I totally trust these Guys with my vehicle not only are they easy to talk to but they are very reasonable with there prices .... I am a older female and I felt very comfortable dealing with these men very honest n up front no hidden anything. I gave them 5 stars because they deserved it..... very caring group of guys and that in itself is a rarity... Please go experience what I have and trust them u won't regret.... I tell everyone about them.......

They saved me over 2,000 dollars! I went to Firestone on Indian School road and they wanted to charge 2k to fix my catalytic converters. Thankfully they didn't have the tools to remove my muffler. I went to Muffles Masters and they told me I didn't need any catalytic converters. They referred me to, Global auto Repair and they fixed my speed sensor for 103 dollars. They also told me I didn't need any converters. My car has been running great since.

This is coming from a female customer and they are honest, kind and trustworthy! They are very understaffed (like every business) so be patient! I absolutely love them and my husband and I recommend them to everyone. I would give them more stars if I could.

Currently the only shop in the west valley that I trust to work on my vehicles when I don t want to do the work myself. Very reasonable rates. Extremely professional. 10/10 recommend.

This is a gem of a shop, clean, professional, affordable. They have work on my classic cars (Pontiac, Chevy) and also work on my E55 Mercedes.This is well run, immaculate shop and they will continue to get my business.

Took my sons challenger here. Blown head gasket they did a great job of getting it up and running and the price along with professionalism was took notch.

Driving through phoenix when my bumper skid was coming off. Called a few shops and no one would help. Global Auto was the only one who took me in. Daniel was very helpful and professional. Highly reccomended! Thank you guys

If I could give these guys a 7 star review I would. Always the sweetest most genuine people and are always willing to work with you in any way they can. Excellent service, they were very nice and very honest, my car won't start because an issue with the battery ( I broke the fuse box ), and they said it was easy to fix, basically they just charged me for the part needed. I truly recommend this shop, I will take my cars from now on to there. Thanks a lot ! Dealer would killed my wallet for something like that. I am editing my review because I am very satisfied again with their services, They are the most honest shop repairs I have ever found, God will bless his businesses because the quality, honest and efficient work they do. The guy here sold me a bike. Talked it all up but didn't run after a few times riding it. Tried asking him how to fix it and didn't bother to respond. Was the last of my money. No idea what I'm gonna do now. Stay away.

My oil cooler cracked causing a coolant leak to where I could not drive my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not only did Global Auto Repair provide a fair and honest estimate, they allowed me to purchase my own parts elsewhere and forego the warranty, they provided a military discount to me And did not change the rate for labor when I asked if I could provide my own parts. Then, while my Jeep was being serviced, my backup car needed the A/C recharged and they got it done SAME DAY at a MUCH cheaper than expected price. Global Auto Repair is amazing. Fair and honest pricing, military friendly, did not try to over charge and all the personnel I spoke to or interacted with were very friendly throughout the whole process. I just found myself my new permanent mechanic. Thanks Global! And thanks to both Mikes and Daniel!Edited to add that my vehicle was there for a week but they told me it would take that long up front. And I'm sorry but I would rather have a lack of communication on the shops end (which there wasn't) and have honest fair pricing and a mechanics shop that doesn't over charge and find other issues with your vehicle that "HAVE" to be fixed or you can't drive away, than have them concentrate on calling every customer every day.

I have used Global Auto Repair for years. They are always busy so getting a quick appointment might be difficult. Otherwise, they have a number of very competent mechanics, they do the work right, and the price is reasonable. Honest, dependable, they back up their work 100 percent. The prices are reasonable and the work is quality. I've read some of the other posts where some people were not happy, if you schedule an appointment for 10:30 and make other arrangement for an hour later, then please use your common sense instead of writing a bad review. They are very busy because they are very good. I've had a lot of work done here. Drop your car off and they will call you. If you want to wait, have some patience. There's a reason they are busy here, they are honest, and good.

