Stopped by to get an estimate on removing my chrome tips from my exhaust pipes and replace them with new ones. Price was excellent and they were able to do the job right there on the spot. Excellent customer service and the job was well done! I will go back for any future issues with my truck!

2004 Ford Explorer had head gasket replaced preventively. Bought coyotes timing chain set and gaskets. Shop wanted to charge $300 over going price bought for $400 they wanted $700. Car took 3 months because of Time Machine shop took to redue heads etc. Car was repair 10/22 and 2/23 had no start condition. Had local shop toe car in for diagnostics. Drivers side engine had low compression. Timing chain jumped timing. So after paying All Works Automotive they must have left something loose cause no way having all new coyotes timing chain parts would fail. Beware these guys do back yard mechanic work. I paid $4300 for something I should have never had to worry about. Now my car is gonna be junked total

Great place, super friendly and honest people. Had to get my husband's ac repaired in his truck. Not only did they do an awesome job, but also had him in and out quickly. I can only recommend. I'm happy to have found this place and will definitely be back if we have problems with our vehicles

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SCAMMERS!!!I originally took my Jeep here because it was stay stuck in 3rd gear mind you the car worked before taking it in. Whoever called me told me that it might be a battery issue so he replaced the battery then calls me again and let s me know that it s stays stuck on 3rd gear. I said yes that is the reason why I took it to you. He didn t even know what the car was brought in for! He did some further diagnostics and called back to say there where metal shavings in the transmission, wanted to replace some filters and charge me more for a different diagnosis. Needless to say he was going to charge me to put the pan back on for the transmission I told him not toTouch anything else on the car that I will be picking it up. I have the pan in my trunk!!! $600 dollars later for a NEW battery and labor. My car does not work doesn t turn on at all when I dropped it off working !!! I had to tow it back home!!! Left worse then when I dropped it off!! 0/10 stars DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 26 hour drive ahead of me. Saw how well this shop was rated. I needed a quick check on my car and an oil change. Car is running great, love that it took Lisa at the front desk less than a minute to know my car, oil type and filter type with the little information I provided. Service was quick, got a courtesy call. This place is amazing. Brought some friends with me too and we couldn't stop talking about how fast the service was and how nice everyone was. I strongly recommend this place. Lisa and Richard are a great tag team. Didn't meet the rest of the staff but if they are anything like the two I met at the front desk I can understand why this body shop has such a high rating.Service: Auto maintenance

Traveling from out of town and needed a new tail pipe installed on my RV. Was recommended to this shop. WOW , Prompt service, Excellent Craftsmanship, in and out in less than hour. Richard and his son Ricky have the shop running like a well oiled machine! I Highly Recommend!

Stay away from this place! They will try and rob you blind. They recently changed my engine on my Lexus and it took over two years and Richard tried to give me every excuse in the book. After he realized his error he offered me a year of oil changes and exhaust flares and when I went back for a check light engine after they just replaced my engine his wife is trying ti charge me 100 bucks for holding my car for 3 days just to tell me what I ve already told her from my OBD reader. Literally worst experience I ve ever had and wished I never took my car to these thieves. When I went to pick up my car as I told her I would be there that same Thursday they closed up early by more than three hours and stayed close that Friday aswell keeping me from my car for an additional five days not offering any sort of apology. I would give negative stars if I could. I have never felt with a more unprofessional establishment.

Family run and treat you like family. Pricing is lower than most and service is excellent. It's scary when you need your car fixed and don't know where to turn. You will be taken care of and can relax knowing you are in good hands.

our car had the check engine light on, they recommend we change the TCM and speed sensor. we took their advice and check engine light still on $960 later. we were quoted $800 prior. they wanted to rebuild the transmission for $3,600 we have no idea if they even checked the transmission fluid.when we went to pick up the car, one of our windows was rolled all the way down and couldn t go back up. there was water from the rain all over the inside of the door.they also left the rain guard on the passenger side cracked in half and the broken piece left in the back seat of the car. also found a cigarette butt on backseat floor.they did not tell us about any of this when we went to pick it up.very disappointed in our service.

Richard comes through again!!! This is my third visit....each for something different! He has stuck with his estimates, always informing me as the situation changes. Never a price shock when I pick up my vehicle. Though he did scare me this past Monday, when they were closed at 2:30pm. Aside from that, can't imagine taking my car elsewhere. Thanks, again!!!

They did work on my Mom's truck several times and was done in timely manner considering how busy they are, extremely affordable, very professional. Will not take a vehicle anywhere but here. Highly recommend them. Though if you are expecting your vehicle to be repaired same day as drop off, not usually going to happen. Very busy shop. But best auto repair shop in Tucson. We called All Works Automotive about a coolant leak and they told us to come over so they could look at it. Richard looked at it right away and let us know the problem and our different options for fixing it! He was so helpful we felt like truly valued customers. They fixed our Van very quickly and made sure it was all good to go before we left. Be careful with this guy Richard! He tried to rob me of thousands of dollars! I had some shifting and motor mount issue's on my 2012 malibu.i took it to Richard at all works and he said my transmission was fried and donefor. He even said it smelled burnt. He started quoting prices on used and rebuilt transmissions from $2411 for a used and $3100 for a rebuilt.I knew my transmission was not yet donefor, so I decided to pay for the diagnostic and take the car somewhere else. Of course he wasn't there when i arrived for the car, and they didn't even have an invoice for the diagnostic! Tooo Sketchy at this point, even the mechanic that pulled my car out seemed very sorry for the situation, and told me he was very sorry about this. I never even received a follow up call from RICHARD at all! Not even to come back for an invoice or anything! When i took the the malibu to another shop They said the transmission ignition fuse was removed! And the motor mounts need replace. I had that taken care of with those guys, who were very honest btw! I took my diagnostics forms and invoices to all works to show Richard. He still did not have an original diagnostic for the malibu but had no problem giving me my money back as I gave him a piece of my mind in front of customers. He tried denying remembering the malibu, and then tried to blame his mechanics! Still no invoice but gave me my diagnostic refund with no receipt. He has absolutely no records of my 2012 malibu in his system I'm positive of that! But I have the 75 cash. This guys a nightmare! Watch out for Scammers like this guy Richard! I would never take any of my vehicle's to this company until This guy Richard is gone.

