I definitely won't come here anymore, it's crazy and disrespectful to wait 8 hours for a simple oil change . The most shocking thing is that when I go back to the reception to ask, I find myself watching TV and a single mechanic fixing another truck. Very bad experience here honestly, not recommended. If you want to waste your time this is the place.

I always try to do a reserve parking that way, it covers the gate price... But now they're charging $38 a night... For goodness sakes why???

I blew an airbag with 73,000 lbs on a flatbed. In the end, it cost me $400 and 8 hours. In the big picture, it could have been much worse. The people were kind and professional. I called the night before to give them a heads-up and get a feel for availability. I sent some photos and other info. The dude drove to where I was, crawled underneath the trailer, got his part numbers, and pulled out. I had no idea until he showed me the pix the next day. Above and beyond A-1 service. They're understaffed. I could hear the lady answering the phone telling people they had a 12 hour wait for P M's and road services. You can't be everything to everyone. They done me right.

I got a PM service on my Freightliner Cascadia done here. Tyler was awesome! I've been a driver for over eight years and have had services performed at many places all over the country.Without a doubt, Tyler showed more attention to detail than any other place I've been. He was friendly and professional and was extremely thorough making sure my rig was serviced right and ready to go.I also had a great conversation with him. He's absolutely a credit to his trade and I'm happy to have stopped here for my service.

We got through the truck diesel Lane quickly. We had lunch at the little restaurant in there I forgot the name something with a bear. The chicken fried steak was delicious! They have a laundry room, bathrooms, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and Subway. I see if they have showers or not but it's a pretty big truck stop.

God bless the lady behind the service counter. There were no service techs on duty, she let me borrow here personal tool to change a clearance light. Thank you, I will pay it forward.

These guys plugged a flat tire for us on Christmas evening so we could drive another 5 hours home when we got a surprise nail in our tire, doesn't get luckier than that.

Always busy here, so requires patience when you have to fill up. Extra patience required to go around the pot holes and bad paced lot. Shop ain t much good to get either. If you can skip this truck stop, then you should.

Bad shop experiance. They originally told me just an hour and a half, now still waiting "in line" 5 hours later for a clearance light. Apparently they need a special 'service tech' to do that who are always "on road calls" though i watched as none of their vehicles left. But be that as it may what they are saying then is the majority of thier workers are unqualified to change a light bulb. I would do it myself, but dont need to be carrying around a 13' ladder for a once every 5 year event. Just a sad truck services scene here that makes no sense to me.

Gave them a call around 7 pm! They had everything I need I went out my way to come here to get my truck serviced. Checked in at the shop at 8 pm they said I would get in around mid night and that 3 trucks are ahead of me! Well needless to say 6 am comes and no call no update, I come in ask what s going on and they tell me I have 5 trucks ahead of me!

Just came by their shop to check my brakes, which they did two weeks ago for me, but were still squeeking this gentleman at the shop is telling me it is normal for the brakes to do that, finally I had to leave as he doesn't wanted to look at the truck at all, he knew all about my brakes without looking at it from his chair and denying to look at it. Very unprofessional and very rude, and unfriendly behavior.A humble request to the management to fix the issue with their mechanics, they have to learn customer service.

Unfriendly staff. I had to hover over them just to have my work processed since I was on a tight schedule. The girl in the office with her hair colored red was not only very unmotivated and unfriendly, she sat at the counter ignoring me until I said I needed to buy something. She needs to get a different job. It took them 2 hours just to properly communicate with my company because they were just sitting on their hands to do anything there. Definitely a place I would avoid if I need my truck worked on.

very bad. continue waiting. There is no exact time. When I asked how long it would take for the first time, he replied two hours. After two hours, I asked for another two hours. The third time I asked, I replied that I would wait for 30 minutes. The fourth time I still had to wait for thirty minutes. The two to three hours I started talking turned out to be 7 hours.

I see some good reviews on the shop but I guess it's hit or miss no night tech so got to wait till day shift then their backed up so give ur self at least 24 hours if u need something done in the shop. I just waited 15 hours just to get a battery put in a reefer trailer

This place has so many things to look at and buy. The staff is super amazing... but I only gave 4 starts because we miss Alex. He worked overnights and was always fun to see.

The personnel working at this location treat you like you're real appreciated and treat you like they've known you for quite some time. You can tell that they're worth more than what they make and that's not knowing what they make. The store and restrooms are very well kept. A lot of selections of items in hand. It really surprised me that they actual have cold brewed coffee that I haven't found any place else. There's also a restaurant on site that has decent home style food. Truckers really like this place as the truck lot is always nearly full.

I hate it the service here. The mechanic is playing around and take from 7am to 11:10am for fix one tire and figure that he is not strong enough for open the valve to remove the oil from my engine. Not professional and not respectful to the drivers!!!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Been to this TA twice in the last 2 weeks trying to get an air leak fixed and an oil change. The first visit i was told they couldn't do the oil change because their air compressor was down and couldn't pump the oil but they could fix the air leak in about 6 hrs. I left.2 weeks later i came back, they told me they couldn't do the oil change because they were out of oil but would fix the air leak in about 6 hrs. I waited and they finally pulled it in to the shop. Over $500 later it still has an air leak. I finally had to go buy the oil and bring it to them to get the oil changed. DON'T COME HERE TO GET YOUR TRUCK WORKED ON UNLESS YOU JUST HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.......you'll regret it !!!!!!

Pulled in just for a retorque on the trailer tandems. Checked in and within 10 minutes the had me in a bay. 10 minutes later, back on the road. Tech was professional and polite. Only downside is all the idiots racing out of fuel islands roaring past shop, it is a little tight through there, especially with drivers flying through, some stopping in lanes to go into shop. More of a layout problem and driver problem than shop issue.

The customer service in all departments of this truck stop I amazing and they are quick to service you. They are able to help with any questions you have to ask and encourage you to get items that could help you on the go. The main downfall is that it is not the cleanest of places at all but it's a truck stop so you can't expect too much. They're usually crazy busy all the time and their gas prices just keep going up but right now it's not too high but then again everyone's raising it so what can we expect.
