Kenneth the coordinator/concierge is a pretty good guy. He is knowledgeable and professional, and does a great job keeping you informed. My repairs are always done quicker than expected. I went through a couple other options before my wife convinced me to contact them and they were both costly mistakes. I highly recommend them.

I normally do all my repairs and service on my Audi Q7 myself so pretty mechanically inclined. I took my car to Ultimate European Auto because I wanted someone who specialize in European German cars to give me an honest assessment of my vehicle within 24 hours I received an assessment and an estimate on the repairs And was extremely happy with the outcome of their service. Greg was my service advisor and he kept me informed all the way through the service and repairs. It s nice to know that there is honest, hard-working repair shot with integrity as the cornerstone of their business great job guys, hope to not come back to see you, but if I do, I know I m in good hands

Service was excellent, an estimate was provided, along with recommendations for necessary repairs versus items that could wait. Repairs were completed quickly and they even followed up after the service to ensure everything was running great!Not a ton cheaper than going to a dealership, but it is closer and a nice alternative.I'd definitely recommend for BMW repairs.

Ultimate European Repair quickly assessed my issues for free and came up with a plan of action to repair vehicle. They were able to replace both control arm bushings, replaced all four rotors and brakes as well as the cabin filter within a few hours. My X5 drives like new!

I recommend . I own two Mini Coopers in the west valley and fed up with having to drive all the way to Tempe or Scottsdale for annual maintenance.Justin greets you with a smile, reviews your schedule of maintenance. He will provide an estimated completion time.Their prices are fair (I called a Mini dealer. $129 without coupon. UER charged me $119)They were pleasant, efficient, on time, fairly priced and in the West Valley!If I could suggest and improved coffee machine. The existing machine is difficult to understand and operate.Oh, nice clean bathroom! Hard to find this in a smaller shop as the mechanics are often using it with dirty hands.I recommend!

Ultimate European has worked on my Porsche Macan twice now; one appointment for an oil change and another appointment for brakes, tires, and alignment. I can t recommend them enough. The work was done in a timely manner, they came in cheaper than the dealership, I was consistently updated on the status of the job they were working on, and my car handles better than ever. My advisor was Kenneth and he was phenomenal with his communication and customer service. Ultimate European is a gem in the valley for European car owners!

The shop and people seem to be nice. However the price for repair is ridiculously high. Took my Audi A4 for a water pump replacement. I was quoted almost double than IAutohaus. Not recommended at all

Andrew (owner & head Mech) is one of the most conscientious and thorough mechanics with whom I've ever had the pleasure to do business.His complete attention to detail explains why he so proficient at troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues. I have an older Audi that we were not sure we wanted to keep because we could not find a good mechanic until we found Andrew and his team. They provide excellent service and are very reasonable. I ve been taking my BMW to Andrew for almost 5 years now . Andrew and his people are true pros and Andrew s expertise on BMW's is such a valuable resource and the reason why I will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced or repaired. I would highly recommend Ultimate European to anyone and already have done so . The staff continues to provide HIGH CLASS service. Even with a warranty on my vehicle I rather take my car into Ultimate and pay them for my needs. This place is hands down one of the best when it comes to European vehicles. I picked my mini from a local dealership that I didn't trust for services. Ultimate European will definitely take the time with your car and explain issues and potential issues down the road. They were able to take my car in same day and it was done by the next with issues fixed. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop I RECOMMEND!

This shop is so well organized and a well oiled machine. Andrew Durkin (owner) and Heidi Winter (sales/service manager) are incredible individuals who truly care about taken care of their customers. The shop, restroom, and waiting area are clean, welcoming and pleasant. I highly highly recommend this shop to take your European models to. Lastly, the integrity and honest professionalism of what they recommend sets the customer at ease. Thank you Heidi and Andrew for awesome service!!!

Had my Audi serviced here because Audi Peoria didn't have any available appointments for several weeks. Now I am kind of glad they didn't because this place just gained a new customer. For the many years I have been going to Audi, I have never seen their garage or ever have been given a little "thank you" goodie bag - this place delivered both.Anyways, I had several lights alarming in my car including the engine light. Diagnostics, repairs and pricing were talked about prior to getting anything done and I received my car in a timely manner. Heidi was who I was in main contact with and she is the sweetest. Andrew and his staff are best in town!Prices are always fair and service is exceptional.I have brought my 335i for maintenance and some wear repairs and have never been disappointed or surprised by hidden charges or work. Drew and the team are the best. Their recommendations are always spot on, honest and provide a great value. I have never had a repair shop warranty their work before I used UEA. Funny, I have never needed it because all of my work was done right the first time. I literally drive from across town to get my BMW serviced and its always a better drive home than it was on the way there. Ultimate European Repair did a thorough job of diagnosing problems with my 2001 BMW 330i. They found the oil pan gasket leaking which I already knew about. They also found a power steering fluid leak, a leaking shifter shaft seal, and deteriorating engine mounts. They also recommended removing the aftermarket oil catch can system and restoring the crankcase ventilation system back to original.I was going to approve all the repairs except for restoring the ccv system, but after speaking with Andrew, agreed to do that as well. I appreciate that he is a BMW enthusiast like me, so I feel confident he knows what he's talking about.They performed the repairs as promised in a reasonable time frame (less than 1 week). The price is more than I'm used to, but I've never had a BMW or any luxury make before. I trust they are cheaper than a BMW dealer.About a week after the service was done, Justin? called me to follow up. I told him that the shifter is much tighter than before, and the steering feels firmer. I appreciate his following up on their service, and he was happy to hear my feedback.Overall, a good job, and I highly recommend them if you have BMW or other European car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

A few weeks ago my 2013 CC VW was leaking oil from the oil cooler so I brought it to Ultimate European Repair and they were able to fix my car the very next day. They were very polite, professional and saved me money compared to what the dealership was trying to charge me. They even gave me an awesome gift box as a thank you for choosing them. I had a great experience with Ultimate European Repair and completely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for good service at a reasonable price.I'll never go back to the dealership!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is excellent! The owner Andrew is very knowledgeable and will make sure you leave satisfied and taken care of. Always get my oil changes and inspections here the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I have a 740 Li and the first couple months I had it my sunroof shattered on the highway via flying rocks. I came here and Andrew was able to help me get a new sunroof and it looked as good as new I dont know how much money I'd lose if I went to a BMW dealership. They have great prices for the best type of work offered around Phoenix. Really recommended this place for any BMW owners you wont regret it. I really appreciate Andrew's commitment to satisfying his customers. 5 stars difenitley.
