Draper Glass will not take responsibility for not tightening right windshield wiper which caused the wiper blade to fall off causing a scratch on the brand new windshield that was put in about 2 weeks agoWas told there going to call me back but no RESPONSE

Great same day service for the last minute call I made that same morning. Awesome customer service!! && they accommodated us with an upgraded back window due to a scratch on the one we originally ordered at no extra cost! BEYOND THANKFUL!! I DO RECOMMEND!! 10/10

Id waited , but I had my Cherokee 1997 window tinted. Extra window and all but the wait was rewarding !!It came with 5 year warranty on the tints !!

They had the windshield for my Nissan Altima, but the work is sloppy, the plastic trim is already starting to buckle. They smeared the mounting glue all over the edges of the glass, fender, and door, it will not come off, they also cut the plastic trim inside the car.

Called in to ask for front windsheild request, they asked for $50 down payment an the window would be in the next day. I'd recommend this business. They also do window tinting and got my visor tint wit the new installation.

Very bad experience. I made an appointment @ 11am. Waited in the lobby for 3 plus hours No heating. No entertainment. They said 2 hours but clearly took longer. Also cracked my windshield with too much heat while applying tint. Would not recommend

I'll be honest, I really don't like glass. It's one of those things that just really gets under my skin - the way it feels, the way it sounds. And don't even get me started on sand. It's like little tiny knives just stabbing at your feet. So when I walked into the Draper Glass Co cristal store, I was already feeling a little bit on edge.But I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and bright, and the staff were all very friendly. They had a great selection of glassware, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. And best of all, they had a sand-free zone! I was able to browse and shop in peace, without having to worry about little grains of sand getting into my shoes.So if you're like me and you don't really care for glass or sand, I would definitely recommend Draper Glass Co. I took my truck to Draper Glass and they installed a new windshield and tinted my truck. They did an amazing job!! The manager was very professional and courteous. My truck looks amazing . My windshield is perfect .Great job Draper Glass staff!!

Touring musician: shattered a rear window driving through Utah/Arizona. They got us in day of, were super friendly, and very supportive. Very glad we went with this establishment

Came in with a busted back window. Was told I would be called when the window was almost done. Didn t hear from them after 2-3 hours. I called back and found out the wrong window was ordered. The manager spoke to me in person and reassured my the window would be in the same day and she would throw in free a free tint.They aren t very good on time promises BUT...they offered to tint my window for free. I accepted. I m happy :) Thanks Draper Glass.

I ordered a window for my travel trailer through draper glass while on the road, to replace a broken one. I was told the order would take 2-3 days to ship. They were unable to fulfill the order in 11 days. After that I cancelled the order. I wanted it fixed fast since I m traveling and my trailer s security is compromised by a broken window. No body ever called me about the delays, I had to call them. Every time I spoke to them, they were courteous and professional.

Was recommended to take my new vehicle here for window tinting. Poor quality behind the integrity of the worker that did my tint (cuts, scratches, bubbles, creases). No courtesy of keeping my car clean (mud stains on the carpet and hard plastic interior). Small part broken on my door handle area (cap cover over the screw to remove door panel)I figured to support a Navajo own business because I myself am Navajo thinking my own kind would have integrity to do what's right the first time. Disappointed with whoever had the task of working on my car.

Took my Jeep there to get a new windshield and they said it would take 45mins but it didn t it took all day to get done then on top of that my molding for the window wasn t put on right. Plus they won t fix the molding that wasn t put on right.

We came on time we waited for 1 hour nobody showed up reason unknown we got service 3 times for three years they were good then, today was by special appointment!We gave up went home disappointed

They are always so helpful. If they don't have the glass you need they can order it and have it available in no time. They do insurance orders, and even businesses. Can't beat the price.

Breaking parts and don't do the job right. Save your money and take take your business where they don't break parts, should of went with Safelite Auto
