There's usually a long wait in line here. However they always have what you need. So I guess the wait is worth it.

Good location, fairly friendly staff. Knowledgeable, although because of how busy this service location is, it can sometimes take a day or two before they get to your truck for service. Parts staff is strictly business so no issues there. I ve purchased 3 trucks from this location over the years and the sales staff is super accommodating.

This Is the worst dealer when comes to the parts department, and it is due to the nonchalant attitude of management or parts techs (maybe both). Every time you come in expect to wait 30mins to a 45 mins to even be helped. All the 5 stars must be friends and family, because everyone I speak to has the same or Similar experience. The lack of manpower to service the customer is terrible, and it has been for years.

Y all don t waste your time this is trash. If you want parts expect, to wait 45 minutes to just here we don t have it or we need to order. Workers don t care about others time or needs. Clearly they are doing the bare minimum to get by. Went in on a Saturday to get parts waited over a hour just to be told they didn t have any of it. BEWARE place is terrible.

The service department had/has No communication after presenting a bill for what should be a warranty repair, the technicians diagnosis even used terms like "probably" and "could have" sad many such cases.

I don't even know how this place has 4 stars. Fake reviews. Pay attention to the one-star customer. Real drivers with real cases. They did the same thing to us.. They want your money and don't want to do honest work. No transparency, just lies. A test driver they never done, clean turbo manifold/filter, again they didn't do. Just a spew of lies. 6 days in a shop for a day fix. And still didn't fix the problem. They just hired anyone these days who don't know their worth. I'd stay away from this place. Making peterbilt looks bad.

First time here. Very clean lot. Friendly people to help you keep that rig running trouble-free. Great choice for truck service and when shopping for new or used rigs.

Let me start with sales! John Greener is a real professional very very knowledgeable, he can help build any truck you can imagine, the service is like no other in phx,, they get you right in and diagnosed, they know how to repair a truck the first time, time is money ,can't say enough good about Rush Peterbilt

Been dealing with these clowns for years, and they thoroughly suck! Won't answer the phone half the time, you never get the same guy twice- just poor customer service. Best if avoided

Had to wait 45 minutes just to get an invoice to buy a lousy $30 cap. Just too damn slow.

Got the truck home and hooked it to the trailer. Lucky to get 5 mpg and has NO power. Every one that's driven it agrees there's something wrong with it, but Rush has said they are not going to help. We just wanted the equivalent of what we paid for the truck. Don't trust 'em.

I'm driving up the 101 northbound in Glendale and noticed this truck losing its load. The younger looking Hispanic kid didn't seem to care that there was plastic wrap blowing off the load all over the highway. The photo was taken after several pieces of the load had already come loose!I wrote to the company using social media messenger and they never responded though I could see that they received it.After 4 days of waiting I sent them a message and said it was obvious you didn't care about my message and so I will be sure to pass the word along to the people who hate litterbugs and lawbreakers!I wouldn't do business with these people because they just don't seem to care.

Absolutely the worst experience I ve ever had. It took over a month for a repair to be completed and it didn t even fix the problem. Our truck is now broken down on the side of the road with the same issue they told us was repaired. They just kept stringing us along and saying it would be done tomorrow, then the next day, then the next week. I can t understand how after a month it wasn t repaired correctly. They also never answer the phone here.

Kenneth in parts is the man, he was very knowledgeable and patient. I ordered a ton of parts for my 379 rebuild and Kenneth is the only parts guy I will deal with until it's complete. He even called me when the out of stock parts became available. Great customer service!

Worst experience! I asked 3 different people (in hopes at least 1 person would help) if they could make sure my batteries stay charged so I didn't lose my food in the fridge ($200 worth). Not a single person did. Then to make matters worse my truck was done almost 5 hours and no one could tell me anything because they lost the paperwork. Took forever to track down. Lost an opportunity for a load out of here when I've already lost a week of pay!

The customer service is very good! No complaints there. That is why they got two stars. Without the friendly folks up front being courteous and treating you like you matter this place wouldn t have warranted one star from me.Took two days to diagnose a low oil pressure problem and high oil temperature problem because the first day, their mechanic doing the diagnostic didn t even bother to check on my high oil temp issue. He did however recommend $13,000.00 worth of repairs that need to be done on my truck. (How convenient, no?)When reminded of the oil temp issue another entire day passed before I was notified that their guy couldn t find anything regarding the oil temp issue and recommended I have the oil pressure sensor changed. I had them change that, a cracking fan belt and a small coolant leak and $1,189.00 later I was on my way.Not one hour of driving it and the same problems persisted and got worse. Was already on my way to Utah with a load and couldn t afford to turn around and have more downtime. Called to complain they hadn t fixed my issue. Most of the day went by before I was able to speak to a tech manager or something. When I inquired if this type of issue could be something involving the oil pump/cooler, the oil thermostat or even a plugged oil filter, he told me no, I don t think those things would be an issue here. Offered to do another diagnostic for free since I am still having trouble but will never be trusting my truck in their hands again.-Update- I ve got it in the shop in Ogden, UT right now and within 30 mins they d already discovered high pressure (60 PSI) in my oil line from my oil filter and it s supposed to be 25 PSI...in other words, I have a clogged oil filter...imagine that!
