Jose (with the outstanding beard and friendly hello) was incredibly helpful with my partners car battery replacement. The old battery was covered with corrosion and he went the extra mile by cleaning the contacts and and making sure the rusted bolts were usable. Would recommend this auto zone 10/10 great experience. Thanks Jose :)

Just amazing service! The store manager Jos� was incredibly helpful to my boyfriend and I as we were looking to replace our windshield wipers on our car. He looked up or vehicle make/model and walked us through options for wipers based on personal experience and knowledge. He gave us a great deal as first time shoppers and even installed all of the wipers after purchase, walking us through how we can replace them in the future. He also gave us great maintenance tips for how to keep our blades working well! I would HIGHLY recommend this store and team for all of your car part needs! You will absolutely get great customer service and can learn along the way!

I came in to get power steering fluid for my car and duct tape to fix a hole in my hose. Jose assisted me in finding a temporary replacement hose and helped me attach it to my car. His kindness was amazing and I m so incredibly grateful for his service! I really appreciate it :)

Needed new bulbs for my headlamps and Michael P was awesome! He helped me pick out the right bulbs and even installed them for me and it was no easy task. Very grateful for his assistance and I would highly recommend this store.

Sue and Jose were extremely nice and helpful! They changed my headlights while it was sprinkling rain and were very quick and nice about it! Very happy I came to the Autozone at Broadway and Plummer.

Came in with a faulty battery, upon walking in was immediately greeted by Trish and she without hesitation went to test my battery. Turns out I had a loose transporter so she tightened it as much as it could and car started up just fine. The battery did read as going bad so I was told to come back if I had any other problems with it today. Sure enough after an hour or so started having problems again so I came back in. Micheal helped me out with the battery best for me and made it quick and easy. Then had Jose walk me out and get the new battery situated. In the installation he also noticed the loose transponder and also that one of my hold downs had gone missing since the last instal. Without having to ask he went inside and came out with a new hold down and a shim to fix both aspects of the battery holder free of charge. Mostly auto zone isn t a place you want to find yourself at with car problems but they made the process as enjoyable as it can be. Great service, great store.

I ve always had excellent experiences at the Auto Zone on Broadway. Normally I ask for Edward because he s kind knowledgeable and genuinely cares. He goes out of his way to help.

i suggest everyone to come here! the service was amazing and everyone there was really helpful! i had to get a new battery and ricardo helped me find which battery i needed and also helped replace it c: there was an issue that came up while putting the battery back in but ricardo & the store manager helped me find the piece i needed to fix it and also talked me thru what was happening which was rlly nice! u can tell they care. ty again!

I'm traveling out of State for work and my vehicle was having issues with the battery. I went in to get the Battery checked and was recommended to get it changed. I had recently purchased a battery at a different location in Washington. Apparently, the store installed the incorrect battery that was sold to me. The store manager Jose installed the new battery for me and gave me recommendations to maintain the battery at full health. I definitely recommend this store due to outstanding customer service. All the staff at this location are very helpful.

Jose was great!!! The store manager was so helpful. He took time to help me find the right part and install it. It was hot, sunny, and hard work at times, but he was delightful. He was personable, courteous, and fun to work with. Thank you guys for taking a stressful situation and making it into an enjoyable interaction and solution. You re the best!

My boyfriend and I went to this store looking to get a new battery. After getting the wrong one we went back to get the new one and weassisted by John. He was so kind and helpful. We ended up switching the battery 2 more times and he helped us with a happy attitude and made us feel like it was no problem at all. He even offered to put the new battery in for us! Would definitely come back to this location just to have John help us out again. Thank you!

The parts and sales manager, John T was amazing. I am a nurse who lives in Marana and was seeing patients on the east side with a 35 minute drive home and my headlight went out. My husband told me to stop in to an auto zone to see if they could help me. John not only found the part, but he even installed it for me within like ten minutes! What an awesome person and an amazing store. I ve never had customer service like this at parts store in my life!

To help my husband who's under the car, I went to AutoZone to pick up parts he had ordered, make an additional purchase and ask a question. Two gentlemen in the store, neither terribly helpful. The man who waited on me was rude, condescending. He literally left me standing at the counter with my items to buy. He made a parts run while I, at 71 stood there. Any age it's unexceptable. Rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. Don't go to AutoZone.

Christopher helped me and was OUTSTANDING. He explained everything to me, so I could understand what was wrong after he read the codes on my van. He told me what was likely needing to be done, as well as put coolant into my car for me so I could limp along till I can get to my mechanic. Great store! Clean great location! Fabulous personnel.

I went to Auto Zone on Plumber & Broadway to get something to keep my fender from hanging low after running into my garage door. Instead, much to my amazed delight, the Store Manager Jose fixed my fender for me. When I left my car was back to normal. I really appreciated the effort Jose made to fix my issue & wholeheartedly recommend this Auto Zone for professionalism & exceptional customer service!

Jose was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Told us it the coolant reservoir (not transmission fluid!) that was low, sold is that and wiper blades, which he also installed for us. We will be back the next time our car needs anything!- Jeff and Sandra Barr
