Great store for all your hot rodding needs! I stopped in for some parts that I had called about. The workers had already pulled the parts and were ready for me to pick them up! Very friendly and fast service! Wide selection of parts too!Bring your kids in so they can see the cool kit cars in the showroom.

Well let see where do we start I've been to this store 5 times sent my wife one time and as Usual they never have nothing they have to order it And they leave you on hold forever I'm so done with this store in Tolleson I'll go back to going to Lopers performance at least they answer the phone wouldn't have any stars but I had to losers

Terrible experience. They sold me a Simpson Hybrid Sport Hans device telling me it would work with a three-point lap belt. It doesn t. I've been risking my life for the past year tracking with a safety device that doesn't work thanks to their clueless staff. Don't even think about asking their technical people about something complex. There is nothing worse than clueless people on the other end of a phone who pretend to be experts regarding a safety device they know nothing about. Of course I tried to exchange it for the correct product and they refused and took no responsibility for recommending the wrong product. They then tried to push the responsibility on me by saying that all race tracks list allowed Hans devices by type and I should have known better. Yeah right.

Came in to get some parts, I was helped by James, super friendly, very knowledgeable, made very good suggestions and was extremely patient when going over options with me. Will 100 percent be back to Speedway! Thank you!

I needed a new set of head lights and an air cleaner. My old chrome headlights that came with the car went south and I ordered the stainless ones. I live in SoCal and ordered online and my order came in 1 or 2 days. I was VERY surprised but happy. Two thumbs up.

I bought a lowering kit for a C10 and misplaced my instructions. I did not purchase this from the retail store and did not have any East Coast numbers to call when I finally got around to working on it. I had a couple basic questions and Robbie, out at their Arizona retail store, took my call and understood the situation and was able to get me all the info I needed. It was much appreciated!!!Short of misplacing the instructions the kit and install has been awesome with the exception of dealing with some wackyness of a 60-year-old truck.

Had a flex plate for a 1975 C10 with a 4.1 inline six the small one ,that no other stores had,staff very knowledgeable and parts in stock.very good and well recommended to all I know of how well this establishment works.

IMO the forums are correct. Customer service is a joke. I wonder how many cars or engines Tasha N. Gillaspy has built.. Or how many oil changes she's done for that matter... LMFAO.

This place is a car paradise! Great people made me feel like family. Phenix area does not have a place like this.......It is my go to places for Hot Rods,of all kinds of car nuts!!!!

Waited 10 months for parts and got nothing but the run around after multiple phone calls. Eventually they did refund me my money after these 10 months. Then I ordered the exact same parts from Jegs and had them at my door step in two days... Unbelievable.

Disappointed in the customer service side. Missing parts in order and customer service experience to get it replaced was terrible to get the missing items shipped out in a timely fashion. Will purchase elsewhere goin log forward

Was in looking for a helmet last minute. Person at counter said "we don't have any in stock, what size do you need?"...He didn't even know what size I needed, but he knew they were out. I told him, large to X-large...He said, we have no large and would not let me see or know a price on the X large that they had in stock. They might be great if you know exactly what you want and IF they have it in stock, if you need to see before you buy, try The Race Shack, they at least WANT to appear helpful.

I ordered 2 items over a week ago and they took my $ but I can't even verify it was ever sent but ther system said it would arrive on the 18th that never happened... someone ther admitted that it was late and would refund my shipping $ and here it is the 22nd and they haven't even done that. And still have no parts...someone could of put it in there car and drove it to me in a couple of hours. Realy guy's get it together!! Still waiting on anything parts , text ,ect.

Worth the drive from the other side of Phoenix. I needed a bucket seat for a non-car project. I worked with Jorge who was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted to do and made a very helpful recommendation on how to do it and also a key piece of mounting hardware I didn't realize I needed. Thank you, Speedway Motors.

I live in Tucson witch is a few hrs away and i ordered some parts and i was amazed to see it at my door the very next day. I so forgot they built this new location. Been shopping from Speedway Motors for a while now and im so happy they have a location closer to me so thank you.

Didn't have what was needed and computer gave poor desk guy wrong stuff that didn't fit. Wish you could see and touch fitting to make sure they worked instead of wasting 40 min playing guessing games with a computer that picks your product apparently
