We had two tires simultaneously blow on our 2003 Rockwood camper while doing 75 mph; which did catastrophic damage to the wheel-well, body panels, and even the interior. It was as if a bomb had gone off. Chunks of rubber and steel belt ripped through to the interior; splintering the dinette seating area, and splitting the dining table in half. Major damage!Choosing to take it to Artistic Elegance for repair was the best decision I ever made. Kent and his crew did an amazing job. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail of their repairs were better than the original factory work.Working with Kent felt more like talking to a friend than dealing with a repair shop owner; and to say that their work far exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Nobody ever wants to find themselves in a body shop with a damaged RV but if you do end up in that situation, Kent is absolutely the person you want to be dealing with. Just picked up our Grand Design 5th wheel from Artistic Elegance and we are extremely pleased with the work Kent and his crew did. We had a fridge fire that caused some damage to the paint which he fixed up - can't tell there was ever any damage. Also had him fix a couple of old damage issues that came out better than new.We live full time in our rig so getting repairs done is a challenge. Kent got us in at a time that worked great for us and the repairs were finished in a very timely manner. If we ever need body work done again, (one can only hope not but then there's the reality of this rv life ) we would definitely find it worthwhile to head back to Tucson, Kent and Artistic Elegance.

Artistic Elegance replaced the whole front and fender on our Class A Motorhome (after hitting a deer). Work was completed in a timely manner and Kent kept us updated throughout. Artistic Elegance is professional and friendly. We had a great experience from beginning to end. The RV looks brand new! We learned about Artistic Elegance when they repaired several vehicles at the RV park. The quality of the work was exceptional!

Kent runs an efficient and reliable business. I ve had two repairs over the last two years to the front end cap of my 2019 Dynamax Class C requiring a high degree of expertise to match the custom paint job. Kent s crew did a phenomenal job. Even the feathering/fading edges look perfect. There is a logo on the front requiring a layered template and paint spatters which came out matching the ones on the sides almost perfectly. The most recent repair also required replacing the awning fabric and miscellaneous parts, which was handled extremely well as I purchased the parts and Kent had them installed, saving us both time and money. I ve been surprised both times that the job was done ahead of schedule and to my utter satisfaction. Beautiful work worth every penny.

I clipped a low gate post at a dump station at Catalina State park on my 2022 Tiffin40 IP Allegro Bus! Destroyed one cargo door and damaged 2 more...Ouch!I called Artistic Ellegance and Kent got me in the next day for an estimate. He handled the insurance and the arduous task of getting parts from Tiffin.The finished job was awesome! Perfect color match and assembly. Thanks to Kent and his team! I highly recommend for RV body and paint!

We had some serious damage to our RV on three bin doors and lower interior. The people at AE fixed everything and we are very pleased at the outcome. In addition, everyone was friendly and really cared about our concerns. Kent, in particular, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to return here again.

We were impressed!!!!Worth every penny!!!!The paint on the entire driver's side of our 21 year old diesel motor home had become severely sun-damaged by a condition known as Thermal Checking. Left untreated, this condition can lead to de-lamination of the fiberglass itself!After much research about the condition as well as possible solutions to the problem, we made the tough decision to to pursue the possibility of being without our full time home for a period of time....not to mention the significant expense required to properly tackle the problem.Enter Kent Budish and the crew at Artistic Elegance in Tucson, Arizona.In addition to their (obvious) experience in dealing with this particular issue, right from the start we were impressed with their willingness to really listen to our concerns....with particular attention given to our apprehension about being without the coach for several weeks.After having read their reviews on line we were expecting an excellent end result.What was unexpected were the almost daily texts and pictures from Kent that kept us comfortable and up to date on the project's progress. Who does that????Wow!!!From start ...to the (amazing) finish there was never a time that we felt anything but special....Kent always seemed to be available to answer our questions and put our minds at ease.Although this business clearly had other projects going at the same time as ours, we were always treated as though ours was the ONLY project.Wow again!!!The job was completed on time and on budget....exactly. (And they didn't cut corners.)The affected side of our beloved motor coach now looks brand new!!!!!More importantly, we have been left with a lasting feeling of appreciation and gratitude for how the whole process was handled.In a world where it sometimes seems as though no one cares anymore, Artistic Elegance stands head and sholders above the fray.Kent and crew have re-defined the definition of customer service and we would highly recommend them without reservation whatsoever.On a scale of one to ten....we would give them a twelve....at least!!!!Thanks to Artistic Elegance....we are.....Happy Campers Once Again!

Wow, Kent is a talented artist that works fast and gets the job done right. I took my conversion van into him with a smashed fender and scratches all over the back panel from a little run in with a fence. He had it looking brand new again in about 4 days. Thanks Kent!

