I traded in my car February 22 two days later the check engine light came on. I took it back tried to get my 4,000 I put down as well as my car the reused said the would fix it. They gave me anotherOne for the moment went back a few days later got my truck back and two days passed the check engine light was back on. I m still getting notifications that the never paid off the car I traded in. And Rachel the manager refuses to help after they sell you the broken cars. She kept asking me for paper work I already provided and was rude and had an attitude anytime I would as a question. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go here for a trade in or when purchase a car from here once you leave with it you re stuck with it. I can t get a Response on why the car I traded in still hasn t been paid for. And I m waiting for the next thing to go wrong with my truck it s still making noise and shakes if I go faster than 55 mph. Then also left a dirty towel in it and when I went back for it, it was still in there so no telling if they really even tried To fix it.

All cylinders auto was a great place to buy my first car! Rachel was great to work with, always kept me up to date on everything going on with the truck and today I drove my new truck home! So excited for all the adventures to come!

Definitely recommend if your looking for any type vehicle. All the staff are great, miss Rachel was Amazing to work with, got me in my work truck it's been months and trucks been running like a champ . Go in ask for Rachel say mark sent you haha

Totally recommend all cylinders auto!! Friendly customer service over their Ernesto and Terri s were very helpful and awesome they have really great used cars I got a Kia 15 optima and I love it! Totally come and get a car here!

Bought a car from here last week. Rachel was a great communicator on the financial front. Everything else was a mediocre experience. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the car delivered same day the the wire transfer went through as previously discussed. I let them know when I was coming and the car was not cleaned. It's like they put cleaner on top of the dust. I found broken glass everywhere (trunk to under the seats). The most frustrating part was that the lojack wasn't removed after paying for the car in full and it had to be removed by owner (with screw holes that could have been avoided).

EDITED!!Just took ride into another mechanic shop and it turned out a lot of things weren't screwed and tightnen back into place. Now I got to cough up $3000.00 for more repairs. Please take your ride to another mechanic shop.They got me into a ride despite my credit history. Just didn't like how the vehicle had ac issues, and I was told it would be fixed prior to me picking it up. I've taken the vehicle back 3 times, and still, it's not working. Just picked it up on Monday worked for 2 days. Yet again, it stopped working. Now the tire sensor is out, and I hear the steering wheel making noise. I wish they were upfront with any problems. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get these items fixed.They recommend equity 4U, but the company had the wrong info, and now I'm behind on a payment.Prior post:Helped me with getting a vehicle. Marlon and the finance people were awesome. Would recommend coming here if you have credit issues!! Thanks!!

I was pretty happy with All Cylinder Auto when I drove away in my "new car" on 1/26/2024. Had a slight problem with the air conditioner not working but that was quickly fixed in the service department. I think it was close to $900 to repair the air which Terrace the owner paid. Thank you Jesus I had mentioned the problem to Rachel when I bought the car. Thats the only thing that saved me from a $900 bill. It ran ok for 48 DAYS. Then the check engine light came on. Took it to AutoZone to get the diagnostic code. It was the knock sensor. So, I bought the part right then at AutoZone. But within an hour the car shuts down completely as I'm driving on the freeway. The car isn't even drivable, it's making the most obnoxious noises, and the check engine light is not only on but blinking...I have it towed to a mechanics shop where they tell me it needs a new engine. I call Rachel at All Cylinder and she tells me to get a hold of the Hyndavi dealership because there is a recall on that particular car. Terrace had just given her that message to give to me. Really?! Ok so they knew about this recall. And what I didn't know then but know now is if Terrace had upgraded the knock sensor and ECU to my car this probably would have not happened. But it did and that's because he DIDNT make the necessary upgrades. He sold me the car anyway and obviously didn't disclose that information until it was too late. So now I'm stuck with a vehicle I've only made two car payments on that has a blown engine. When I asked for a loaner car until mine can be fixed, I was told no. When I asked if I could get into another vehicle and have the payments switched over. I didn't even get a response. I've never even heard from him at all. He uses Rachel as his middleman for conversations and messages. But I sure am expected to make that $300 car payment every month and on time. Same with the $200 insurance payment on a car that I can't drive. My employer expects me to be at work every day but that's really hard when you live in Oro Valley and there's no public transportation. These people have left me completely screwed still owing over $10,000 for this car and they don't give a single S**T. He probably doesn't even think about that as he's driving home in his lime green Porsche. I'm curious if he remembers telling me to lie to the bank about how much I put down on the car. I only had a $1000 but the bank wanted me to put down $2400 so he said I could just pay him back the $1400 by making $100 payments to him every payday. Which I was doing. He really wanted to get me in that car...only to make that quick buck at my expense. Not only have I contacted an attorney, but I'll be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. It's very tempting for those of us that have bad credit, have only a $1000 for a down payment, and some no driver's license...very tempting to want to drive off in a vehicle that day. But so not worth it.

The process was quick, to get the vehicle out the door. Always calling me, texting me leaving me messages. When I finally got the vehicle I had questions and they would avoid my calls, I would leave messages never got a call back. When I finally go them. To answer they rudely hung up on me. After barely 5 months of having the vehicle the motor is no good at all. They tried blaming me saying I had used the vehicle with no fluids, which was impossible. When I reported them to the BBB they were furious and told me they no longer wanted my business even though I had bought warranty from them. Had it check out at another place they told me it seemed the Motor was fixed temporary just to get it running for bit. That's why they were in a hurry to sell it.

The sales rep Marlon was great all the people here were nice They also had great customer service fixed our car gas the keys to test drive we went out for a 30 minute test drive without no problems we can came back signed our paperwork within 2 hours and ready the drive off the lot I recommend all senders auto please come and see Marlon thanks

All Cylinder Auto is the best car dealership in Tucson. Thanks to Terris, I had a wonderful experience financing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. I was in a bad way 10 different dealerships. It was like somehow I couldn t buy a car anymore. I don t know how they did it butMarlin at all cylinder smoothly made it happen. They surpassed me on pick up with a payment half of what said I could afford. Seriously what dealership would do that ? This one.Thank you

Buying a vehicle from them was the best decision I could've made. Rachel was honest and up-front, which is hard to find from a dealership. They understood my situation and made me feel like family the entire time I was there. The owner introduced himself and made sure I was completely happy before finalizing.
