Since I've been a customer the service writer Alfredo and the Shop Owner Josue have both showed me utmost respect and have been upfront and honest with the diagnostic information. The work performed by the technicians has been complete and when I had issues they backed their work to ensured my car was compliant with State regulations. This Shop is thorough and take pride in the work they complete. I recommend anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop to use All Makes and Models Auto Repair . They are an awesome group! Highly recommended!!!

All Makes & Models holds true to all the positive reviews I saw online of their business. I went there with a clear objective to fix my truck's AC system and my experience was as smooth as butter. Customer service is top notch and their repair time is incredibly efficient. I had an emergency 6 hour trip I needed to take and my AC blew bone chilling cold all the way there and back with no issues at all. I will be taking all my cars/trucks to this shop from here on out and I 100% recommend All Makes & Models to anyone looking for a quality AC shop.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair

Good customer service however I took the receipt with work details to my dad's mechanic who said he would have beat the price by $200.00. He said I was over charged. I will go to dads mechanic in the future.

This is now my go to mechanic. From time one enters to time one leaves, the service and performance exceeds excellence. Information provided is clear and concise...no guess work and no hard sale. They are upfront with work to be done on vehicle. One can drive away in confidence upon completion of work.***could not find option to add a new review so adding comment. This is a business of probity. They do value their customers and do take care of them. Thank you Josue. How does one post new statements without deleting past statements? Brought my car in for it's first general inspection in quite a while, and it needed new tires, a replacement part in the engine, and new brakes. The fixes were reasonably priced, and they did a fantastic job. I got my car at around 90k miles, and it's currently at 98.5k, and the engine now runs quieter than it did when I first got the car. Moreover, their website is very streamlined and easy to use, and they make it very easy to see what fixes may be needed. Their site also makes it easy to approve or decline different repairs.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They did a great job on my honda pilot. Very friendly and informative on what needed to be done with my vehicle!!!They had done my timing chain and water pump on it last year. A part failed on it. ( it was NOT their fault or mine)It damage a lot in my engine. Josue got it all fixed and running. They also notice I needed new tires and axel on it. Recommend that I get it fix at a reasonable price. They got it done fast. Definitely would recommend them and will definitely go back for any future repairs.

Great service at reasonable prices. I have taken my car here in the past for different services. Each time it has been ready in a timely manner. This past time was for Alternator and a bad wire. Dropped off my vehicle early and was able to get it back the same day! Alfredo, Tony and the guys took really good care of me. They gave me advice and recommendations to do coolant flush. I also did a A/C and transmission service. My car is running great and A/C is blowing cold. My car needed a few expensive fixes and a family friend recommended this shop. They did a good job on my engine and brakes. Decent price on new tires too. Customer service and communication was great, they kept me informed and gave me options every step of the way. The payment plan options are nice but be careful!! If you don't pay within 90 days the interest rates are insane. I would have paid almost 6k for only 1800 worth of work. 133% interest rate with "easy pay"! This isn't the shops fault though, loans go through a separate agency

Called and was quoted 66 dollars to replace my low beam bulbs. I schedule an appointment, I arrive as soon as the shop is open, I come in to check in they don t have me schedule in there system and now Alfredo is stating that the labor is going to cost me 299 dollars now because the computer said it was going to take 2.1 hours of labor to replace my bulbs, I explain the previous person I called quoted me for 66 dollars, he calls the person I spoke with and tells me he ll honor the price. After some time, Alfredo Says he can t take me in the day I was there even though I had an appointment and I d have to come in Friday if I wanted that price, Alfredo proceeds to tell me he ll give me a call later on, I never received a call or anything. I ended up doing it myself under 30 mins when he argued it would take 2.1 hours will not return horrible customer experience.

I took my 03 expedition and 2017 malibu get get a/c fixed and was very pleased with customer service and turn around time to fix both cars!!I have been here before and i like that they are straight foward with repairs and don t try to push an upsale on you! My cars a/c are working perfectly.I would recommend this shop for repairs and veryfriendly staff and above and beyond customer service .Thank you AM&M!!

Our van's radiator decided to spring a leak after being delivered from across the country. We recently moved into the area and had no idea where to take it. Fortunately this shop was less than a quarter mile from where we broke down and had great reviews. We dropped it off and left the key in the drop box. They called me the next day around noon and said it would be ready by the end of the day. Excellent service. Fast turnaround. Fair price. I will bring my cars back any time I need work done. I couldn't have asked for a better 1st impression.

My car was over heating. I called Brake Max they wanted $500 plus parts and that includes a $250 coolant flush. The problem was the heater hose from the firewall. It cost me $116 out the door. I will definitely take my car back to them. The next time Bcuz when you own a car it's not if it's when it will break down !

Great cheerful crew at this shop that honors their warranty and keeps you updated!I had some work done on my Acura. When one of the replacement parts turned out to be defective, they replaced it again free of charge and had my car ready in 24 hours despite how busy they were. I'll be coming here for future work

I really liked how the service was done ony Mom's vehicle without them trying to tell me there was another major issue, like some other shops tend in doing so, even though there isn't a problem with the vehicle.Very clean lobby !

Out rages price's, make you feel like a criminal for your own vehicle. Great reliable service.Took my 07 cobalt with a check engine light in after days of trying to figure it out myself. Within an hour of dropping the car off they had diagnosed it and called me with a quote for the exact fix. Their quote was very fair for the amount of work and parts needed. On top of all this, they had great service with knowledgeable workers that explained every step they needed to take to fix my car. Thank you All Makes & Models! I really recommend this place for any auto work you might need and I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any service I might need.

Josue and his team are outstanding! Small corner shop. Immaculate, very fair service prices. Very quick service. Got me in within two days, replaced my muffler and custom fit new tailpipe for $150. I highly recommend and will use them again. Professional and reliable!

Really friendly staff, wish they could find the problem with the air conditioner , can't say they didn't try. The satisfaction guarantee they advertise needs amending though. We told them the air was broken and they charged us for servicing the air and returned it still not fixed it didn't need servicing it needed repair. Nothing against the shop or the mechanics if it's a fluke or an anomaly then admit it or if it's beyond your ability or you tried everything whatever then come to an agreement on price. I understand everyone needs to get paid for the work they did but the problem isn't resolved
