I have not actually been a guest here. I recently saw a show called motel rescue that featured this property. They gave it a brilliant makeover the rooms were given more of a Western flair and feel; they did a very romantic remake to the honeymoon suite; there is even a photo prop scene where you can dress in period clothing and get that old West souvenir photo. This is a really cool comfy little motel. It s not real fancy but fits into the reason you ve come to Tombstone - the Old West Experience. Sounds like the location is ideal to walk to attractions in town. Please consider this property for your stay. I think you ll enjoy it and their friendly helpful stay. Your experience will be a memory maker. Enjoy your vacay!!Rooms: Newly remodeled with special TLC.Nearby activities: Centrally located to the fun you came to the Old West to make some memories.Walkability: Great location near area attractions. Then enjoy the rocking chair outside your room upon your return as you relax from your busy. Day.Food & drinks: Restaurants nearby.Noteworthy details: Be sure to get a souvenir photo dressed in Western garb (provided). What a hoot to remember your trip. They have a Western set and backdrop on site.

We have been staying here for the last 4 years in a row and plan to continue. It is a nice throwback to the simple times of travel, very nostalgic and a great location. Within walking distance to the main stip. The manager Linda is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet.Nearby activities: Main street of Tombstone one block away.

The lady changed our room from big nose Kate's to a room on the other side. It was nice and roomy. But, nobody is high dusting, or vacuuming the couch. It was full of old dust. And, I'm allergic to old dust. Also, the Ice from the ice machine smelled sour and smelled like urine. The people were nice and accommodating. I don't think they have enough help for the cleaning.

We can't say enough about this place. Especially Linda. She helped us out so much that we invited her to our wedding. We just absolutely love this woman. Everyone we met that works there made our stay very special. There's an amazing photographer named Barry, that works there and you must see his work that's available all over town. The rooms are updated and impeccably clean, as though you are staying in a 5-star hotel. The staff didn't make you feel like you were imposing in any way, you just get the feeling of being part of the family. Our stay at the Larian made our whole trip amazing! Thanks again, Linda, we couldn't have done it without you!

I have stayed here a few times when visiting Tombstone, and always had very clean rooms, over the top hospitality, and will always pick The Larian Motel in the future. We stayed in the Queen suite this time, and it was wonderful. Our own parking space, nice outside patio and inside patio, and the room was gorgeous, separate building from the main motel. And the owners are so nice. Thank you for having us. We will and have recommended this hotel to others.Rooms: Very clean, spacious and comfortable.Nearby activities: Easy and close walking distance to down town.Safety: I felt very safe while staying hereWalkability: Not even a block away from downtown TombstoneNoteworthy details: The owners are always so nice and friendly, very reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable rooms.

The best of all worlds when in Tombstone! The accomodations are clean and comfortable. The location is the best - right across the street from O-K Corral. Saw its a 1 Star motel ,- no way! A 1 Star is a dump and this place is clean, comfortable, close to attractions and had the nicest people running it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Husband left some shirts in the closet and the manager is holding them until we can get back to pick them up. Very nice folks! Update : we didn't get back and the kind front office lady mailed the shirts back to us on Phoenix! Very kind - thank you!!!

3 motorcycles on a southwestern trip - spent the night here. We arrived into Tombstone about 2:00 and we able to get checked in early so we could change into comfortable clothes to walk around Tombstone. Super nice and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, well furnished each had chairs to hang out in front to chat in the evening. Walking distance to everything in Tombstone. Great stay and would stay here again.

Made reservation 6 months ago for September 20 and 21. I even called about a week before to confirm since we were flying in from over 2000 miles away. The owner called me on September 19 (the day before we were to arrive) to tell me the AC in the room that I was supposed to stay in broke and they had to order a part and didn t know when it would be in. I asked about moving me to another room and he said he could for the 20th but not the 21st but he assured me he would find somewhere for us to stay. We checked in on the 20th and the guy working the desk knew the situation and said the owner would be in at 5 and he would call. When we did not hear from him by 730 we went to the front desk. He said the part was not in yet and the only thing he could do for the next night was let us stay in the room with no AC and give us fans. This is southern Arizona in September not to mention we would have to sleep with the windows open so close to the boarder with all those issues. Definitely not comfortable with that. He also said we would need to be out of the room we were currently in at regular check out time on the 20th and we would have to move our car to the other side. He did not try to find us another place to stay or even give us names of other motels and he charged us full price for the one night we did stay. When we did go to leave after spending the day in Tombstone, a very nice woman came out and offered to help us by calling around to find us a place to stay. By this time we already had a place heading back to Phoenix. This is how this should have been handled from the beginning not just making us feel like we were being thrown out into the street.

Looks like a great place to stay! Will check it out the next time we are traveling that way! Great job!!Walkability: Close to downtown Tombstone.

Before choosing this motel, I did my research, looking at just about every hotel in Tombstone, reading the reviews on various sites and checking out the exact location. I discovered that most of the choices were 1-2 star motels. Although the decor was a bit pieced together, the room was spotless! The linens all seemed very fresh, the bathtub was so clean that I had to question if it was just installed. Everywhere I looked, I found myself saying, "dang, this place is really clean". Location, location, location - this place nailed it! It was centrally located and only a 3-5 minute walk from all of the attractions. Linda, at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She highlighted the hot spots on a map, gave us tips on what to see and what to skip. I highly recommend The Larian - stop reading reviews of other motels and just book it!Rooms: Super clean!Walkability: Only a 3-5 minute walk from all of the main attractions

Absolutely love this place! It s a cute little motel that is clean and quiet and right in the middle of town. It s an easy walk for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The owner is great and has good recommendations. Plus the mascot is a cat named Enoch and he is adorable. Classy, clean motel and cat snuggles, what more could you want?

Very clean and comfortable room. Our room had a new mattress that was very comfortable. When I called to make the reservation the manager even asked if I wanted a soft or a firm mattress. I chose the firm mattress and it was great. Nice vaulted ceiling in our room with wood gave it a nice ambiance. Nice little hotel!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Tombstone. Nice clean rooms!!It's also conveniently located within walking distance to East Allen Street (where all the action is). The rooms were adorable with their "old west" personality. Linda was wonderful. She took the time to show us on the map the best places to check out. We will definitely be staying here again. Excellent experience!

Although it s not glamorous from the exterior the motel was clean, roomy, quiet and warm. Everything worked well (heat, shower, TV) there were plenty of outlets (for all the electronics). Didn t catch the name of the staff person on duty but she was very friendly and welcoming and even called us the next morning about an item we left and volunteered to mail it. Would definitely recommend it.

Should have written a review sooner, but better late than never. My partner and I spent 4 days in Tombstone, in October 2021. We loved our stay at The Larian! Our room was huge! It was super clean too! Everything is on one level, so there's no steps to fool with. You can park right in front of your room too. The dusty main drag of old Town Tombstone (where the OK Corral is located) is less than a 2 minute walk. The area is super safe too. I walked late in the evenings and was up by 6AM taking my morning walk, with absolutely no issues whatsoever! Be sure and check out Bisbee too. It's a neat little town!Walkability: So close to Tombstone. It's literally across the street!

This place was so cute & in a perfect location for walking to all we wanted to see. But the best thing about this stay was Linda, she was so kind, took time to nit only share a map & point out tourist places, but shared information about them & things she recommended most. Then she checked on us to bring us extra towels, and brought a hot cocoa packet for each of our kids, making sure we had all we needed. Top tier service, a place we will absolutely recommend and stay at again.
