Angel and Vincent were amazing! Angel made the car buying experience fun! He explained everything about the car in detail as well as the financing with a smile. Vincent helped us understand all the options we had when it came to add ons. Overall, we had a great time! We'll definitely recommend people to come see you guys!

I had a great experience at AutoNation Honda Tucson. I just purchased the 2024 Accord hybrid sport L. My sales guy Marcus was super knowledgeable about the car, went through the features the car and made sure all my questions were addressed. He gave me all the time I needed to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase. My finance guy Sam did a fantastic job going through all the paperwork and explained the value of the different products I had available to me to protect my purchase. It s been a few days and I am loving this car and I m very happy with my decision to use AutoNation. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car.

Had a great experience looking for a used car here. Aaron helped find what I was looking for and is quick to respond to emails/text. Very knowledgeable and helps you find the exact car you are looking for. Then Mark was very helpful going over the financing and what my best options are. Helps you make the right choice to on the warranty options to protect you. Would Recommend both of them if you are looking for a car in Tucson.

Had my car towed in on Saturday morning. Even without an appointment, my car was repaired and I picked it up in the afternoon. My service consultant kept in touch with me, by text, throughout the day. Pictures of what needed to be fixed were sent prior to repair. When I checked out, Amber knew of a coupon that reduced my bill significantly. Well done.

Mario was our salesman. He was most accommodating and knowledgeable. I am quite particular about my vehicles, and his knowledge of the Passport was impressive. If he didn't know an answer to our question, he would get it for us.The only drawback to our experience was the volume of paperwork to process to get the sale completed. All in all, this dealership was one of the best customer service car dealers I have witnessed.

I had made an appointment to get my squeaky brakes checked and they got me in on time. We walked to the mall nearby while we waited and Sabrina did a great job updating us on timing and what needed to get done during the appointment and didn't try to get me to replace everything like places typically do! They were timely and got everything back to normal! Thanks :)

It all started with a phone call over the phone, I don t live in Tucson, yet Aaron is the salesperson, that took me seriously , when I informed him, I was very interested in buying a Honda accord. I gave him the stock number which is how he can locate the vehicle . He informed me vehicle was available, then I negotiated the figures , with his Manager Fausto which is very professional also, he contacted me back when I had questions. I agreed on everything, and I drove to Tucson with family. I submitted my application, and then I went to see Mark in finance everything went smoothly. They delivered my vehicle, and I also purchased, weather Honda mats for interior and trunk, Bob in the parts department works has worked there for over twenty years , and he was super nice . He also convinced me to purchase a dash mat to protect my car interior from the harsh , they are going to ship me in the color I choose. I have purchased over thirty cars, in my lifetime, and everyone here deserves a super high five and also ten s They commit, and do what they agree to do. No one lied Love this place, and I don t live there. Who ever owns this dealership, is very fortunate to have such loving dedicated, employee s running their establishment

We have always had a great experience taking our cars into AutoNation Honda Tucson. All the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This last time we were helped by the service advisor Gregg, and he was such a pleasure to work with. He took great care of us, was always in touch with us on how things were going with the car, went above and beyond to make sure we didn't pay more than we had to for parts, and made sure to get my car back up and running smoothly. If anyone has a car that needs to be serviced, I definitely recommend AutoNation Honda. They will take the best care of you!

I was in the market for a new car and had submitted my contact information to their website. I received a return email from Aaron asking me how I prefer to be communicated with. I appreciated that he asked. The experience with Aaron was a great one. He kept in close contact with me while my car was in transit.I do have 2 things that I would like to note though.1) for the amount of money that is being cycled through this dealership, they really need to replace the worn and torn furniture. Customers waiting to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle really shouldn't be sitting on pealing pleather furniture. The bathrooms could also use an update. Things were pretty worn looking.2) I didn't appreciate the little comments "We are just trying to save you some money" multiple times throughout my purchase experience. They would not have been able to give me a better interest rate then my credit union. I overheard many conversations where customers were being told they qualified for high interest rates due to a pretty good sounding credit score to me. Frank, the finance man, really was too pushy and honestly may have been intimidating to some people. He offered me multiple extended warranties, stated that my credit union ones would not be as affordable or as good, again with the "we are just trying to save you money" No Frank, you are not trying to save me money, you are trying to sell me an overpriced warranty.

I decided to go here because I m planning on buying a brand new car for the first time since I just graduated college. Angel stated there were no additional discounts. I stayed really? Because it is on your website and he stated he wasn t sure interesting. How do you not know about your deals when selling a vehicle? Even stated that what the price is; it s marked down completely. Which is untrue. I explained to him that I have never been here before and then I pulled a $500 coupon that was sent to my email and he looked upset when I showed him and stated so you have been here before? With a rude tone. I stated no, I have not been here, I have looked online and emailed you guys and he was asking who my service person was when I had already told him I didn t had one like he was trying to catch me in a lie. When really he did not want to work with me and willing to give his clients the best deal. I had to ask him a question twice because he was too busy texting on his phone. Very unprofessional. Goodluck trying to sell to anyone acting this way. first time physically at this location and won t be back. I even asked if he could send me prices of the cars I was interested in and he has not done so. I will be purchasing a car somewhere else that is willing to work with me.

