I have never gone out of my way to give a business a bad review until today. If I could give zero stars, I would. While I was still on the phone with my insurance to arrange my car to get towed, the towing company called me 3X. I then called them back, no answer, whatever no big deal. I received the automated text saying my estimated wait time was 55 minutes. After an hour and twenty minutes I called them, and they said the wait was now an extra 40 minutes, which they said they tried initially calling to let me know he was going to be late. Another hour and ten minutes later I call them again asking where the guy is. They said it will be another twenty minutes. I wait another 40, call AGAIN, they said he s downtown and almost there. Then I get a call from him, and he says it s going to be another 15 minutes after I ve been waiting another 20 minutes from talking to the other person. Apparently they had told him I didn t answer my calls so they didn t send him my way earlier, despite the fact I had called them myself three other times!! In total, I waited 4 hours to be towed.This company is so unorganized and unreliable, it s insane. I can see from their recent reviews that other customers had just of awful as an experience as I did, some waiting 6 hours!! Whatever is going on here needs to be changed because it s absolutely ridiculous.P.s the tow truck driver who picked my car up was very nice and the only one who was pleasant during this entire ordeal. He is the only good part of my experience working with this company.

What an absolutely fantastic Towing service! I had to call out to this company and get help twice today! How lucky was I that I got the same guy both times, brian! Hey, Brian. Thanks, brother! Thank you, campenero. This dude was fast! Cut the RSA quote in half, 30 minutes. He was polite, professional, clean, and best of all kid-friendly. My kid was on his buns the whole time showing him unboxing videos we had made. Lol! What a good sport! I would recommend this towing company and this service tech all day long!

This company was dispatched by our insurance to tow my vehicle once it broke down on a stifling hot day and with my children onboard. They had to pick up in Green Valley and deliver it to the dealership on 22nd Street in Tucson all before the shop closed at 5 (it was already after 3). They showed up in record time and had the vehicle to the dealership insanely fast. This made my day so much smoother and helped my car get in queue faster and enabled me to get a loaner vehicle early from the dealership since they were able to run diagnostics before closing for the day. Would highly recommend for towing services. Also the driver was incredibly polite and patient, yet quick and efficient at the same time.

Terrible service, both on the phone and in-person. They set unrealistic expectations and communicate poorly when you follow up about their commitments. The phone service was quite difficult considering the lady who answers won t allow you to speak. The tow truck driver is as rude as can be with no urgency, even after committing to arriving by a certain time. I will definitely be reporting this experience to my dealership, as they shouldn t treat paying customers this way.

This company is by far the most unprofessional towing company in town. My husband called at 5:00pm to request a towing service for a company vehicle. We were given an ETA of about 2 hours. It is now 11:00pm and the vehicle is still sitting on the side of a busy street. Called multiple times and kept getting a useless response of all I can tell you is they are on their way please do your research and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ROADSIDE EMERGENCIES!!!!!

Worst ever. On star called when needed road side. Gave 2 hour tike limit. 3.5 hours later still standing Gere with my three kids. Called a few times to be told there on the way. Never use this company

Absolutely awful. Ordered them through our insurance, waited 3 hours when told 90 minutes, just to be told another hour and then literally they cancelled all together with no notice.

NEGATIVE STARS! A & L ILLEGALLY towed & TOTALED CAR AFTER we REFUSED THE TOW!!! The "safe storage lot" is a sketchy unsecured scrap yard. This company was ordered to tow car to my HOME ONE STREET AWAY!!! Tow driver refused & lied telling us "You don't have a choice." Because of his spazzy behavior & refusal to take car to our home as ordered, we refused the tow! He kept saying "it's ok don't worry about it. I'm in a hurry because I'm so late. I'm supposed to be off 2 hrs ago." He dragged our front wheel drive car backwards WHILE IN PARK! He stripped the brand new tires, trashed the transmission, ripped open the radiator & front grill, AND he broke the right axel & tire COMPLETELY OFF. He also dented rear bumper shoving it from behind (IN PARK) with the tow truck into their lot! He did NOT take any care with my car & it was in brand new condition! A & L treated it like literal garbage! I REFUSED TOW 4 TIMES. 2 days later when we wnt to rescue the car we were speachless at the NEW damage they had done while in their possession. WHY? WHY DID THEY DO THIS TO ME? A&L attempted to keep our car saying my address didn't exist & we had to pay their tow & storage fees even though I verified with Agero they had been PREPAID. Absolute Liars. My insurance ordered A&L to tow to MY home, & the address has existed since the 1980's. They tried to hold my car hostage for $160?! Seriously? Collision Center states over $10,000 in damages done while in A&L POSSESSION. NEVER USE A & L Predatory tow co. Heck No I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A 1.5hrs tow truck wait turned into 3.5hrs without a single warning, explanation or apology. I call them 4 times and they still couldn't give me a proper estimate. Customer service reps are non-existent, you are on your own all the way. Avoid this company.

The lack of communication is what upset me the most. the dispatcher also hung up on me at one point while I was trying to understand what happened. I was told 90 minutes for a tow and called when it had turned into 2 hours. If I had just been given a courtesy call, I truly would have been more happy with my experience.

