I had such an excellent experience with the Manager, David and his team Clifford and Elwood.I was somewhere else earily this morning and David answered the phone.I needed help with a part number for a project. David was very helpful and explained they were temporarily out but where to find one.I decided to get my job done but needed one more bit of help. Clifford answered my question to help me along.After I finished my job, I decided to drive over to the AutoZone that offered so much help and do a Google Review.Elwood said he would carry my oil inside to dispose it for me.I must say that this AutoZone has helped me before and they have OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!!I highly recommend doing business at the AutoZone Auto Parts on 8825 E. Broadway Blvd onTucson's Eastside.

I went in to my neighborhood Auto Zone on Broadway/Camino Seco, and the staff was AMAZING!This team was extremly helpful, knowledgeable, helped me select the best battery for my vehicle with the best warranty to suit my needs, and installed for me on site. Couldn t ask for anything more! Robert and Dave assisted me. Thank you, team!

Dave helped us take apart our key fobs and replace our batteries! We found everything we needed and the store was well staffed and organized. Customer service was great!

Arrived here as a result of a Google search looking for a part for my old beater truck, my regular vendor was unable to help me locate my needed part.l was immediately greeted and helped by a very enthusiastic young man named Morgan. At first, the desired part seem difficult/ impossible to locate here as well. Not one to give up easily, this young man aggressively cross-referenced everything, until he found my needed part, infact we went from not in stock/ no longer made (at O'Reilly's) to bring offered a choice of two options here.I cannot emphasize how impressed I was with this young man. It wasn't as if I was the only customer in the store, but l was treated as if l was the sole reason this store was in business.It is so refreshing in a post-pandemic world to be treated so professionally by someone who was willing to go the extra mile and not just act as a warm body collecting a check.I felt as if AutoZone earned my business while O'Riley's wanted to throw my business away through indifference.I just found a new preferred parts source!

Fine store with just about all the car tools and most parts you'd need. The service seems to depend on which crew you get. On one evening visit it felt like the service members were not interested in helping, while on another trip the folks brightened my day with their pleasant conversation.

Dave and Rich really helped me out with my mom s car battery. It ended up being under warranty so I didn t have to pay anything. They even pulled the old battery out and installed the new one! Great service.

WASTE OF TIME! I used that location to purchase battery ($300) for my vehicle to be replaced at another auto-repair shop. After looking into his database the associate Dave found the battery match. He said that this type of battery is in the bottom of his pallet and it will take very long time to get it out.... and will not give it to me because of that.!!! Wow!!! Instead, Dave offered another battery that was compatible and easy to access. I purchased the battery and he assured me (TWICE) that the battery is compatible and will fit well. I went to the auto-repair shop with the battery but they were unable to install it because it was too big to fit in. IT WAS THE WRONG BATTERY regardless of the assurance by Auto Zone that was compatible. Anyhow, I had to find a ride and go to another Auto Zone# 2740 store close to the repair shop and do battery exchange for the original battery that Broadway - Auto Zone #2749 refused to sale because it was on the bottom of the pallet.... I spend substantial amount of time on something that was preventable. To the (owner) train your people as this is not acceptable service!!!

I had an issue with a CSR giving me the wrong brake pads, even after several times confirming my truck model and lug pattern. But the store manager Dave and the CSR Clifford went above and beyond to make things right. So thankful for these two folks at this store. Best customer experience I have had in a while.

This store ROCKS! David was absolutely terrific and so very knowledgeable not to mention kind! I had called ahead to make sure they carried a battery for my key. Came in and he knew right away what I was there for! Had it in his hand and I was out the door! This is the best Autozone in Tucson, Arizona!!

The staff were super friendly and professional. They did a battery test on my car and installed a new one for me. And although it ended up being my starter that went bad, they were kind and compassionate enough to allow me and my friend to wait inside their store for the tow company to arrive (which ended up being over 2 hours!). They even offered us chairs and water which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

The few times I've come here staff are pleasant even in high demand times. Recently needed a battery terminal bolt replaced. Instead of selling me the item and sending me on my way, Mike store manager, took the time to come and and replace it for me, with a sense of humor. I will continue to return to this store.

I always purchase parts here, not only because they are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but because they stand behind their product. Warranty means waranty. No questions. Lifetime warranty means just that. They seem happy and helpful to replace under warranty. Thank you Mike at Tucson Broadway / Camino Seco. Thank you Autozone.Update 4/28/23: went in on a very tight budget, day before payday, needed a part . Marty Acuna went way out of his way to help me find a perfect solution I could afford that day, rather than pushing the costly replacement part. I am so thankful and greatful he helped me through a tough situation.

Another great experience. Ernesto helped find in store purchase. I always leave the Broadway location knowing I have exactly what I need and confident purchase is the best price and value I can find in Tucson. So reassuring for a Sr.Citizen with limited knowledge of automotive repairs.