I ve purchased 3 vehicles from autonation and finally found my gem. It s always a pleasure working with Alison and we were able to get everything wrapped up quickly even with the vehicle coming from Scottsdale. I don t anticipate buying another vehicle anytime soon but I will refer friends and family. Thanks again!Update: continued great service. Chapman could learn a thing or two.

Elena was amazing. She literally took the time to help me find the vehicle that I wanted and was comfortable in. She stayed after hours to help me out, came in on her day off to make sure I was well taken care of. I had told her previous experience I have had at dealerships and she is/was determined that I will become part of the Honda family. So far, everything has been smooth, look forward to working and becoming part of the Honda family!

My experience was horrible. They did not fix my sunroof and attempted to blame me of damaging the sunroof frame that I have never seen or touched. Also returned my car in a different condition than it was originally (sunroof not completely closed). Left grease marks on the inner roof and I have not been able to contact a manager regarding the care of my vehicle. I ve never been so unsatisfied and disregarded. This is the second time they have returned my vehicle in a different condition they it was given to them for the same repair. Now I m afraid they have damaged my vehicle and are attempting to blame me since the sunroof is no longer closed as it was when I brought the car to them.

Very friendly and absolutely no pressure environment. My daughter is very happy with her Honda fit. Very quick trade-in process, and the purchase price was more than fair. Dale the salesperson was very accommodating and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your future consideration

This is only a little of what I experiencedI have delayed responding to comment and only do so because this email said it was the last opportunity to do so, it s not nice.they acted like they never sold a vehicle before took six hours to get the paperwork finished (so I thought) Came up from Tucson on Jan. 20, it Took a month to close this deal and I had my own financing already done. Feb 22 my lender finally had all the correct paperwork from the dealership to fund the deal. They Delivered vehicle with out temporary plates, after questioning them about their error had to wait over a week for them to email me the temporary plate.(so I still could not drive the vehicle) only sent a ballet key, which every time you opened the door the alarm went off, that took two weeks to correct and had to wait almost three hours to get keys programmed and I had an appointment time set up(at a sister dealership in Tucson)Items in their inspection and repair report were said repair/replaced were not. Was told that they would correct it 2 weeks later still nothing. Oh ya, 95% of the communication was initiated by me. They had to FedEx the paperwork twice because of their screwup. My lenders said it took them over a week to respond to questions. I am currently looking at my options to report/respond, which will not turn out good for this dealership. I am going to have the vehicle inspection repair report looked over by another auto dealership to make sure that the rest is correct, hopefully this report wasn t pencil pushed through. Only bright spot was the sales person. I am filling a complaint with the AZ AG s office and looking into my legal options.I would never trust this dealership again.After only driving about 50 miles, have problems with the transmission.

Whenever I visit Auto Nation I have a great experience. I recently went for routine maintenance. Prior to my visit my representative texted a reminder. When I arrived Greg came out to get basic information and told me what the wait time would be. I found a comfy quiet spot to sit and read; made a cup of coffee and relaxed. The car was returned with information on service completed.

I was able to get my Pilot in for a MM B136 in two days while in Tucson before heading back to Portland, OR next week. Fabian was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Finished the job in three hours and got me back on the road for a 1300 mile trip. Seamless experience.

I brought my little brother s Honda Civic into this dealership last week to check on his rear right tire because it was losing pressure fast the last few days. When we returned before closing to check on our car, we were then informed that our tire has an UNREPAIRABLE PUNCTURE (by technician: Jonathan D.). We were then presented with a quotation for 4 brand new tires and wheel alignment for $1,100+! I m thankful they didn t proceed without our permission, and I ended up not moving forward with the quotation because we just wanted our tire checked and repaired if possible. I do appreciate the Service Advisor s communication and customer service, hence the 3 stars.The next day, I brought our Civic into a smaller tire shop and they were able to swiftly remove the tire, showed us the nail on the tread, and REPAIRED it in under 10 minutes! Paid $15 only! They also informed us our tires still have a couple of months left and won t need to be replaced yet right away. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY! They just saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! $$$ They completely won my trust and business!I don t know how the Technician at this dealership concluded that our tire puncture was unrepairable, but I just wanted to vent my frustration because I felt like I was lied to. As someone who also works in the automotive industry, this felt like a stab in the back.

Honda, did a great job with diagnostic on my car. I just don't like that we are charged a diagnostic charge that separate and is not applied to the work done there. They do know their stuff. Also a $34 shop charge for what. They replaced a rely. It cost $317 to replace a rely. But our running light work now!!

I recently visited AutoNation Honda Tucson, and I gotta say, the experience was great. Went in for a recall and a tire alignment, and was greeted warmly by a staff member. We were told our rep would be with us shortly. Didn t had to wait long as John (our rep) greeted us shortly. John was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We had to leave the car overnight as we were told the recall usually takes about 4 hours (it was close to closing). John kept me updated about my vehicle through text and found additional issues (which he provided pics of). Instead of having to worry about paying out of pocket or looking up the warranty on my own. John was able to reach out to the company for me, regarding my warranty. John was able to resolve the issue without me having to spend additional money. He was very helping and I would be requesting for John again if anything comes up. He even offered us ice cream when we arrived!!
