Visited this establishment today in search of replacement wiper blades.I approached the counter to have the staff look up which blades were required for replacement.I immediately came into contact with Patrick R. who was extreamely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful while reframing from being judgemental.Patrick went well above and beyond in his assistance in securing the correct replacement parts.Additionally Patrick even offered to install the replacement blades for me. Patrick promptly installed the blades without further incident.It was extremely unexpected to be treated with such a high degree of customer service. I really felt that my continuous patronage was valued.AutoZone proudly extends a military discount which is always appreciated.

One employee looked me in the face the entire time i was in this store. Not offering to help a customer is one thing, but actively obstructing their shopping is another. As i was looking at some fuses and wiring i was going to buy, an employee literally got in between me and the shelf as he looked for items for a different customer without so much as acknowledging that i was even there. I put any items i had back on the shelf and left. I was amazed at how bad the customer service was.

This place is awesome! My wipers broke while it was raining cats and dogs. I worked with Dylan who helped me pick the right wipers and then even installed them for me in the pouring rain! Thanks Dylan! I've always loved auto zone but this one in particular goes above and beyond.

This morning 8/28/23 I had some appointments to go to but when I got in my car it wouldn't start. I got a jump start to get it going but it didn't hold the charge. I knew I had bought a battery from AutoZone some time ago but wasn't sure when. I called and found out that the warranty for the battery ran out 2 days ago!! They told me to come in anyways and they would still replace the battery under warranty. David and Harmony are the sweetest and nicest employees ever!! David put the battery in right then and there for me and was so nice. Next time I need anything else I will go back and see Harmony. She is so nice and so helpful and always so happy. Thank you Harmony and David!!

Friendly, but not terribly interested in customer service. I know it's a beautiful Saturday here in Tucson. Rolled up on the motorcycle and the employees were outside laughing and having a nice time, and that always puts a smile on my face. Immediately it gives you the impression that they love their job and are easy to talk to. Love that! I went there for a K&N air filter cleaner and the oil for this filter as well. There are multiple types of this filter and had no idea which type of "cleaning kit" to purchase. So I went to these guys and asked what the difference was. Instead of making any effort to help they just stood there silent. One of them said "idk, could be any of them" after a pause of silence, then said it "could be the hard one" lol what does that mean, anyway they started talking amongst themselves again. No interest in helping me figure it out lol. Not mad and I'll definitely use this AutoZone again but there is clearly room for improvement. Note to Josh at the register; smile and ask how people are doing, even if you don't mean it my friend Good luck guys and see you soon :)

Joshua was the one who previously helped me with an alternator & restored my faith in this store. He told me to come see him when I returned core.I came back for core return but he was with another customer. Patrick immediately stepped in to help. Friendly & efficient and got me back on the road quickly.This is the customer service that will keep me coming back!

Quick and easy, was out of there with a driver windshield wiper in less than 5 mins. The gentleman, had a ball cap, first name begins with an M (longer hair), was very knowledgeable and efficient. I always look for autozone for my car needs. Thank you!

My sister and I were having trouble with our battery and your personnel went above and beyond to assist us. He clean our battery connections. Found out we were almost out of oil. He was extremely polite and kind. Young man black hoodie sweatshirt, mustach. Congratulations on finding such a great employee.

I purchased a five star lug nut wrench for my vehicle but it was the wrong size so I took it back for a return at this store location. Call Paul arrival was given a hard time about getting a refund from the manager on this shift 7:26 pm 09/19/2022. Patrick R. to explain to the manager on how to refund me. Thank you pat. Nice going on showing the manager how to do his job.

Had a great interaction with this location. My starter died on the vehicle once I got to my destination and I contacted the store then walked to pick up tools and parts. Unfortunately the part we discussed on the phone was not the correct part however the next store near by had the entire starter. After a discussion with the sales Associate Mark Thompson he was kind enough to meet me at my vehicle after work and give me a ride with my original starter to pick up the new one. Then dropped me back off saved me about 8 miles of walking. Thanks Mark Thompson of store #3257 for going above and beyond! You rock hope your management sees how valuable and good of a employee they have working for them!

Thought we had a dead battery. Darrick helped us by testing our battery and offering options for replacement. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We received fast service and were out the door quickly with him loading the battery in the back of our other vehicle. New battery fit perfectly and car started immediately. Prices were very fair. We prefer AutoZone for our battery purchases and warranties. Darrick and this location exceeded our already high expectations. We will return.

Today, at this AutoZone store I was not greeted nor helped. I went to go get what I thought I needed and went ahead and asked a guy if the part I had is what was good for my car and he said that they couldn't really tell me that cause they don't get that kind of information. I read on the product that it was Universal meaning it can potentially be used for my car and it was only $3 so I stood in front of the register to pay. After 5 minutes I was still not rung up and waiting patiently no one had offered to help me. There was a total of 4 STAFF and 2 people so I don't understand why it would take almost 15 minutes to get help. There were two women one in a red shirt and one in a black that were helping put a battery in and seen me but one of them did not ring my one item up. I looked directly at the lady in the red shirt and she said one moment" and I was already waiting plenty of time but said okay. She continued to ignore me and walk around and so I got tired and placed an item back. When I seen she was coming to the register I went back to the register with item and she then again, went towards the back. After being ignored enough and being treated not like a customer I decided to place the item back and walk out. As I was walking out the lady in red shirt and braid said something out her breath as to get my attention and I turned back and she said "No not you I wasn't talking to you ,the other lady." I walked off and said the place needs work, and they apologized to the guy they were helping outside saying they were short staffed.....okay....sure thats why there was two people helping said guy.. :/ I left empty handed and very frustrated with the way I was treated. Please get these staff members to work on their people skills and also customer service they are very rude, and not attentive to their customers. I can't believe how they manage to get high reviews, keep out of this if you really need an item and want to purchase it in a timely and kind manner.

I went to get my check engine light checked, the man didn t even know how to work the machine to check my car. I don t know anything about cars, but I knew how to use that, but he insisted it was my car that wasn t reading. He didn t even try to bother to swap it out or try again or ask how to properly use it. He said oh well, you should try somewhere else. And then he went back inside. We were there less than 5 minutes. The people here just do not care, treat you like you know nothing and they know it all, and they have horrible customer service. This is one of the worst locations and they should really treat their customers with respect. Went to another autozone where they actually helped and couldn t understand how the other autozone couldn t check it. This was a disappointing experience.

The customer service needs some work. I cancelled my appointment because the young gentleman at the front lacked follow thru ...he never mentioned to me where to sit, how long the wiat would be....i also told him that he misquoted me on the price...he got an attitude and didnt apologize. This is not exceptable. I asked him how long the wait would be because he didnt say anything. He got another attitude and told me to have a seat "man". Sadly i cancelled the appointment, asked for my keys and politely told the gentleman to have a better day. This is completely unacceptable customer service.I wont be returning for obvious reasons

The Part Sales Manager was very helpful. I walked in with a blown rear break light and didn't know how to install it. Luckily it was easy for her to find the blown bulb and replaced it for me. She was very generous with her time and nice, Unlike so many other auto parts places. Very thankful.

I thought I had a bad alternator. The guys were able to check it and it end up being a loose connection. They save me over $200 and it only took a few to get fixed.

The manager there was kind enough to give me a 10% discount on my entire sale this morning.. and they were so helpful in carrying my items our the door as well as installing my wiper blades for me .... I didn't catch the mangers name tho...so courteous, friendly and helpful at this location ... thank you