They were called out through my OnStar service and were not notified by them that it was an accident (I had some words for OnStar after the fact) the ETA was over 90min, I called them direct and let them know the situation, they got there so quickly they definitely prioritized the situation and were very professional and helpful. Thank you for your 10 star service!

They kept my car for a whole day and didnt even check it or called me so I went and took my car out of there, it was a gas cap light on dash board. Terrible service.

I will never use this business ever again. They use dishonest practices. They don't deliver what they promised and expect to be paid additional charges to get your vehicle back. Extremely dishonest company. Stay clear of this company.

Salvador was very nice and helped us so much. Our car broke down and another towing company no showed after waiting 2 1/2 hours. Sal arrived in about 30 minutes after calling us to confirm the tow.Highly recommend A&L Towing!

I just needed my small 2wd truck pulled out of a dry ditch with loose sand. AAA said these guys accepted the job. 100% ins coverage no out of pocket. Well they get to my truck and call me. This is going to be an additional $400 in cash. I'm like no way just talked to the ins. Call ins again they're baffled why these guys are saying its more. They said no it is completely covered. So fast forward to now they cut me a deal for only $300 out of pocket. I meet them because at this point they have my truck. I called my ins on the spot and Aurturo talked with them on my phone. Even after they told him he refused to give me my vehicle keys until I paid him the extra cash money. If I weren't alone in a new place I'd have had the witts to call police. But I was scared and just wanted out of the situation. Do not go here. Single ladies and everyone beware of roadside assist scams

I called my insurance company to report a flat and to request towing. They recommended A&L Towing and Mark came to help me out. They estimated 90 min for arrival and I wasn t worried because typically they take long, but they were so fast. I got towed literally in 15min. Mark was great, definitely recommend for services for those that need towing. Great Service!!!

This company is a clown show. Scheduled a tow the night before for 9AM. They called my at 920AM and said "will be there in 45 minutes". Didn't show - called them at 11AM and they said "on the way". Called back at 1145 and had to cancel. Terrible.

My truck wouldn't start and had to have my car towed. My insurance hooked me up with A &L auto care and Erik showed up to tow my truck, he did a fantastic job was very professional and friendly. He arrived earlier than expected and was able to get my car up my steep driveway and into my garage!! He was great and I will recommend this company to everyone!

Do not use this company. I took my truck in for a fuel pump repair. Ran good few days after, it broke down again. They blamed faulty fuel pump. Ok, maybe. But since I took it back the second time. Every few days it's gets flooded, then shuts off...I have to wait like an hour or so before it starts again......never take your car there. Staff Is extremely rude and if you tell them anything, they have owner call you and say you are abusing his staff.....Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mr. Mark Armstrong did a great job on responding quickly and was very professional . He was so considerate and cautious when placing our damaged vehicle in tow. I've had vehicles towed and damage tire rims or more, but Mark was great. Handle our car as if it was his car with care. Thank you and will recommend your towing service to friends and family. Great job!

Mark drove a very long way, loaded our truck with great care, and took me along for the ride back to Tucson to the shop. Very professional guy. He likes what he does and does a great job. We will call them again if we need a great towing service from someone who knows what they are doing.

The reviews on this business that have a one star or negative review it s so true this tow truck business is a joke. They are unprofessional have no clue what they are doing took over three hours to arrive when the estimated time was one hour.

Mark from A&L towing gave me the best experience when it comes to towing. I ve used other companies for road side assistance before and of course when it comes down to getting your car towed for whatever reason, It s usually not a good experience considering the circumstances. He was patient and thorough. Lastly made my day a little better after getting my car keys stolen resulting in having to get my car towed.

My alternator died on the side of the highway in a 115 degree heat. A&L towed my car quickly and then fixed my alternator in less than a day. Excellent service, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.Services: Auto battery maintenance, BatteryServices: Auto battery maintenance, Battery

First time writing a review. Excellent service. I was helped by Sal. My daughter was using my van this morning and now I have 2 flate tires, not 1 but 2 flat tires! I called my insurance and A+L contacted me within a minute and was there in 20 minutes. It was towed to my house a few minutes away. Sal was a pro and he got it off the truck without messing up the bottom of the van, being both tires were flat and riding on the rims. They get 5 stars and thank you from my daughter and I.Service: Tires

Towing service arrived faster than any roadside service I ve ever had! Extremely courteous and efficient driver. Worked directly with my insurance company. I wish I could remember the driver s name! I ve never left a 5 star review for an auto shop before because quite frankly, as a single woman, I rarely have experiences that I feel are deserving of 5 stars. A & L gets 5 stars from me today!

Eric had a sense of urgency, quality and outstanding customer service skills. On a Friday evening when returning to work from an out of town trip, my car wouldn t start. A&L was arranged by the insurance company. Eric was on time despite another job (he notified me he may be late). When he arrived, it took him no time to get my car out of the parking space and on the tow truck. The insurance address gave Eric the corporate office of a repair facility to tow my car to (they do not do repairs). Eric arranged the next closest place and followed up with my via text to ensure I knew where my car ended up. He did this all in his own. I hope A&L appreciates his work as it is rare to find someone who holds customer service as highly as he does along with a sense of urgency and quality for the work. If everyone at A&L is like Eric, I highly recommend them.
