Inside this Loves location there is a Carl's Jr. Wes and Jimmy are the overnight dudes and James is the manager, and they far exceeded all expectations as far as customer service goes. They are friendly, polite, and were just so sweet to me. They made sure I got what I needed and left me feeling like they cared and it made a huge difference in my world. Thanks for the great service guys, you guys rock and the world should know about it

Small amount is parking that fills up by noon. Showers had good pressure not cleaned well fan and ceiling with mold and tons i mean tons of dust layers. Shower had black mold. The staff was nice. Food place and people were nice. The two stars are for the staff. Lastly, they had laundry they with 3/4 washers broken and 3/4 dryers broken. Zero sign as well.

Super busy, a lot of stuff doesn't work. Construction blocked the truck entry and no sign for the detour. There were no signs for dead-end roads, and a lady park on the street was very rude, she seems to work for the construction company park and stay inside her car at the end of the street to tell people that they have to back out about 500 feets. They can just put a dead-end sign or she should park her car there to block the street. Stay away from this location if you can.

Came here for fuel and to clean the windows. Got the fuel just fine, quick line. Trash everywhere and zero window washer fluid in the buckets.

Another business by the dust in my book. I was just told by the maintenance worker property janitor. That he's giving me 30 minutes since he arrived at work to be on property I've been there for an hour and a half which I paid for a meal at Carl's Jr. This is just another place another business that has a discrimination against anybody homeless. It hurts my soul to know there's so many places businesses and people that hate homeless people for no other reason but they're homeless it doesn't matter that anytime I've walked into this establishment I have spent money I don't come here unless I'm spending money just like a person that had a home but because I'm homeless and I push the shopping cart to keep my belongings safe from theft. They despise me and I hate giving money to a business that does that I wish people because of that it's a sad world we live in today there's no consideration or thought or care for those that are doing not as well in life. For some reason the employees here hate homeless people. The maintenance worker from a week ago stole three of my backpack and a bunch of tools I had in my shopping cart. When I went and took a shower to clean myself. They have a trash compactor on site where they throw homeless people's belongings into when they go in shower the homeless people beware going to any truck stop and not taking all your possessions into the shower with you because they more likely will throw them away. Then tell you that they did that because they were there for over 24 hours and it's your word homeless person against their word. But I know my God has me but I know my God has me and blesses me everyday because I keep my faith in my Lord God.

I use loves truckstop frequently, typically has pretty good service. This time around however, if I give less than one star I would. Came here for Propane on a Sunday morning and was told that they don t have enough staff to assist me, which seems crazy with the reported 3.3% unemployment rate Just as I was about to drive to another location, somebody came out to help me, so there you go that is my experience

I love my Love s in Yuma. This one would benefit from some customer service training. I don t expect clerks to kiss up and I don t really care for the syrupy sweet, faux friendship I get at Wells Fargo. Still, polite acknowledgment might help when standing in a line of 4 to 6 customers. Being courteous is good.

This gas station and Pilot Gas Station on 99th Ave South of I-10, have reasonable prices compare to other gas stations and are conveniently located to the I-10 fwy. These gas stations also have Fast Food Restaurants establishments, which helps when on a hurry. They have so many gas pumps that you don't have to wait in line. They have plenty of front parking and they are open 24hrs. Because it's a Truck Stop as well, you do have to put up with the big rig traffic when coming out.

I went to this place to do DOT inspection and they did inspection on my truck and they failed on purpose. The dude in front office called me and said my u join was bad and in order for them to passed my truck I have fixed it and they will charge me $800 and I said no cuz my u join was fine. I went to the dealer to get second thoughts and they did inspection on my u join and they told me that nothing wrong with my u join . Plz my follow owner operator be careful with this guys .they will robbing you in day light

I had always had a great experience at loves but Irma ruined it. She was unnecessarily rude and it seemed like she was annoyed to be working there. Which is not our fault. If she s not happy or having a bad day loves is not somewhere she should be working

Be careful guys if you re doing PM service here before you leave check everything is secure and tighten because I had PM service here and they forgot to tight the oil filter, i paid their bill they escorted me out before I leave their shop I asked them everything is good and the guy who did service s he said yes everything is good then I left they re shop i drove for a few minutes then I stopped in the other side of their shop I thought with me self let s double check everything is good by the time I stopped and open the hood I saw it s leaking oil then I drove back to the shop I asked them it s leaking with happened and one of their mechanic came to check what happened then he said turn off the truck they forgot to tight the oil filter imagine if I didn t stop and double check the truck will be broken will take the responsibility

Showed up at 5:30am 2/5/23 in Tolleson, absolutely nothing to eat, no food in the case all the rollers were all uncooked. Asked the lady, she was very rude basically yelled that there are only 2 people on graveyard and if we knew anyone who needed a job to send them. I said nope were headed down the road without breakfast and she rung up my one item tossed it across the counter with a snort and stormed off. Worst loves experience I've ever had and I've had a lot! (Most of them excellent)

This loves does not allow overnight parking. You are limit to 60 minutes of parking then you are ticketed. Now the Manger is booting some sprinter vans passengers cars and Traktor trailer vehicles.2-1-2024 new policy takes effect.......6 hours (only) for big Traktor trailers and everything is allowed 60 minutes and then after that loves is booting their tires. Zero stars!!!!! Loves is falling!!!!!