We were in dire straits but they worked with us on fixing our car quickly. They have many customers and the wait is still not long I have waited a number of occasions & I got nothing to complain about. If they are too busy they tell you when to come in. If you need an oil change on Saturday, get there early as there are no appointments Saturday is 1st come first serve. Our parents also take their car here too, routine maintenance reasonably priced. Oil changes are a good deal too.The negative comment I read in the reviews totally shocked me. The employees I met have been very courteous and listen They do, of course, have to get back to work, so, if you were offended they didn't chat with you for 10 or 20 min., well, they are also looking out for their other customers. They recognize repeat customers and even if you go there the 1st time they still treat you like you've been going there for years. Now this leaves me to question the validity of the person rating them a "0".

Awesome company with great people! Dropped my car off to replace my ac compressor and they stayed late to finish it that day! Ac works flawless. Great service, reasonable pricing. Highly recommend over firestone. Will definitely be back.

These guys can be trusted as much, if not more, as you trust your family doctor. Great pricing, professional service and even better reputation. All my friends have their vehicles serviced there and I m glad I was able to find them.Negative reviews talked about an hour wait time for oil change - well, that s standard as you need to allow time for engine to cool off and etc.

No better auto repair shop than Global Auto in all of Phoenix. I live on the other side of town (about 31 miles) and I still refuse to go anywhere else for car maintenance. They are honest, compassionate, reasonable and ALWAYS willing to help or make helpful suggestions. Their pricing is more than reasonable and they are always thinking of you, as the customer FIRST. When you re a woman walking into auto repair shops, prices are ALWAYS inflated. You are told you need unnecessary work done and everything, magically, is double the price!... not here though! Love going here and will continue to go out of my way to be serviced here. Thank you Wojtek, Daniel and your staff for being the best!

These guys are the best in the West, I have a Jaguar and Mercedes. I would never go anywhere but here.Dependable Honest and priced right. I seldom do reviews but these guys are a step above any dealership I've been to. Give them a chance to prove themselves, you will not be disappointed . I send all my friends there and they are as happy as I am. GREAT SERVICE. Wish I could give them six stars

Always have had a great price quoted here. They do pretty quality work. They also offer a military discount so that keeps me coming back as a returning customer. They did work on my Acadia & Bonneville. I have not been to their new location yet. They are also pretty good about taking appointments

My husband took our car into Global Auto for a starter motor replacement. The price they quoted was phenomenal for an Audi. They called a few hours later and I went to pick it up. The price they quoted was what I paid. They were super friendly and the job was done at expert level. Anyone with a European car that wants quality service for the best price, go to Global.The Heller s and their Audi.

Just moved to Az and trying to find a good mechanic who doesn't overcharge and overestimate repairs needed was like pulling teeth. So glad to have finally found them. They didn't charge for diagnostic and actually told me the repairs that the other mechanic told me was an "emergency" wouldn't need to be done for another 6 months and was a fraction of the cost that I was quoted elsewhere! They even offered to show me my vehicle while it was on the racks so I could see that the condition was not as bad as I had been told. I will be taking all my vehicles here in the future! Thank you for your honesty on every account!

I ve been Global for 10 years. They are terrific! The service had been great. The costs for service is really outstanding. I just had 90,000 mile check up on my Lexus. At the dealership it would have cost over $1,000. It was $275 at Global!

I heard that the mechanics here were honest.... Well I decided to test that theory myself and have taken several cars here in the past year including a 2012 Prius V, a 2005 Chrysler Sebring convertible. and a 2005 Dodge Caravan mini van. In the case of all of these cars, the answer was a resounding yes! The diagnosises all reflected actual need, as opposed to plumping up theowner's finances. And the prices were all right on the mark in terms of honesty. REALLY. It is much to their credit, and the probable reason that they are always busy. Any questions, message me...

These guys are fantastic. I've gone to Global Auto Repair a number of times over the last year for service on my Toyota Sienna van and Honda Accord. I was impressed with how the staff at Global works to save you money on your car repairs.The most recent experience was having the rear brakes done on my Honda. The quote I got from the tire shop was almost $400. I took it over to Global and they did the job for just at $150 for the exact same service (brake service, replace brake pads, replace rotors).The previous example was when I took the car in for a simple oil change and they offered an upgrade to a fuel system cleaning at a great price. During the service a sensor got fouled and the car started revving abnormally. This would have been an easy opportunity to jack up the repair bill and I wouldn't have known any different. They worked on the car for an hour to get it corrected and didn't charge a dime more.These guys are special. I'll be taking my vehicles to them for a long time.
