Tom at AAA was superb at his job, especially from a knowledge and customer service perspective. His guidance was valuable and I felt respected, even when the conversation went long because he had to help me understand some insurance claim nuances. I was grateful to have this kind of positive experience.

I've been pretty lucky with finding good auto repair centers everywhere I've lived, but AAA Tucson Speedway Auto Repair Center is the best! Everyone who works there is a knowledgeable, caring professional, and I've been a satisfied customer for several years. But I'd like to give a special shout out to Tom Olin who went over and above the call of duty in so many ways during my most recent servicing, my car (and I) may never stop thanking him!

Always offer a timely appt. The staff are professional, polite and knowledgeable. The work is always well done. They are consistent. Trust their work and diagnosis.

AAA member for years. Toyota owner for years. After Toyota s 2 years included maintenance expired on my 2021 Sienna I needed to locate a go-to facility with a good reputation and master mechanics. I found one.

Horrible service I brought my truck in one week ago the guy said he would look at it right away. I call a week later cuz I got no longer works there no one's looked at my truck. I have lost tons of income. My expectations was high for AAA. Not any more. Not to mention some lady comes in with a new battery, new alternator. I give a suggestion by saying have you checked the terminals? And because there's such bad people the singled me out the door. Smh I will never ever ever go there again. And I hope this helps you guys make the right decision, whatever that might be.

Had an excellent experience coming to this shop. The service advisor Tom is awesome to work with! I appreciate them providing a detailed inspection of my vehicle and providing the repairs I needed to have my car feeling solid again. I will definitely be returning here for future services. Thank you guys for everything!

While turning, heard a bang, and the car made a horrible noise and wouldnt move. I was desperate since this happened on Saturday and I had to be out of my air b&b Wednesday.Called AAA, was towed to AAA auto. Called them Monday; told them my predicament. They accomodated me, moved me up in line, found that I had broken an axle, and fixed it the same day. Tom was very kind, understanding, and determined to help me out of my bind.

Took my son's 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe in because the fuel pump went out. We had it towed to AAA and the service was great but it seemed a little expensive even with the AAA discount. I would take my vehicles there again.

Took 2 cars here and paid 1000s only for there to be a different issue that was never mentioned. Would recommend the local Crack head to work on my vehicles instead of this shop

Great experience and customer service provided by the team, specifically Tom Olin! He provided consistent communication regarding the status of my daughter s vehicle and was professional and courteous. The team repaired the vehicle in a timely fashion and Tom helped expedite this process in an efficient and cost effective manner. Great job by all!Services: Auto battery replacement, Electrical

Got my work van back on the road after another shop caused some failures. Very clear on inspections and the service advisor work hard to keep you updated.

Had a good experience the first visit. The second and third visits were not as good, but there were completely different service advisors. Firstly, they greatly discourage you waiting there with your vehicle explaining it would take too long or they don't have any idea how long it will be. A Lyft service is used. In hindsight, that is suspect. I had issues with my vehicle here that no previous mechanic ever had: resulting in $100s of extra charges. I definitely won't be returning a 4th time, and have already asked around for an HONEST mechanic that friends use. Not recommended, but I thought I could trust AAA. Very disappointed and I feel taken advantage of.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection

The team at AAA Tucson (Amber & Shawn) went out of their way to assure we received the correct products, services and customer support associated with the work done on our vehicle. They were outstanding! Provided good communication and really went that little extra that makes you feel like they care about the job and the customer. We ended up at AAA as a result of a towing and insurance need. It would not have been the place I would have picked for our need case. However, as stated above it could not have worked out better. This group can truly do more than you think. Next time you have an auto need no matter the issue, give them a call.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Visited AAA Auto on speedway seeking help with a shattered window. I arrived prior to opening after several calls ending with little assistance. Tom came out to assist me before the shop was due to open and welcomed me from the desert heat. Shared knowledge and experience of working with insurance and navigating the process. Was a tremendous help getting my mobile vanlife home back together. Beyond friendly - used my preferred pronouns without hesitation or prompting. Would highly recommend and will be taking my four wheel home back in the future. Thank you Tom and Jackson for the much needed kindness after a rough start to the day !!

I would like to give AAA a perfect review and see it take business from Albert's automotive but I can't. All I can do is tell you that they were fair on the price and service. They towed my truck and repaired everything Albert's was going to fix but they did it for 1000$ cheaper. They were up front about the price and when I said I needed time to decide they didn't threaten me or insult me or act like spoiled brats. They promised to get my truck ready by Friday and they did. They are a quality company who has excellent customer service and high prices. But I think you will find it cheaper and a lot more friendly than most mechanics. Great staff very professional great customer service. Some shops just do the repair and done. They explained the repair in detail to me a novice in easy to understand terms.

I had had two experiences here with AAA in the last year, Tom was such a great help and remembered me without even mentioning my name over the phone the second time. Genuinely good service and highly recommend choosing this location.

My son lives in Tucson and I always appreciate having a place I trust for him to take his car to. On a recent trip to visit him, I called Speedway to see if they could do an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to accommodate us and did a great job!

Very high pressure and scare tactics to get you to buy unnecessarily and at the moment. Second time getting oil changed here with the same bad experience. Would NOT recommend.