I travel the country frequently & I am also a truck driver. This Love's is not friendly towards truckers or van dwellers. Do not park here, they will wake you up and threaten to tow you.

Rv Dump is located on the Carl's jr side and is circled in red. Easy access for large rigs. It is in the worst condition of any RV dump I have seen. It's 10 dollars to use. Lots of homeless using the parking lot so lock up if you walk away from your vehicle.

I am a expedite driver who travels most of this country. most of us who are driving box trucks and sprinter vans are doing double even triple the amount of hours and miles to come to a certain place and the only places we can park and rest like these truck stops consistently kicking us off the property from parking and resting saying after 1 hour we will be towed. Like where the hell else are we supposed to park? All of the truck stops doing this and can t park at Walmart either. This is really ridiculous and starting to be a major problem all over. This needs to stop and I will boycott and leave a bad reviews each and everytime this happens at one of these locations

They do not remove bolts from the frame, like the cabin mounts bolts, because they are attached to the frame via another attachment then the cab; so if you ask then to replace the cab mounts they will not do it because they do not remove any frame related bolt. That is the lamest excuse ever to not do a job.How do you replace the shock absorbers? They are attached to the frame! America needs a revival, this is just plain absurd.See the attached pictures, that is a simple job that the powerful Love's truck stop chain(they have truck stops all over the USA) is unable to perform, lame, lame, lame.So, exhaust replacement? Nope is attached to the frameTorque arms? Attached to the frameAir bags? No, they are attached to the frameMud flaps? You guessed it, attached to the frameAir valves? ..... You already know itSo there you go fellas, when you need service for your unit.... take it somewhere else where actual mechanical work is performed.

Came here for a quick shower and a drink on our way out of town. Security yelled at us because of an unmarked area that's supposedly for staff only... Doesn't say that anywhere, despite the fact there was 6 other cars with sleeping passengers in it. I just wanted a damn drink. But ya know if you don't want my business fine by me. So FYI just in case don't park here. Any area can randomly be "just" for employees but mmk or you'll be banned from buying items... Ehh overpriced anyways. Find a Pilots or Flying J instead.

We travel the country in an RV. This is by far the dirtiest most rude Loves I ve ever visited we are normally thrilled to see a loves but waited 5 mins at cash register before just leaving for circle K.

The men s restroom needs better ventilation, as it was a terror to experience.It smelled like several guys must have held something hostage in their gut and finally let the hostage go... Air so thick that you could cut it with a knife Yes. Someone finally wrote what was probably on someone s mind.Poor diets, bad food, someone was ill who knows.

Great place 1/2 the showers are down 2 pumps are down. Air line leaking whipping everywhere. Trash cans over flowing. I watched the cleaning lady come out of the shower and mark it as dirty so no one would go in there

I searched specifically for a loves so I can have some rest and the thise place have the stupid rule to kick all the travelers at 4.30am. Really inconvenient when you are traveling and all you want is some rest. Don't stop at this place!

This review is for the shop not the store. Armando is very rude and unprofessional. He couldn t handle answering a question while typing something on computer and was very rude to the customer who asked the question. Was rude to me as well when I tried to talk to him. Will not be coming here if he is here and I do not recommend this shop due to his unprofessional behavior.

Horrible attitude of security towards customers. The security guard stands smoking under the entrance and at the same time harasses me (the Van driver) that I cannot park in the free spaces, although there are no prohibiting signs in these spaces. Every day I fill up at your gas stations, sleep at your truck stops, go to the shower, but this is the first time I ve been treated like this. Big dislike I'm going to the Pilot

Took over two hours in line to get a shower there was 13 people ahead of me! They appear to be way understaffed for the amount of volume the store does!They did not have washcloths.The showers were not clean and the fan and the exhaust fan pad dust dirt and grime all over them! they need to invest in steam mops and deep clean these showers!!! I am not happy with this location!

If you care about your time and truck do not get your oil change here or get it done by a guy called mando. This morning I fund oil under my truck a few gallons from what his coworker said. Ok I m mad and his coworkers are nice about things so just watch them

Ordered this morning from Carl's jr Food was Great . Ordered again around 8pm and my order was wrong my husband tried to tell the Mexican lady who took our order but she completely ignored him . She gave everyone they order in they hand and just put ours on the counter we were the only black people there . She also put his drink on the counter and didn't tell him that was his drink . If she hates non Mexicans or dislike her job then she should probably go home or find a better job she looks like she's not making enough to do her job properly.
