Will absolutely only be going here from now on for my auto body needs! The staff was amazing and walked me through the whole process. They even had a rental waiting for me when I went to drop off my car. They kept me update and informed the whole process and were super nice and patient! My car looks better than ever! I have used 5 star collision for services twice now and both times I have been more than satisfied with the results! Angie and her entire team are super accommodating and friendly, on top of being efficient and providing excellent work! They worked with me to not only get my repairs done but got it done earlier than expected and also assisted with getting my rental situated so I didn t have to alter my work schedule. I definitely plan on contacting them for any future services I may need!

Shout out to Lety, Angie and Mari at 5 Star Collision 12th Ave Tucson location. Great Customer Service!! John Camargo was super amazing and kept me updated throughout the process from start to finish. This was an easy process with the insurance and rental. 5 Star assisted with rental from Enterprise. John informed me of the details that would be taking place during the process and having to order parts. He informed me of the delay in completing by the date promised due to having to order the part. He also updated me when the part was received and work had started on vehicle. The job was completed on the date promised. Thank you John for your friendliness and making sure the job was done with no concerns. I will definitely refer to 5 Star and request John. Aloha!! I Actually would give 5 Star Collision a 6 Star Rating. Needed a small repair on my Avalanche, I wasn't able to pick it up before they Closed, they offered to Drive it to me at my office (Wow!!) Not only did the repair look Fantastic,... The Truck was cleaner than when I took it in,... They washed it and also realized they Vacuumed the Interior. (WOW #2) For my Small repair job they treated me like a major Repair project and exceeded my expectations. Angie, Mark & Letty (and your repair team)you were a pleasure to work with!!!

They were able to order the parts ahead of time get them ready to be installed. They did a beautiful job and very very reasonable compared to other shops. They also detailed my truck unexpectedly. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend five star to anybody and this is not the first time that I ve use them and compare their prices Keep up the great work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had just moved here to Tucson when unfortunately, we were involved in an accident. 5 star collision was chosen by my insurance, State Farm, to complete the repairs. I was thoroughly impressed with the work done on our vehicle. They got the repairs finished exactly when they said they would (a day earlier even). I called almost weekly to check on the progress with the repairs and the office staff was always friendly and happy to answer my questions. The car looks brand new! I would recommend 5 star collision to everyone! I m very happy with the work they did on our vehicle. I can t thank them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection

If you ever need anything done to your car this is the place to go!! Family oriented business, great customer service, the work they do is flawless. My son borrowed my car one day and crashed it totaled my front end- they did such an amazing job in repairing it back to its original state. After being in a accident there hardest thing for me was choosing the correct collision center that would leave my car like new. It wasn t easy ! I visited the biggest body shops with the best reviews but something did feel right. I was tired of looking and five star caught my attention I had a strong feelings about 5 star collision and I was right. Mark (the manager) understood my expectations and attended me as if we had know. Each other for years, their business name says it all this is a well deserved 5 stars. Got hit on the first of the year, took it to them the process took a little while just like every body shop. The day they took it they called me and told me it would take about a week, I get a call 3 days later saying there done and I couldn t be happier with what they did, detailed it and even polished the headlights. This is a great business. What great service! 5 Star had great customer service including updates while my car was being repaired. The work they did looks spectacular. And they gave me a lifetime warranty for the work they did. They had a rental car waiting for me when I turned in my vehicle for repairs. The whole experience was smooth and drama-free. I want to thank ALL the staff at 5 Star Collision Center, they did an awesome job! I took my car into 5 Star Collision Center and I'm very pleased with their work, my car looks great! I received excellent customer service from everyone I communicated with. They even arranged for the rental car to be ready at their shop, which made things a lot easier for us! This is my first time taking my car into a body shop and I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect, but they made the whole process so smooth. I definitely recommend 5 Star Collision Center

