Terrific service and attention to detail. These guys went above and beyond with my car. Even down to running laps around the building in the parking lot next to my car and listening just so I could replicate the noise it was making. Good prices, honest quotes and extremely qualified mechanics. If you need your vehicle worked on, dont hesitate to bring it there. 10 out of 10!

Being new to Tucson I asked my well trusted mechanic in Phoenix if he could recommend a garage. He pointed me to Autohaus Tucson. I ve been bringing my BMW here since then. The facility is top notch, the mechanics are very skilled and will show you any issues they find. It s not a need to fix it now , but a reasonable assessment of the issue and good recommendations on when it should be addressed. Strongly recommend.

Autohaus is the type of auto shop you dream about finding. I ve been bringing my Porsche here since we moved to the area about a year ago. They ve done my scheduled maintenance three times now and have done an outstanding job. Pricing for oil changes and my 80K service (PDK, etc) were on par for the area. I really trust Jon, so he s had plenty of opportunities to upsell me on diagnostics and repairs for (admittedly) paranoid concerns, but he s always been very professional and straight with me. I did have to tow the car to the shop once due to a coolant pipe burst and they were incredibly easy to work with. They gave me a quick diagnosis and estimate, coordinated with my warranty company, and didn t screw me on the non-covered items. It s such a relief to find a local business to support that s run by really cool people. I can t even imagine taking my car anywhere else at this point.

First time to use this shop. WOW Really a pleasant change after using MB of Tucson for the past few years. I had enough of being up sold every time. John at Auto Haus knows the business and vehicles extremely well. Car was done on time and only repairs and service done, They get an 11 out of 10

Went above and beyond for us. Got us back in the road in less than 2 hrs. Repairs were replacement parts so very thorough and professional. Can t thank them enough for all they did. Quality work and price was lower than we had estimated. A. One Job . Do not hesitate to call them if looking. We are from Iowa long way from home , not knowing where to go.., so glad we found them through another business doing an alignment the same day. As I stated we needed many things fixed.. then we found Big Boy Tires another A plus business. Go see my review for them. Auto Haus should be your repair shop. Awesome place for people who own Mercedes! They literally saved me $$$$$ thousands of dollars compared to the dealership estimate. They were fast, helpful, and great customer service. They also do the maintenance (service A/B) for a fraction of the price at the dealership. Highly recommend!

This is what an auto shop should be. Upfront explanation with a best case and worst case scenario regarding costs. John who is at the front desk is great to work with. The techs/mechanics know their stuff.Nice that they can offer Lyft service to get you where you need to go after dropping off the car.

Paid 200 bucks to have a wire tightened and car broke down again and they didn't even want to make any money off me because the car had a lot of problems...I had time to wait and money to pay but I guess the skill set to tackle such jobs wasn't present but yeah I've never seen an "experience" mechanic turn down money because it was to much work but if your in a jam and need your car worked on I wouldn't recommend this place!! Go to Keith Brooks European services!! They can get it done without complaint!!

I couldn t say enough about Autohaus. Jon was very helpful and informative about the repairs at hand, as well as upcoming repairs. The mechanics were great, and got my car serviced in under an hour. Will definitely be using again.

I was looking for a shop in Tucson that specialized in Mercedes-Benz. I called Autohaus, and spoke with Marcus. He was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt really good and confident after speaking to Marcus that they would be able to help me with my car issue. I had a wonderful experience. They got the job done the day I brought the car in, which hardly ever happens. I would definitely recommend Autohaus based on my overall experience. They also guarantee their work. Window in mercedes would not roll up. Called them while on a long road trip. They had part to make repair, which did not require leaving the car overnight. They also will make an identification tag for your keys in the event they are lost. The person can call Autohaus so you can be located free of charge. Top notch foreign car specialist!

Recently I was having some trouble with my car so I took it into Autohaus for a diagnosis. They diagnosed my car and I approved the repairs at which time an awesome tech named Jeremy called to say the issue had been misdiagnosed.He was completely willing to have the shop shoulder the cost of the misdiagnosis, and then he worked for days on end to chase down a problem that was completely unique to this engine, calling specialists, and using his professional curiosity to provide an amazing customer experience.The problem was eventually discovered and fixed after some painstaking investigative work. It was determined to be caused by someone who had performed a previous repair improperly, which is why it was so hard to track down.I am confident that had I taken it to another shop there would not have been nearly as comprehensive of a look at the entire issue, and I would have left frustrated with impartial repair work being performed.It's difficult to overstate how happy I am with the service I received at Autohaus, and specifically from Jeremy. The communication is excellent, the honesty is beyond reproach, and the quality of work is top notch.Take your car here and badger them about having Jeremy work on it, there is a zero percent chance you will be disappointed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have owned German cars for the past several years in Tucson and have been to dealerships and private shops for repairs but since I found AutoHaus, I won't go anywhere else! They are 100% honest and care about every customer and car they work on. They know what they are doing and are very skilled.

This is a superlative shop w Top Notch technicians!Uber professional!Totally honest and trustworthy one of the best service experiences I've ever had in my lifethey even have a factory trained and certified Ferrari technician who can work on I believe up to 430 + 458 Ferraris.This is a real gift to those who own a Ferrari in Tucson we don't have to go up to Scottsdale to get quality service

Top Quality Work.Our extended family owns 4 German automobiles of various makes. After the dealer botched the work on one car and then wouldn't give us an appointment to fix it in less than 10 days we took the car to Autohaus Tucson. The work performed by Autohaus Tucson was excellent and completed within a day. We won't even bother with the dealers in the future. Instead all of our future work will be done at Autohaus Tucson.

This is by far the best independent BMW, Mercedes, and other import repair facility in Tucson. The owner Marcus and his son Jesse have been working with these vehicles all their life, and are friendly and will NOT sell you something you don't need. These guys care. Jeremy is the sharpest German tech I have ever met. They take care of you and have a shuttle service to get you home and back while they perform your service. Love this shop. (I own a 2000 BMW E36/323ci)