my parents truck was there was 10 days, no work done to it yet, I kept calling to ask about it, a man told me it was the power steering, yet when we drove it in noting was wrong with the power steering! Second time I called again another man told me it probably a bad motor! No diagnostic was done yet, he will give me a call, I never received a call!! On the 10th day that we decided to take the truck elsewhere, a diagnostic was finally done, the results of the diagnostic was nothing near what they were telling me it might be! So my parents decided to just take the truck to another mechanic! We will never go back to this place. Yet! They were highly recommended!! Nope! Not from our experience with them, very unprofessional!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went to All Works Automotive just the other day to have my AC checked. The service was great, they are friendly and fast. The guy that runs the front Richard seems very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain things to you, I really liked that about him. I will definitely bring my car back and recommend him to others. Thank you.

They did great work fixing my radiator issues, very reasonable rates. I really liked how upfront they were about pricing, specifically quoting prices for using your own parts/oil etc first before quoting prices for parts they supply. Was really refreshing, especially considering how most places I've been before want to sell their own parts instead.This place really gave me the vibe that what they really wanted to sell was their labor, and the parts were secondary. I liked that. I wasn't planning on providing parts I sourced myself, but it was nice to be presented with the option up front.Thanks, I will be returning again in the future, but hopefully not for a long while!

A million thanks to the guys down at All Works Automotive! I am always really skeptical when taking my car to a mechanic, but it have to say I had never been met with such great customer service. Very good communication, Richard always gave me updates on my car, what parts would be needed, pricing out the door , ETA's. All the mechanics we're extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The overall experience was seamless, and again thank you so very much. If anyone is reading this review because you are looking for a place to take your car, it's a no brainer - All Works Automotive is the place!

Richard knows current State of the Art and the needs of classic cars that I drive. His Word and Work accord. He restored a 56 yr old Chrysler radiator to excellent function, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars and MY 1968 Chrysler Newport. If I need a GOOD LOCAL MECHANIC, he will be the Man we call.

Needed air conditioning checked. They got me in and checked the system. Major parts good, but there s a leak. Put in dye snd had me drive around a few days and come back. Showed me the leak. I had them fix it. Great service, really nice people.

My car was leaking brake fluid and I thought it was from a brake hose. Something told me to take it in and have them do the work (I usually handle most repairs/maintenance myself) and I'm glad I did. Turns out it was the caliper that was leaking.Very professional shop, friendly and knowledgeable. Car repairs can get expensive, but I thought their prices were very reasonable and among the best in my experience. Although they were busy the day I took my car in, they still managed to get the work done the same day. Since then, more than two weeks ago, I've have had zero problems with the brakes and I'm very happy with the repair. They will be the first place I go to for future repairs.

We have a Motor Home. I wanted to get the Diesel Engine tail pipe re-positioned at the end where the exhaust comes out. It was just turned down and I wanted it to turn up and come out the side through a hole. It's a 5" pipe and I was told years ago, it couldn't be done. I called and talked to the owner "Richard". He said he could do it and would have all the parts it would take to do the job. We came by so he could check it out and he said he could do the job right away if I wanted to do it now. I said yes, we could do it now. Richard got started right away. In about 11/2 hours, he had it done and it was just perfect as I wanted. I am so happy now. If you are looking for anything to be done to your vehicle that they do, this is the place to come. I don't write many reviews, but when a place is as good as they are here, I will do it for them. I could only give them 5 stars, but would have given 10 stars easily. Give them a call and you will see how nice they treat you. Reasonable rates too.

I highly recommend this Place! I have had extensive work done on my vehicle and they always call and explain exactly what they're doing and what the costs will be before they repair anything. They are very reasonable and have Is many payment options to offer also!!

I have a Kia Sportage that had been running rough. The guy said he had an idea what it was, leave it with him and he'd have it ready in a few days. Two weeks later I gt a call and was told it was ready. I was kinda excited because I had missed my car. I was excited till I went to drive it just to find the problem had not been corrected. I was told that it HAD been working just fine but give them some time and they would get everything just right. Today it's been three more week and they say their still working on it. Avoid this place like the plague! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As you well know there is no way to respond (other than this) to your post. It was your shop. I made no mistake and it's very easy to remove a file from a computer. I'm not "opinion scamming". Your "service" on my vehicle sucked and regardless of your denial I stand by my statement.

This is an update to my following review. "I just picked up my 1983 Chevy C10 after Rich and his employees installed a new motor. A few bugs to work out, he told me the old electrical wiring needs repair. None of my gauges work, they all worked when I took it in. I am going to a shop that specializes in wiring. I'll follow up this post after I get the wiring repaired at a shop that specializes in wiring only."All my concerns were quickly addressed. I am very happy with the service. I will go back for any of my future needs. I now rate them as 5 stars.
