Dean is an intense, totally honest person. I found him on Nextdoor . com I'm so glad I did. He gave me an estimate based on worst-case scenarios, but he said he would only repair what actually was needed. He held to that and got my 20 year old son's car ready to drive to Texas to see a high school buddy in the US Air Force stationed in north Texas.If you want a totally honest mechanic who is dedicated to treating the customer right, Dean is your man! It's as if he is spending his own money when working on your car.Once in a lifetime find!

Dean is outstanding. Honest and super knowledgable. My car had a weird issue that I couldn't get a mechanic to commit to, and he quickly handled it. It's so hard to find a good mechanic you trust. I trust Dean implicitly with my cars. He is prompt, courteous, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. He is fairly priced, and I never feel like he's taking advantage.He stands behind his work as well, which I appreciate since my starter died a few months after he replaced it. It wasn't his fault; it was a bad part, but Dean sought the manufacturer for his labor costs instead of passing them on to me. I very much appreciated that.

The only place that we will take our cars. Dean is knowledgeable and honest, and really cares about his clients and their cars.I'm adding this in here three years later to say that the quality of service that Dean provides continues to be excellent. We depend on him exclusively to keep our 21 year old van running as well as it ever did. For the few services that he does not provide personally his references have been to other companies just as attentive and professional as he is himself. Super honest and knowledgeable owner/mechanic. I hate going to a shop as a woman and expecting to be treated as a child at best and ripped off at worst. Dean is great at explaining whatever you want to know. He found several issues that two other mechanics had ignored (and showed me, so I know it wasn t made up). He then helped me prioritize the issues so that I could figure out what I could afford at the moment and what was safe to continue driving.

Dean is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all facets of automotive technologies. He is the most honest, reasonably priced, and professional Mechanic I've ever experienced. I've been taking my cars to him for years and will continue for years to come. I will always highly recommend his services to anyone who needs there car repaired.

Autoworx/Dean takes care of all of my Jeep maintenance and repairs. I've had small and large repairs there, including a custom modification to adapt my Jeep for my disability. Living in Southern Arizona, I am so grateful Dean knows so much about air conditioning that I every so often when I turn on my air, I breathe a silent 'thanks again' towards the vent.This is a one-man shop and Dean has the experience and expertise to know every possible work-around and best way to fix damn near anything without the double-speak and overhead of commercial shops.His prices are fair and he tells the truth about what he sees and needs to complete a repair. I wouldn't consider taking my Jeep anywhere else. I highly recommend Autoworx.

I would highly recommend Autoworx to anyone who is having a mechanical issue with their vehicle. Dean is honest, fair, and his prices are reasonable. I feel lucky to have found him as I've had numerous bad experiences in the past with other shops who either sell you more than is needed or don't get the job done correctly to begin with. As long as I'm in Tucson he will be my go to.

This is an excellent auto repair shop. The owner has meticulously diagnosed and repaired many complicated auto issues I have brought forth. The owner has also notified me of any upcoming issues that need attention. The prices are perfect. The service and courtesy is excellent. I have been taking my cars to AutoworX for 15 years. The shop has helped so many of my friends and family. Best shop ever. I know cars and engineering (because I am an engineer); this shop continuously impresses me. There is nothing they can t resolve.

I rarely use google for good reviews, but this guy really knows his stuff and earned a good one. I am an experienced guy that works on my own cars and needed help with a machine which don't have to perform A/C service and he provided the help I needed for $25 when others were not available and asked $40. Had a small conversation with him and he's really friendly, honest, and full of knowledge.

The person I spoke to on the phone was eager to help. It sounded like his intentions were to help me " figure out " the issue with my vehicle. The truck was towed to this business. I was called the same day with news. The Truck needed a commonly replaced part. I was quoted 160.00 .When I arrived to pick up the truck , the bill was 390.00 !! I was never called about any additional work needed. Instead I was given excuses and was told my truck would leave me lbroke down or dead. Yet,they "repaired" my truck for use??? The mechanic was rude ,assuming and not a professional. After telling me that my truck was a death trap, he offered to do additional work.... no thanks.

Stop comparing reviews and take your car here to get it fixed. The shop owner, Dean, quickly diagnosed my car, showed me what the problem was, and fixed it for a reasonable price.
