*****"""IMPORTANT REVIEW****"""What can I say. If I have nothing nice to say I shouldn't say anything, but I am compelled to dismiss this rule. I don't know why,I don't know how but I cannot imagine anyone having an exceptional or pleasant experience visiting this store. I live near Drexel and Midvale so I have had many visits thru many employees over the years.This review will seem somewhat odd simply due to the unique experience that I've had here over the years. For the past few years I have sold and purchased vehicles on the side for family and myself as well. This store is right down the street from where I live I've never purchased insurance from LA insurance. I have used the third party ADOT services and I'm contributing this review without exaggeration malice or bias if there is any my experience. Every single employee here is rude I mean rude. I cannot help but feel that perhaps these women are hired as a favor or to keep them quiet. Enough said there. Perhaps federal witness protection program or other programs could be operating from this store. This simply isn't any reason to be so rude and the atmosphere to complete the picture is extremely tense and uncomfortable as a customer. Try not to forget to stand behind the red line or you might end up blaming yourself for the unpleasantness.The only compliment I will say is the women more or less are pretty and that's not why I visit. It's the only compliment I could reach. Not knockout beautiful mind you. Which leaves only more questions.There is no reason to feel like a loser after every visit. I blame there supervisor. The fish rots from the head first. Go to PLZ check cashing store if you can 12th and Valencia just over the bridge NW corner or go to a check cashing 3rd party ADOT STORE on AJO and 12th right next to RAFAELS TIRES.FAR BETTER SUPERIOR SERVICE IN EVERY EVERY SINGLE WAY. WITHOUT QUESTION FROM THE PRINT OUT of the permit TO THE CASUAL ENVIRONMENT AND POLITE I MEAN HUMAN INTERACTION that this store is oblivious to. I'm not kidding the other stores provide a clear envelope to protect the permit from getting ruined from water and whipping from wind blowing. And the plastic even has glue bars to stick it anywhere it has enough surface on your vehicle. For the same cost in money but not the experience. The last comments I'll make is that those other stores they too have pretty employees but this is an example of snobbery and conceited employees that answer versus a regular human being. Take my review as you like but the lack of stars at this location can reveal more than one comment

We came here (MIdvale Park location) to transfer the title of a car we were buying. The staff member was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We were in and out incredibly quickly, and if we had attempted this at the DMV, we could have waited hours. The rates were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this establishment as an authorized third party for the Arizona DMV.

Very unhelpful and uncaring. Said we need a bill of sale but checked AZ MVD website and it s not a requirement.
