I reached out for an issue with having my serpentine belt replaced. I live pretty far up North and was out of his service area. Despite that he was able to talk to me over the phone and walked me through step by step how to fix it myself. I know nothing about cars, and this was the very first time I attempted anything like this. He was patient, and took the time to describe what I was doing wrong over multiple phone calls. He was able to get me (a complete novice) to do the job myself. I would definitely highly recommend. Thanks again!

Robert provided me with service, although I wasn't very good. I believed Robert to be knowledgeable over the phone, but when he arrived to fix the loose serpentine belt, he was researching how to do it on Google. While struggling, he attempted to put the belt on, but it was not done correctly. If you hire him for any service, don't trust his work. After driving the automobile for two to three minutes, the belt actually came off. I told him about it, and he promised to follow me to ensure my safety. Additionally, he advised me to phone him if anything went wrong. I did, but he never picked up.

This business is run by Rob and his partner Michelle, both of whom live and breathe automobiles. After working with them recently, I would argue that they are among the best mechanics working in Tucson.Their initial response time was incredible. It took them a little over 40 minutes to arrive at my location after agreeing to help. Once there, they went straight to work, quickly diagnosed the issue (faulty fan motor), and provided me with some tips for keeping the engine from overheating and turning off. It cost under $100. It got me back on the road in no time at all, no towing required.The cost of repairing my vehicle was was also incredibly fair, especially in comparison to what other mechanics charge. Overall, between the initial visit and the cost of parts and labor, this issue cost me around $300, which to me, is an incredibly good deal.I will definitely be sure to contact Rob and Michelle for any future repairs on my vehicle. It's rare to find a good auto mechanic that cares about their customers and operates with the same fairness and integrity like they do. I highly recommend seeing them for all of your vehicular needs.5/24/23 not sure what went on with these guys, but they stopped replying to my calls. Very unprofessional of them. I checked the website and it s still up. Don t recommend them anymore.

This guy showed up early in the morning in the Blazing Heat after I just came up from Nogales Arizona to have another so-called mechanic do the brakes on my car the job started on Thursday and it didn't end until the early morning hours of Friday when the guy finally gave up because you said my caliper was seized and I needed a new one so there I was stranded and I called Robert and they got there within about an hour and he told me I didn't need a new caliper he was able to fix the caliper and he did it lightning fast and he had great customer service this guy is the real deal anybody that needs a real mechanic that knows what they're doing should call this guy thank you Robert I appreciate it!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

This company is phenomenal! Great customer service and great prices! They came out to my residence and replaced my fuel pump and filter. They also provided a lot of helpful tips to keep my truck running in great shape. I would definitely recommend Rob & Michelle. For any future repairs, I will be using their services.

Rob was able to come to me on a Sunday afternoon when most shops were closing or didn't have an A/C on duty that day.He was helpful and only was looking into the best or most direct way to fix my problem...not trying to add on services or unnecessarily diagnostics, but he was thourugh with things to monitor.Anyway, he had my A/C back up at a reasonable price without me having to leave my driveway. Definitely glad not having to drive a sweat box any longer than necessary in Tucson's 100+ degree heat!

Fantastic, fast service, they were great. Fixed my car in an hour and disposed of an extra dead battery I had just because I asked. Affordable, too. Will absolutely be going back.

Needed right rear bearing replaced on my Jeep PatriotDealership quoted me an outrageous priceBought bearing myselfCalled Automotive Master around noon on a ThursdayThey came out around 3pm same dayReplaced both rear bearings in less than 45 minutesCharged me a fraction of what the dealership were charging and they did it at my place of work.Awesome work, super convenient, fast service, affordable as hell and good customer service....thanks guys

These guys suck and cost me more money time I had to take the vehicle to another shop. I needed a starter for my truck, they told me to go buy it which I found a little odd but I complied. Then the next day the brand new dealer starter went out, they came back out, tried to charge me full price again, and assured me nothing else was wrong with the truck, after I told them something isn't right. So I go back to the dealer to get another starter they put it on and what do u know the next day same problem. So I had to tow truck to an actual shop and they within 2 minutes identified the problem, a bare wire 6 inches from the starter was hitting the frame burning out the starter. So I went back to the dealer a 3rd time and had to buy a new starter as they wouldn't warranty it aftrer the 3rd time. So I'm now over 900 dollars into a problem and just starting back over at another shop. Absolutely avoid at all costs. They are not knowledgeable, and then when I asked about warranty after they tried to charge me the second time they told me that since I bought the parts they wouldn't warranty it. Mind u they told me to go buy it. Rediculous. Do yourself a favor and don't call these guys.

I had a break in, talked to a Rob. Guy was good natured, knowledgeable, and was able to solve my problem and save me serious money. Highly reccomended! I checked that Dee Jones review, looks like he one stars everything, can't imagine the guy I dealt with would treat a customer in any way but good.

Rob and Michelle took really good care of my wife . She needed an alternator replaced on a Sunday. They were quick and very reasonable.

Called and called, no answer! Called days later... no answer! Called again today, NO ANSWER! What kind ve business never responds to messages?? These Tucson Mobile Mechanics are a joke! Don t waste your time. I m not even sure this place exists.
