We came to have a couple of issues diagnosed. We asked them when they plugged in to change a couple of settings for our jake brakes and following distance. Instead of changing them, they unplugged and sent an email to approve work and then charged us over $800 to diagnose and wanted an additional $211 just to change those settings. NOTHING was fixed. We had to pay $817.34 to diagnose. Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

3 days, for them to do nothing but look at me as if I where stupid. Pape kenworth in Medford, OR fixed the air leak in the transmission. "MTA" had they listened to me instead of doing static air tests they could have figured it out. They got 1 star only because there isn't negative stars

Very professional from the service department to the parts department and instant updates. I texted my parts request while confirming service appointment. Towing company recommended also very professional. Good experience.

Left my truckfor transmission issue , upon receiving and paying a sum of 8313.90$ . I took the truck on the road to test and the same issue . Just like i have left the truck . It took them 3 weeks to get it done and upon coming back and complaining about the issue . I was encountered with all mad faces lol . Like as if i amIn the wrong . I will not reccomend nobody thia place .

It was clean and the parts I needed were available, but customer service was a little lacking. It was my first time there but when I attempted to get information the employee was rude and implied I should already know where to go.

Not impressed computers are always down get ignored when you go over to the service department and not to mention all the way out in Tolleson. go to the mesa store they will help you with whatever you need and you will be alot happier plus there computers work

Man I gotta stay outta this store they got everything a trucker could want for their kenworth. It was a long line when walking in but these guys were quick I think I stood in line for 5 minutes tops. They had my part ready for pickup and had me out the door.. thanks for the hard work guys WE appreciate it ,we'll I know I do anyway.

Really bad services, send me email saying truck is ready to pick get there once I get the truck dashboard is not secure they loose the bolts, secondary parts of dash not connected .. berry frustrating after dropping the truck since dec.29

I did not have any services done by this company. My review is strictly based on the selfless and kind actions I saw by one of their own drivers while in a car at a stoplight today. The temps are in the 115-117 degree range. And a homeless man was walking in the crosswalk with an empty water bottle and severely battling the heat. While I didn t have anything to offer the guy, an employee from Inland handed the guy a fresh water bottle. It was the nicest gesture of human kindness I had seen in a while, and I wanted to ensure that this employee was somehow recognized.You don t see actions like this too often, so I made sure to make note of the company vehicle (Inland) with the code on the side of the truck PT285-4.If this employees actions are any indication of having the right people representing your company, then I don t know what is. I was beyond floored by the actions in helping the guy in this heat.Thank you Zack at Inland for taking my call and allowing me to share my story today. I appreciate it. Please let your employee know how thoughtful and kind they are.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. After them trying to triple charge me they did nothing still charged me 500$. 6 days in the shop No work done 500$. Glad to see how you take care of customers

Been awhile since I've been to any inland kw especially this location but I see they aren't 24hrs. I thought they used to be. Same with ones in socal area.Very disappointed. I'll take my business to mhc kw. At least they have 24hr locations

I left two stars only because of the service guys. They were great and they did everything to make me feel comfortable.Apart of this my truck was six days at the dealership for a not so complicated repair I lost one week of revenue, and money spent for a hotel and rent a car. On top of that, what they charged mewas completely unfair in my opinion considering the labor and the cost of the part, I had done similar repairs and they were far less than what I paid.

Was nervous about them not doing appointments, as I am 2 hours away and rely on this truck. Got the truck there early in the day for a first service and 4 small warranty issues. Service advisor got me in and listed my items as "following warranty procedure trouble shoot..." After being there 9 hours my truck was ready with a 3.5 hour bill on items thought to be warranty! ( not counting the PM bill). Now I do understand if my concern is not a broken item it can't be warrantied, but there was no communication at all. I already feel stupid for not properly understand my windshield washer switch, but a 1/2 hour charge for the 30 seconds I took to explain that to me really hurts. When I voiced my delema thinking it was warranty on a 5 month old truck, I was told "that's why I only charged a half hour per item".

The service is weak I dropped the truck they said they find the problem fixed I left from them same day check engine came back same problemThey diagnosed it again they said they find the problem truck was sitting for 4 days at the end I picked the truck I drove 20 miles check engine came back again

This started out as a 1 star review!Wed. May 29th, we took our truck to them because they said they could get it in the shop that afternoon and have some idea for us as to why it was acting up. Yes, they "got it in the shop" that afternoon, but I had to call Thursday evening as the service writer was "heading out the door" to get some idea of what was going on with the truck.MISERABLE COMMUNICATION!!!We did NOT hear from them as they promised.Truck needed a clutch . . . they ceased repairs due to their mill machine breaking down and no ability to face the flywheel . . . SEND THE DAMN THING OUT!!!!!again . . . MISERABLE COMMUNICATION!!!!!here we are, a week later, Wed. afternoon . . . I called 4 hrs ago . . . guy couldn't figure out what was going on with the truck, told me he would check on the progress and call me back . . . that was 4 hrs ago!!!Monday morning, when I called, the person who answered the phone had NO IDEA who Chris, my service writer was . . .MISERABLE COMMUNICATION!!!We picked up our truck on Saturday, June 8th! The service department redeemed themselves! Between Mart n, Cody and Daniel, the truck was fixed after a couple more hiccups.All things considered, they made it right.Martin even waited around Saturday after they closed so we could have the truck at work Monday!THEY MADE IT RIGHT!THANK YOU!!!

The parts department was great, Nathan was polite, knew what he was doing got me everything I needed, now for the service department. Oh my god, they are the worst of the worst, the service riders are as dumb as a box of rocks, I took my truck up there and left it for two weeks while I was gone, told them what to fix they only fix the fuel line, and then they couldn t even fix the brake problem. They had no clue what they were doing they promised me they promised me that, and then it 5 o clock on Friday. They said well we can t fix it after they promised it would be done until Monday. I told him to forget it took the truck to somewhere else and got it fixed. Stay away if you re smart.

My T7 was hit at s truckstop in Bellemont AZ. Considering the damages done to my truck, the Body Shop did an excellent job! Thanks guys! I want want to personally thank Kevin, and Denise for great customer service, they took the time to listen, and answer any questions, representing the company to it's fullest!

Called to make sure I could get some warranty work done if I dropped it off before noon on Monday and get it back by first thing Wednesday morning. Also, if they had time (but less importantly) I would like them to perform an alignment. I called Tuesday afternoon to see where they were, they said they had the alignment scheduled for Wednesday mid morning and they would get to the warranty work after the alignment. Funny how they put my primary concern behind work I was paying for, and then scheduled it for a time they knew I couldn't leave the truck. They just don't care at all about the owners.

Im always satisfied with quality of work hereHowever I had to convince them my truck was under warrantyAfter going round and round they finally agreed that the work was under warrantyWhy does this have to be so difficultWasted half a day trying to figure this outThen once they agreed it was under warranty they tell me they can t get to it for a week, even when they previously told me all the parts were in stock . This really put me over the top!Once I got the service manager involved they were able to start the work the following day, imagine that.I wish these dealerships were more sensitive to owner operators and what it really costs us when our trucks are down for service3stars for shop Forman5 stars for the techs4 star for service manager (his involvement/ resolution was 5 stars but leadership seems to breed lack luster culture, thus 4 stars)

Love bringing new Kenworth trucks to this location! Lucas was excellent! It s very busy around there so keep your head on a swivel. Most of the folks there are pretty friendly and usually help us in any way they can. Thanks again and we ll see you soon!
