Great place! Me and my family stayed here and the trailer was very clean, looked nice, with a great kitchen and lots of room for us all to sleep. we didn t have to be piled on top of each other like when we stay in a hotel room. The staff was so nice and helpful, good food, and everything is super close you could walk if you want to. We will definitely be going back!

Stayed here in our 36' bus with our friends that have a travel trailer. The staff was very accommodating. They were able to give us large, adjoining sites. Old Tombstone was a 5 minute walk away! Liz prepares amazing food! The kitchen is small but worth the wait! We will definitely be back! Great value and Gem in Tombstone, AZ!Nearby activities: Tombstone, AZ!Walkability: Everything is closeFood & drinks: Lots of great restaurants and saloons near by

The proximity to town is fantastic and it's great to walk a few blocks and be right downtown. Some of the sites are comically narrow although others are spacious. They have a cute tiny dog park with a dog wash station and a lending movie library. We would definitely stay again!Walkability: Easy walk to town

Very straight forward place to park your RV for a couple days. Friendly staff for sure. Had a power issue one night. They had it fixed within a couple of hours. No really complaints. They took Good Sam as I recall. Been seeing less and less of that in my opinion. Walking distance from the main drag with most of the attractions and bars. Very convenient.Nearby activities: Close to all of the attractions such as the OK Corral, The Bird Cage Saloon, Big Nose Kate s, etc.Walkability: You can walk to Toughnut Street to where most of the attractions are.

Stayed here for the weekend and the park is nice, but the prices are to high for the park and the people that work there are not really friendly, but the woman that was working the kitchen was very very rude, I was told she's like that her parents used to own it, I said that doesn't give her the right to be so rude and when I told the office person they didn't care one bit, so we left and went to a different rv park in town which was Wells Fargo RV Park, which was much much better and was cheaper than they were. Don't stay here, I don't recommend it to anyone. Least until they re-staff the whole place.

Enjoyed the stay, we frequently visit Tombstone and we were late arriving but the manager was very nice and put us in a super clean trailer. Clean rooms can get tricky in town at some of the other accommodations. All the other guests we talked to were happy with the place. There was an absence of hot water but those things do happen. The breakfast was probably the best in town, the lady responsible for that is super nice. They are lucky to have her, It is also reasonably priced.I recommend this as a place to stay while visiting Tombstone.

Such a great place! It s just a perfect distance away from the action of Tombstones which was nice because you can still hear the reenactment sounds in the distance. They let us borrow a ladder (because it s always something). Showers are clean and mildew free. Propane on premises for purchase. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

If you want to stay in a nice clean park where the camp workers care about you, then this is the place!! Laundry room & bathrooms are super clean!! The manager Debbie is one of the best people. She will do anything to make you happy. If you're hungry they have a little restaurant for breakfast and lunch on site. The food is awesome!! Sites are gravel and level a little close but camping here is fun. Walking distance to everything in Tombstone. Thanks everybody!!!

Myself and neice and nephew enjoyed our stay here very much, we stayed a month. The price was fair and New owners took it over and are working hard to make it better. The food served in their little restaurant was delish, the service was wonderful and everyone who works there is very friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and nicely secured. We did not have one issue while we were there and would gladly stay there again if we get that way again. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. Oh and I made a wonderful friend while I was there, is she not beautiful.

Staying here long term over winter from Minnesota. Park has been comfortable and quiet, but reason for review is...Many thanks to Stampede RV Park for hosting such a great Christmas gathering for all those us either away from families or needing place to go for Christmas meal. Park owners and staff cooked up phenomenal turkey and ham with others chipping in on sides, appetizers, and desserts. Christmas can be hard away from those you love but sure do appreciate those that go the extra mile to make it feel much like home

They are fantastic people running Stampede. There sites are clean and restrooms and showers are clean as well. Services all worked properly. 50 amp worked great for our 42ft diesel pusher. Liz was great and replied to all emails and text questions we had even after hours. We appreciate she let us stay passed check out to give us the opportunity to go into town one last time. Everything is in walking distance so no need for an additional vehicle. Breakfast was great at the Stampede and very inexpensive. Thank you all at Stampede. Great job. We will be back.

This is not an RV resort or a B&B. It is a trailer park with bad management. All the bad reviews on Google are absolutely correct. Arrived to find people parked in my site. Didn't matter because the site was too small for my 22' travel trailer or probably any trailer. They started to play the site switcheroo game I read about in the Google reviews. Asked to cancel my reservation and was told I would lose my deposit!! What a horrible business! They took me to another site with an incredibly small concrete pad that has the neighbors sewer hookups on. Bad place...DO NOT STAY HERE!

