Pros: Affordable, should be fine for OLD CARS ONLY.Cons:-Tried to talk me into an expensive "tune-up", a "diagnosis", suspension work, ect.-The staff that work at Joe's do not have the expertise for technical repairs that require reference to service manuals with specific instructions.Should be fine for basic cars and repairs.

I went in hoping to get the handle of the drivers side fixed and left with the lock, and controls of the driver s door broken. Now I can t even insert the key or press the unlock button and have to jump from the passengers side. While we watched him fix it, he lost a part and told us it was no big deal but to leave it over night. We came back the next morning and he told us there was nothing he can do about it. He proceeded to tell us that it was never certain if it was going to work in the first place. What a joke! I would have never risked it if I knew it wasn t going to work in the first place. The man laughed when my mother called and never even apologized. Now I have to pay even more money to fix all of the driver s door fixed because of these people. It was the most infuriating thing I have ever been through and would never recommend anyone to come here.

Went there to get o2 sensor removed, it was stuck, they changed it right away. In an out in 10 min. Very Affordable. Thank you.
