After looking at reviews, are refunds being issued in part to bad service? A receipt will not be posted... The service is not good and the service technicians are rude and intimidating. Yes! Be mindful of the responses that are posted by the owner or social media manger. Many responses, are rude and unforgiving. Fault is always - them! Everybody is not lying on you, when the complaint is the same.

They scared me so bad and messed my car up so bad I need my money back, but I am afraid to ask for it. These men that came to my home argued me and talked over me as I was trying to explain my blythe. Two men came and intimidated me so badly, I truly and strongly suggest, CERTAIN WOMEN, should take a man with them to reason with other men. So that your concerns are heard, understood, and request fulfilled. They messed my car up.

Fast and did a great job at a fair price, thanks A to Z!!! He came to the house as scheduled and on time, identified the issue within 15 minutes and had it repaired and running again in around an hour.

My car wouldn't start needed a battery could not get any one to come help. We were supposed leave early for a day one business recommended mobile repair . I called AtoZ and he got my battery cand fixed it in a matter of less than and hr. Was worth every penny. Very professional, friendly would highly recommend.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I've been very impressed with the service-it is beyond convenient having a mechanic come to you. Better than that - Shane's prices have never been matched. He's a straight shooter that gives you direct information and direct pricing. I know for a fact we saved $1100 fixing my wife's car alone. I have the quotes from around town to prove it. Came out on LABOR DAY to run a quick diagnostic and get the parts needed for my battery cable. Was 2 hours ahead of schedule too. Professional and explained everything as he went along. Thank you for your help !

Having a car issue is scary, Ive used A to Z over 10 years - knowing they come to my home or office to fix the issue is a lifesaver! This fellow is fair, honorable and trustworthy and speaking from a woman's point of view that is a great stress reliever as I wont be taken advantage of! Love this guy.. saved me a lot of money.. western tire gave me a quote for 1600.00 .. Shane replaced the fuel pump on my car. When I drove it later that day the check engine light came on. Called Shane and was told he would be back to fix it. NO SHOW!!! Called him multiple times and kept getting lame excuses. It's now two months later and no Shane. So, now I have to take my car into a shop to fix Shane's screw up. Also, when he was done with his so called "repair" my car was covered in grease just like another reviewer mentioned. This guy is bad news and his prices are just as high as anyone in town. Look elsewhere.

This gentleman came to my house on short notice. He explained how his service works, which is for the service call it is $100 then when he discovered what it is he took us down to the parts store and we paid for the part with his discount and he fixed it there at the parts store. He was courteous and friendly. He gave me no gimmicks and once the job was done I paid him. His price was reasonable and he refused to take any money from me until the job was done and we had driven it around. He has gained a repeat customer because of his service. I recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

AtoZ GIVES MECHANICS A BAD NAME - DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC!!! I made the mistake of calling AtoZ Mobile Repair and it has been the worst business I've interreacted with during my years in Tucson. They were quick to come out & try to diagnose my vehicle which lasted 15 minutes & after borrowing a flashlight because he was unprepared resulted in the mechanic saying what he found to be the problem was his "best guess". He then charged me the fee to come and diagnose the problem (his "best guess") and also asked for the cost of the parts he would need to fix it when he came back.. This was 8 weeks ago and they still have not come back after repeated calls and attempts to contact them. I was told multiple times they would be back the next day and they never showed up. The last time I was able to contact someone they were extremely rude and claimed that they couldn't just get me on their schedule and follow through. Their other reviews also state similar situations. These people are thieves and steal from their customers then don't complete the job. BUYER BEWARE!

With out a long opinion .or story of .. will cut to the job .my car auti tt .at least he showed up 75 $ call.out ..and 75 hr .all good we went and got parts tow different places . Good ..work on job time .was good ..but job sucked he did great until.. job don he didn't inform me of problems.he had .from my car an and drive bolts.out of 6 two bolts .one hadnt been put all the way in because of being broken inside and one not all the way in .. just needed to know for my safety .so I could get it redone .im glad he was there and the job I could do .but would of not know but had more work to do .anyway .just had to find it so he showed up and I needed my car .just would of the longer thank s to the service I was back to work

Buyer beware!! I called AtoZ and explained exactly what parts were supposed to be replaced on my Grand Prix. He acknowledged exactly what needed to be done and quoted me $150. I was not home the morning he was supposed to arrive at 8 p.m. but my grandfather was, who had all of the knowledge of what needed to be done. I was texting about 30 minutes after 8 and was told A to Z would be late. I didn't get home until about 3 in the afternoon where they were still working on my car. My grandfather told me that he was gone more than he was at my home for almost 6 hours. As soon as I got home I was meant by very angry man who told me," if I knew what the job was I would have charged you a lot more." I was not the one that shows the price he was. He was supposed to swap out a hose on my car which he chose not to, I did agree it was okay if the car didn't leak power steering fluid. Once he was done he did not properly fill the power steering fluid so without it full it didn't leak because it was low on fluid. He also did not flush the power steering, the part had a warning on it that that must be done otherwise it would void the warranty. He claims opening the plug on power steering and letting what drains out drain is called Flushing. He didn't try to get any of the old fluid out of the system other than what just came out with the drain plug. When I called him to let him know the car was still leaking I could not get him back out same day and two days later I have still not been able to get him out. He made up some emergency as to why he needed to leave the day of and also made up an emergency why he couldn't come on Saturday to fix the car like he promised. He made a mess over the side of my car and didn't clean it up, he also left old fluid at my house that I now have to pay to dispose of. It's not just fluid from my car either way he should have taken it. He promised he would refund me $60 because he didn't want to do any more work on my car but has now blocked my number. He did not fix my car properly. Please do not use this guy he is a crook. He had two kids with him the whole time he was working on my car and was so verbally abusive to them they were crying in my driveway. If you guys would like to verify any of this information I would be more than happy to do so please look me up on Facebook or contact me on here. His name is Shane Davis.

These guys are awesome. Our Suburban was giving us trouble in Tucson on our way home to San Diego. I called and they were out (it was after 6:00pm), I didn't even leave a message, but Shane called me back to make sure we were ok and offer some suggestions to get us going. I got the car started and called him at 8:30pm to let him know we were headed to San Diego. You don't get this kind of personalized service these days. If you ever need a mechanic in Tucson, CALL THESE GUYS!

Shane came out to work on our car, replacing the power steering pump and hose. He refused to replace the hose, and took off the second we paid him, without checking to make sure the car wasn't still leaking. When our car was obviously not fixed, we tried to get him to come back out, and he refused to refund us at least for the parts.So we had to find someone else to fix the car. Unfortunately, upon hearing that our car was worked on by a mobile mechanic, pretty much everyone refused to look at our car. It took us almost 2 weeks to find someone to look at it.And the problem was... drum roll please.... Shane put the old, leaky O-ring BACK ON THE NEW PUMP.We called to share this news, abutnd again request a refund, and were refused and hung up on.I would definitely NOT recommend someone so extremely unprofessional.

Shane came out at 830 at night helped me and then returned the following morning to finish the work very satisfied with his work he worked on my 2017 ford f150 thanks for getting me back on the road Sir
