live, this was a fairly expensive mistake on your end.

Horrible customer service at this location dont go here!! The guy at the register called me up to the counter first then proceeded to help another customer that was not even in line waiting I walked over to him and he still decided to help that guy out first knowing I was next in line waste of time here .

Trust is a big deal to me. Being deceived by auto mechanics and service representatives in the past has led me to be cautious. I am so grateful to the gentleman who helped me this morning. Wish I paid more attention to you name rather than you vaccination statement. Thank you very much for your help! Highly recommend shopping here.

Without hesitation an employee named Dominic stepped out of his way to give me a hand. I had a problem with my radiant coolant, not only did Dominic help find the problem but gave me multiple solutions to the problem. You don t find people like this too often now a days. His customer service was outstanding along with the work he did. Thank you Dominic! This young man deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service! Thank you again!

Most Well Done, Auto Zone! This store has improved it's Customer Service MANIFOLD WAYS since my former review, 9 months previous. I like to think my scathing work then planted the seed of THIS GLORIOUS BIRTH of a Model Example of Excellent Customer Service! The staff, working under the high demand of a good weather weekend, hastened to provide me with the vacuum hose necessary to the advance on my antique breaker point ignition, upon my arrival at the store yestereve.My thankful commendations to the two Gentlemen who served me then and there. Other Autozone managers heed this commendation!Denizens of south Tucson and the Sunnyside neighborhood, know that you can bring your custom to THIS Autozone in FULL CONFIDENCE of excellent, caring service by this staff!

I went into Autozone hoping to find something that will keep my front bumper from scraping until I could get it properly fixed, the employee who helped me DAN, he promptly took me over to the Duct tape and found a color that matched up with my car AND he also went outside with me and helped fix my bumper. this is a GREAT store and DAN was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. go see for yourself!! :]

Guys here are an awesome help. I needed a battery and they were able to see that my old one was under warranty and swap it no problem. I recommend talking to Cory there. Great guy and a great help!