My wife searched the internet for an RV Painting Company. Artistic Elegance was the first one she found. It suited our wants so I called them. Kent was articulate and professional. That is what I look for in an owner. I sent him photos and he replied with a cost estimate. Kent said that they do this type of repair all the time. Three days after we dropped it off in the shop, it was done. It was an awesome job. They even cleaned the outside of the trailer.I would use Artistic Elegance if I needed any painting done. I will definitely tell all my friends.The one photo shows the completed shiny front where they matched the color from the sides and applied a generous clear coat. The other photo is me removing the sun damaged Coleman sticker which left a mark from the sun. We wanted the front in one color which Artistic Elegance provided.Service: Painting

I brought my coach into Kent s shop on Monday and the repair was perfectly completed by Thursday morning. I highly recommend Artistic Elegance if you require any fiberglass repair in the Tucson area. We kissed a gas station pump guard. We are full timing in our fifth wheel and Kent worked around that issue. Repair was performed on time and fifth wheel looks like damage never happened. Great communication, highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Kent and his entire crew performed a repair on my Motor home after a small incident. His work is impeccable. This paint job is complicated and there is absolutely no evidence of after market repair. We used Kent and the folks at Artistic Elegance to repair body damage on our travel trailer. We took it someplace else for an estimate first, but when we dropped it off they told us it would be a couple months and the following day they hadn't even looked at it for the estimate. I found Artistic Elegance through a Google search and I gave them a call because of all their great reviews. Talking to Kent put me at ease and I felt confident that they would take care of our trailer and do a good job on the repair. They were able to get us in quickly and had the repairs completed in about a week. Kent was always available and kept me updated on the progress. While traveling home to Tucson from the East coast, my wife and I had a run in with a fuel island pipe bollard, well truth be told I did. I had taken out 6 of our 8 basement compartment doors, I felt sick. We made it home and I began searching for a body shop to repair the coach, and that s when we discovered Artistic Elegance. We brought the coach down for an estimate, and Kent took the time and put together a complete and professional estimate. He then submitted the estimate to my insurance company which they approved in 4 hours!!! Kent knows his business and is honest, forthright, and a true professional in everything he does.We dropped off our coach on 11/15 and we picked it up today 11/30 and we couldn t be happier. Everything was completed perfectly. Paint was a dead on match, seams were straight and equal and the doors worked perfectly. We would highly recommend Kent and his professional staff, so the need ever arise for his services. Thank you for everything you ve done Kent to put this behind us. We had a blow out of the left outside dual while travelling through California, wiped out the entire wheel well, fairing and a bunch of trim on our Winnebago Cambria 30J. The plan was to have an extended stay in the Tucson area so we decided to wait on the final repairs until then. We made a lot of inquiries and eventually were steered to Kent and his crew at Artistic Elegance. I am so happy that we found them! It was a joy to find someone who takes such pride in his work and understands the special needs of RVers. Kent did a fantastic job on all our repairs and even worked with us to take care of some other refurbishing at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Artistic Elegance to anyone looking for an RV mechanic who specializes in body work in the Tucson area. Kent, the owner, was so wonderful to work with, as were all of the mechanics he hires! We felt so taken care of and would go out of our way to take our 5th wheel back to him.We brought our 5th wheel to him after we started experiencing cracking on our wall (both inside and out). Other shops were quoting us upwards of $7k and only providing one solution. Kent was the only person we spoke with who gave us options and had creative solutions that didn t involve weeks of labor.He had us in and out in 4-5 hours and the price felt very reasonable. The work they did was clearly high quality and we have so much peace of mind knowing the crack was sealed up and taken care of properly. We even left with some solid advice on a few other maintenance topics that he graciously discussed with us even though they were unrelated.We have been to a lot of rv mechanics over the last 2 years and Artistic Elegance was by far the best experience that we've had. I can't say enough good things about Artistic Elegance. I found them to be very friendly and not over priced like the first place I went. They are knowledgeable about all types of paint and body, not just motorhomes. I had a golf cart that someone's bumper slid down the side of. They made it look like new. Had some damage from a windstorm on the back of our RV, including perforating the fiberglass. Kent was able to get the vehicle in and repair it within a week of my call. It sounds like a cliche, but Kent does go out of his way to make your experience a pleasant one. He handles all correspondence with the insurance company and adjustors. He is in constant contact with you, always making you feel like a valued customer. His combination of knowledge and experience ensures a favorable outcome. I went to Kent originally based on separate personal recommendations, and I understand why they spoke so highly of him. Artistic Elegance will be getting all my future work.

We had damage to our fifth wheel from a hit and run in Yuma, AZ. Took it to Artistic Elegance for a cost estimate and review with our insurance company. The work was performed by Kent, owner, and his crew, and it looks like brand new. Also had some fiberglass work repaired and decals repainted and it looks awesome. Kent was awesome to work with and he also worked well with our insurance company. He knows his business and pays attention to every detail. Thank you Kent.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Kent the owner of Artistic Elegance! Our 5th wheel was damaged in an accident along with our truck. Kent did a beautiful job repairing our 5th wheel and he had the job done on time. We could not pick up our 5th wheel because the repair to our truck was delayed by 3 weeks. Kent was unbelievably understanding and took our 5th wheel to a storage area until we finally were able to pick it up. He did not charge us for storing it either.! We recently had an accident with our travel trailer and tore a large gash down the right side. From the first point of contact to the day of pick up, the owner, Kent, was professional, reassuring and friendly. He not only kept us informed during every step of the process, he worked with our insurance agent insuring things were handled with the most efficiency possible. I had my fifth wheel RV totally repainted last year at Artistic Elegance because it had much sun damage and did not match the color scheme of my truck. Kent and his crew did an excellent job and it looked beautiful. In the interim we noticed a couple of minor defects and lost our water heater cover which I replaced but needed the paint to match. They just took care of that and a couple of minor repairs I needed. The work was done quickly and at a modest cost. I would highly recommend this business!!
