This is hands down the best Auto Zone I have ever been too.Johnny went above and beyond for my wife and I when we were in Tucson for work and our truck broke down due to a bad battery. His willingness to help us proves that there are still Good people in this world. I am un sure of his position at the 1705 W Speedway Blvd location but with a heart of gold he deserves to have his salary maxed out and be a manager.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts at AZ Dynamic Builders for getting us back on the road. Johnny you are a true saint!!

Quick and quality replacement of my gas cap. The old one was stuck. Sheila removed it, examined it and replaced it with a new one. I tested it out and it worked perfectly. I always get great service from this Autozone and they carry the parts/products I need!

It s hot 107 degrees and my car battery just died. Had to jump start the car and drive to autozone to get it replaced. Fortunately they replace the battery and recycle it for you so I don t have to worry about it. The man replacing the battery got called in as there was a shoplifter but another guy that was off duty offered to finish the job for him, nice guy!

I have been coming to this AutoZone location for many years and I used to be pretty unhappy with the customer service but over the last two to three years it's greatly improved.Over the past couple of months, I've come to this to AutoZone close to a dozen times. Each time I was met with very professional, courteous, wonderful staff.Most recently I've had a lot of issues with my vehicle, and the representatives have been highly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to help with identifying parts that I needed as well as helping me troubleshoot and identify problems with my vehicle, and make very good recommendations.Recently I had to buy a new battery as well as light bulbs for my turn signals and brake lights. The representatives were quick to volunteer to install everything which they did including windshield wipers.I have to give kudos to Ruby, who's been a breath of fresh air. She was super knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciate her. Also to Calista who has been pretty amazing too and very helpful. I didn't deal with the manager 'Shana' directly but she was very supportive of the team when they were helping me.If you're on the west side and you need assistance with your vehicle I highly recommend you go to this AutoZone.

I work for this store 2704 and I can say I love working for this company been here for two years with AutoZone and I can say this the co workers I work with are the best even the bosses like Shanna Mary Ruby John and even abel are the best people ever I enjoy helping out coustomers and trying to help them with what ever they need with their car and try to do my best to provide beat costumer service I can. Very great company I see I learn a lot about car and car parts and I do learn new things from other co workers even mangers if I don't know the answer I ask them if they ain't busy and we solve the coustomers issue and I learn a new thing to help if a costumer comes in with that problem. I appreciate all what AutoZone does. Work with me being a single dad to three kids they work around my kids school schedule and events if need them off. Thank you AutoZone for all you have provided and done best company so far I have perfect for.

David was pleasant and so helpful. He ran systems tests and changed out my battery and gave me all the best options. Very grateful after a 12 hour shift it's nice to be helped with friendly conversation. Thanks David and ty auto zone

Today I went to your store looking for 3M Compound to clean my foggy headlight covers (per you tube instructions). Fortunately for me your associate Giovanni , recommended a product that he knew would work much better. Giovanni went above and beyond to demonstrate how well the product would work. Needless to say the results of the product were impressive! I was very pleased with the results and Giovanni s awesome customer service! I let him know that I would highly recommend the product and your store. Thanks again Giovanni, great job!

I needed new windshield wipers. They were a little bit on the pricey side but good quality. And they installed them for me on my van. Quite happy with the service and the products.

Mary is my absolute favorite she is very charismatic and your concerns are her concerns and she's going to make sure that everything is addressed before you pull off I couldn't have asked for a better help and I wished that I could get help like this anytime I walk into a store I appreciate you Mary and thank you very much AutoZone for having Mary here she made my day and the rest of my year we need more people like her

There was a young guy working there, I went there to have them test my battery and my starter to see what my cars problem was! He started off by testing my battery he said oh yeah it's different your battery, it's only 84% , and I thought to myself 84%? Huh that's not bad battery! So the guy gets me a new battery and charges me $232.00 I ask him if he could put it in for to get home, he takes forever puts it in , I ask him to plz check the starter and the guy did not know what he was doing doing

This is THE autozone I always use, Ethan is always wonderful with help has absolutely great enthusiasm/ attitude! Ethan is the man! Always glad to be in business with I highly recommend this autozone over most in town! Thank you so much for the dedication! Always appreciated

Used this store to identify a check engine light. Very nice, friendly and helpful.Now my only comment is that I agreed to have the results emailed to save the store the cost of printing. Never received the an email. Called today to ask that the email be resent. Was told that it was located and sent. Still no email received. A little disappointed. Yes, I have checked the junk file.

I have had good luck here when I needed parts checked, or looked up. But this is a TERRIBLE place to go if you just need to buy something. Today I needed a bottle of ATF, went to the shelf, and carried it to the register. I then waited, over five clocked minutes, as employees walked around me and looked over at me. No one came over to take my money. No one said hi, or just a minute. No one appeared to care that I wanted to make a purchase. I put it on the counter and left.

Went in today for a couple of things and the guys there are nice very helpful and professional makes me kinda sad that I couldn t tip the fellow who helped me install the things I needed today it was cold wet and windy anyone willful enough to do that for me deserves some type of an award but yeah all in all I ll recommend this place.

I dealt with Ricky. He was absolutly great. Never had a better experience then that night. He assisted me in finding the right windshield wipers and helped install them, gave me great advice for upkeep in my car, was very friendly and professional. I honestly thought he was the manager and it shocked to find out he wasn't. He should be, he really knows his stuff.