Smack dab in the Old Town/Allen Street area! Walking distance to almost everything. Park is older, but comfortable and under new management, definitely worth a visit. Manager Debbie is a complete gem, extremely helpful, infinitely charming and accommodating!Gravel with some concrete patios, Sites for smaller trailers are a wee close but level and clean. I was in a generous, level-ish pull thru with concrete patio. 50/30amp service. Very clean, affordable, laundry room, did not use the women's room or shower but went in there and looked spotless. Cafe on site has breakfast and lunch, breakfast is excellent, didn't try lunch, closes at 2pm. Extremely reasonable prices and great folks in the Cafe. Everyone on staff in the complex is welcoming, personable and professional. I was treated as family the 10 days I stayed at the park. There is an eclectic (and I mean that in a good way) assortment of permanent full timers here although the majority of spaces are for travelers. If you are looking for a pristine Palm Springs park you will not be happy (go to Palm Springs!). Tombstone itself is not exactly the definition of well groomed landscaping, drive around check it out for yourself. if you want a place that is comfortable, clean and convenient to the fun and Tombstone experience, then you will be a happy camper. The manager, staff and new owners are working hard to "dial it up" every day, give it a go, you will not be sorry.A couple of pointers from my stay (in a pull thru):1 - Sewer hose connection is at a minimum 20 feet from midship on a 40" coach. Definitely need a long support "thingy", no sewer hoses on the ground. ( I will say I was a bit distressed to see the water hose connection practically on top of the sewer access connection, not a deal breaker but if you are concerned about such things, bring bottled water.)2 - Water hose, again midship, is 25' feet at least.3 - I didn't need it but they have propane on site.4 - If you don't have a toad, stop in Benson for groceries as there is only a Dollar Store in Tombstone, and the requisite Circle K.5 - Circle K has diesel however there is not enough room to pull in there with anything larger than a pickup towing an rPod - maybe, if that, so plan ahead.6 - Most all the establishments serving adult beverages are cash only, lots of ATMs about, be advised.Enough, you get the idea, all said, if you want a wonderful experience in Tombstone, get in touch with Debbie and make a reservation. Great folks, great place, lifetime memories!. I will be returning regularly.:

This place is a little gem in Tombstone. It's a bit tight but the hosts do an excellent job of assisting ppl to park if you need help. Their breakfast is excellent! I had biscuits and gravy which was super! Home made is the best and they definitely do not disappoint. This place is within easy walking distance to downtown Tombstone and an easy walk to Boot Hill Cemetery. Enjoy!

New owners, only their 3rd day, and they're making a great effort to upgrade the park. I didn't want to give a star rating, because I didn't think it was fair, under the circumstances. However, I can't post without one.I believe in a short period of time this park will be a gem. It's small and cozy, and just 2 blocks from the heart of Tombstone. Yet it is remarkably quite. We look forward to coming back next year and enjoying the results of the new owners work.

We enjoyed our stay at Stampede RV Park!! Rob, Liz, and Jer made our stay so enjoyable. This family run Park embodies the Tombstone hospitality. The RV spaces are roomy and clean. I felt at home and if I needed anything the crew was quick to help me out. Before starting out for the day we stopped in for breakfast at the RV park kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised by delicious home cooking. We are definitely coming back to Stampede RV park!!

Stay elsewhere!!!We reserved their 2 br 2 bath trailer via VRBO 3 months prior to our planned stay in April 2023. Received a confirmation stating the door code would be sent closer to the time of our reservation.Emailed them 6 days prior to our reservation, only to be told it would be provided the day of our reservation.Called them on the day of the reservation, when the door code had not been received. They said our unit was not available, but they would find us something else. No-we paid for a 2 br, 2 bath unit-we do not want to be shoehorned into an rv.It turns out there was a motorcycle event in Tombstone that weekend, and our unit had been given to someone else.Honest mistake or bait and switch? This turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us. When we drove by their resort , there were rv s crammed together, almost touching each other. I doubt anyone staying there was able to sleep, and I do not see how anyone would call it a resort!

Hostess was GREAT...Debbie...But the campsites are extremely small and tight. My slideouts literally extended over the lot line. I was told that they could fit a rig like mine, 43' fifth wheel, but obviously, they could not. Will not return to this campground in the future.Nearby activities: Close to town.Walkability: Only

We have loved our stay here so far! The staff is all so helpful! They will help with any need you may have! I loved the fact they helped guide my husband into our spot! 1st point for this wife! Haha then we had a water leak and he let us borrow his tools! We are like 3-4 blocks away from the Allen street sights! Very good people! We would definitely stay here again!

The hostess was amazing! Very accommodating and friendly. They make breakfast in the mornings and it was super delicious. The spot was great, good hook ups, no issues. Close to down town, a few mintue walk to both boothill and the OK Corral, but far enough away that people aren't being loud while walking by. If your lucky you will get to see some deer. I highly recommend this RV park if you are looking for one in Tombstone.

The RV site was as described online. We were afforded a site that worked well for us. The RV site was within walking distance to a local grocery/department store as well as the historic district and that was very nice. The staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. (The biscuits and gravy were plentiful and tasty.) Although many sites appeared to be upgraded and modern, ours was not. We couldn t hook up the black/grey water line for daily use because it was too small for our pipe. My wife had to hold her foot on the drain so that I could drain my grey water...not a big deal for us but might be for others.