Being a State Farm agent for over 39 years I have spent a lot of time in auto body shops. I have seen the good and bad. I would not hesitate to recommend 5 Star Collision. They did body work on two cars for me this week. Both were done on time and in a professional manner. Both cars were also clean inside and out. On top of that, everyone I talked to at their shop was friendly and courteous. Not that fake courtesy that you see in restaurants but honest to goodness friendliness. Nice to see after the last couple years of Covid grumpiness .Service: Body & Trim

5 Star Collision should change their name to 10 Stars Collision!!! My second time at this fine establishment! When I needed my hood repaired due to an object falling on it, I knew exactly who would do a FANTASTIC JOB, 5 Star Collision Letty, Vanessa, Francisco and Jennifer were customer service oriented ! When I got into an accident, I was worried about how my car would end up looking after repairs. But to my surprise, 5 Star Collision made my worries disappear! From day 1, the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and reliable. They took car of my rental for me and even spoke with my insurance to cover additional damages. The body work was okay but their customer service skills were 0/10. At first they told me the car wasn t even there, because it was dropped off on the weekend. Every time they told me they would call with an update they never did. I had to call them when they missed their checking times. I asked for a paint quote to fix the hood (which was not part of the hit and run that landed my car there) they promised the quote. Then after they sent it to paint they told me they figured it would be too expensive to bother to check with me. They wanted $3000+ to fix the paint. But I only asked about the hood. They did the alignment with a nail in the tire and refused to listen when we said it was still bad. It only pulls when you go over 30, not in the lot. The door handle comes off in my hand and the HVAC actuator broke. They said the door handle cracking and actuator are NOTMAL wear and tear that just happened to break at the same time the car was hit. Without actually taking it for a mechanical inspection they told insurance that. Now I m out another $500-$600 to get that fixed. Sure. The car looks great but with my toddler in the back seat I m more concerned about the mechanical pieces. I had my doubts when I went to pick it up, when I opened the back to install my car seat the boxes for the new Tie rods were still in the trunk and the broken ones were shoved in the back. #concernedMomService: Body & Trim

The entire staff provided exceptional service and exceeded my expectations. They complete work in a timely manner (when they said they would) and the work done was professional. This is my go-to shop for glass and body work. I feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. The last time I was there they worked with the frame machine to straighten out the body of one of my cars that I bought after an accident. I could tell they enjoyed the challenge of working on it and they did a good job. I can get the alignment in spec now.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

If at least I could give them minus five stars.... They work on my VJ Jetta, and although I instructed them about what I wanted done, they still did otherwise, charged me extra for a pissedpoor job which now is all cracked, worse than what it looked before they touched it and obviously has no warranty because it was originally made by a different incident.I strongly suggest you move on to a different shop. Should not be very difficult to find someone that is actually competent to carry on with your repairs.Service: Body & Trim

5 Star Collision is awesome! Their entire staff is so helpful and friendly. They are professional and do exceptional work!! They go above and beyond to make their customer happy. I needed to get a ride back home and didn't need a rental and they gladly drove me. I trust them so much with my vehicle they truly treat it like their own and do the utmost quality work. I am a dedicated customer and will continue coming back for all my car troubles. 5 star collision team are absolutely great! They make any crappy car situation better. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone seeking all of the above mentioned for their vehicles!

5 star collision did an excellent job on my vehicle. They left my vehicle as if nothing had ever happened to it. They are a great shop and very professional. I highly recommend them. The owner Angie is very hands on and knows her stuff!! Very satisfied with their work!

Took my car in for repair after an accident. 5 Star handled everything down to my rental. Highly recommended. Even when I had an issue with my door lock they brought my car back in and fixed in with in minutes. The work was excellent. I was directed to this facility by State Farm Insurance as a preferred provider for collision repairs.They had by far the best reviews of any of the facilities State Farm recommended. The staff was very professional and the work performed was outstanding. The truck was in the shop for 3 days, I was expecting at least a week. I also had some additional work performed and the pricing and the work were also outstanding. They even delivered the truck back to my shop -who else does this. Thank you for the great service and outstanding work.
