Worst customer services. If there was a way to put a no star or negative star. Worst treatment I have ever been through. Bought tires with a 3 year road hazard warranty with assurance that my tires were protected. But when the side wall of the Firestone destination LE3 tire failed and almost caused me to crash, Firestone didn t protect my tires they tried to charge me for the tire again. Prorated the rude employee at the counter advises me. I was even asked to carry my own damaged tire. When I stated how not fair that was and that I was going to air my complaint in a review, the employee called someone and decided that they were going to refuse to replace my tire. Then when I asked for a manager or their information, the employee refused to give me the information I requested. The employee then proceeded to call the police to remove me from the property. Paid way more than BigO Tire would have charged and they would stand behind the road hazard warranty. What a fricken scam.

actually trash service scheduled an appt for a new set of tires at 11am and went home, after a few hours around 4 i called to check the status of my vehicle and they said its coming up right give us about an hour or so no problem i continued about my day and called almost 2 hours later and they said the exact same thing and told me it ll be done today and to be sure to be there before closing. at this point i was extremely disappointed cause whats the point of the appointment if your time isnt gonna be honored anyways as i arrived 10 minutes before they re closing i see my car getting barely getting worked on with only barely only the first tire changed. trash service go to discount tire its only 30 more seconds away. you ll not only pay with your money but with plenty of your time

I had an appointment at 11am Saturday Feb 17th, and I arrived at 10:40. Everything seemed cool at first, got checked in, and I had asked what time it would be finished as I was going to walk across the street to the shopping center to kill time. I was told 12:30/1pm. I said perfect. Left did my thing, came back about 12:20 and sat there with nobody even in the building other than other guest waiting to be assisted. Finally after some time of waiting I got spoken to saying they were almost finished even though it didn t appear it to me, I said thanks and continued to wait. Then was asked about the free alignment check and that should only take 10 mins. So continued to wait. 2:43pm was when I was finally paid and sitting back in my vehicle. I get home and find out they didn t give me my wheel lock back, and forgot a valve stem for the rear driver side. So that was frustrating. I called the next morning (today Feb 18th) to let them know they had it, he confirmed it an so I went and picked it up. So for me the customer service experience was not that great. The price for the tires I got, and the extended warranty was decent though.

Joseph was extremely helpful, I had no wheel lock key in my vehicle and he had none available to take my tires off. I asked if he could find a location that could do so and if I could get the same day service at the other location. He made the call and yes the other location could do both jobs today for me. Thank you for being courteous and for your kindness Joseph, you're awesome!!!!

This shop and Firestone in general is extremely shady. I went to have my oil changed only to find that Firestone has stripped the drain plug and hadn't told me. I put in a claim, and they did not even take out the plug to inspect it, and then stated that I had an engine problem instead. I only got this information after MONTHS of calling and emailing trying to get an answer, with no response and being told conflicting things. Morally bankrupt and shady business.

I am updating my review. You can see my original review below. They first tried to fix the oil pan, and they got it to stop leaking, but it started leaking again after the next oil change. I let them know and they got me a new oil pan. A couple weeks later, I ran something over in the road and it really messed up my undercarriage. For the cost of a $10 estimate, they helped me get the car drivable again. I'm very happy about that. Mistakes happen but fortunately for me it built trust, and that's so important.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Took my Honda in for an oil change and now it s leaking oil. The oil pan nut is stripped and won t tighten, obviously something a tech can t miss. I m just disappointed I wasn t told and now I have a hassle to deal with after a routine oil change. I wish I read the review below!!! They over torqued it!

Please do not bring your vehicle here. I brought my car here just for them to check a squeaky noise from the brakes and a little shake when I come to a stop. They supposedly did an inspection which took them all day to do, which I had an appointment?!?! They then said I needed new tire rod ends and a new rotor. So I made an appointment again to have my tire rod ends replaced, rotor and an alignment, which took them all day again! After all that, my car is running way worse then before. The brakes still makes noise, my car is really shaky when coming to a stop or when going 30-40 mph, the steering wheel moves around a lot, my car moves to the left and there's a rattling noise coming from the driver side tire. I took it back again, explaining that my car is driving worse after they fixed it. They now tell me it's my control arms that need to be replaced which they never told me from the previous inspections with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they will break your car and I will not use their services again!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Absolute waste of time. I scheduled an appointment for an alignment. I was re-scheduled TWICE, then when I took my car in on the 3rd appointment, they left my car with a worse alignment than what I started with. My steering wheel is now crooked which was not the case when I took my car in.They said the alignment was left out of specification because they thought I wanted it that way.I filed a complaint, and was scheduled in for a 4th appointment, I brought the in car, it stayed for 2 hours only to find out nothing was done to correct my car. The steering wheel is still crooked, and the tech explained the steering wheel is crooked due to the camber being out of spec. which they cannot correct.Service: Wheel alignment

Staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I overheard a couple other customers conversations with them while I was waiting, even when the customers were jerks the guy at the front was calm and patient and kind.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change at 3pm and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours, so I had someone pick me up. 2 hours later, no call, so I called and they said they were going to start in it right then. I could come pick it up at 5:30 to be safe. Get there at 5:30, and it wasn t ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes. Finally get in my car and there are grease spots on the arm rest, door, steering wheel. I asked the guy for some wipes and he wiped it down, but nobody apologized or even acknowledged poor service. Save yourself an afternoon and a greasy car and go somewhere else.

I went in to have my windshield washer nozzles looked at, one of them was clogged and when I put in the washer fluid it completely leaked. I took it to Firestone and they inspected it for $10. They said one of the hose was unplugged. Waited for about an hour for them to fix and had to come back the next day to get some clips that go with the hoses. I should ve checked it but there was no washer fluid in my car so today I bought some and put some in and it squirted to the opposite direction of the windshield. Which is upsetting so I went back in and told them it seems that they made a mistake with the hoses and the person said we checked it and it sprayed.. I am not sure what sprayed out because it was empty. This upset me more. They said I can bring it back in but the trust is not there. Not sure if I will be taking it back to this place nor having anymore business at this location.

False information about their open times. Google search said they were open at 7:30am and was told we would be the first car to be helped. Arrived, checked in and kept getting told the mechanic was running late and didn t even get our car on the lift until after 8:30am. We were very communicative about being on a tight time crunch and they keep telling us it wouldn t be long. While watching them change our tire the attendant started working on our tire then walks away and starts working on another car. All the while taking their sweet time. It took over an hour for a simple tire change and they ended up charging over $140 just for a tire change and what is their cheapest tire. First and last time coming here. Only come if you have a full day with nothing to do and with appointments not if you have an emergency and anywhere to be at a certain time. Only gave two stars because they actually changed the tire. Plus warranty is extra charge.Service: Tires

Zero stars! Had a 12:30 appointment today to have a tire replaced and received an email with that my car was ready for pick up along with the receipt. Long story short..I brought it in for alignment, they did nothing to it, then told me it was done. Not happyMore background on this. My car drove straight before, but then I had some bushings replaced. It still tracked straight but the steering wheel was not aligned on center. So I brought it to get it aligned here. After I got my car back the first time the alignment was worse. It pulled to the right. They told me my axles, tie rods and hubs needed to be replaced and that is why they couldn t align it very well. So I had those replaced for both sides just not tie rods as my mechanic checked those out and said those were fine anyways I brought it back and they worked on it for like 10 mins and then they told me it was done. Well they didn t align it. They just put it up on their alignment machine and figured I wouldn t be able to tell they didn t do anything since it was only slightly off at this point. Well I did notice. They didn t even give me the alignment sheet the system spits out after the service is done. I know my car can track straight. They check it at the dealer every six months or so and it always came a out fine. Now it consistently pulls to the right. I will have to look for another place to get it aligned at now. I needed to have another car also aligned, but I am not coming back. They just lost some more business.

Worst service experience, had an appointment for 8:30 am,drop car off for an inspection,due to sounds coming from the front suspension. Get a call at at 3:30pm saying the tech did not reproduce the sounds during the road test and if I could go with him on another road test. I said I would be there in 20, and they said that works. I show up, I am told I had to wait another 20 mins for the tech... I just said I can't wait that long and ask for my keys back. I dont think they even looked at my car other than just the road test. WASTE OF MY TIME I WON'T BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING THIS DUMP..What's the point of making an appointment. Too bad I can't give them 0 rating

*HONDA OWNERS BEWARE* The front desk associates were friendly but the service done on my vehicle has been catastrophic over the past few months. I brought it in for a routine oil change, during the service, the shop contacted me to let me know my drive belt was bad and needed to be replaced and I agreed. Within the week after leaving the shop my car began making a loud grinding noise. I took it to a Honda Dealer to get an official Diagnosis and they officially stated the last mechanic put the incorrect drive belt on. I took it back to Firestone to be corrected and had thought it was fine. I had the Honda Techs look again during my next routine oil check and now I was presented with two issues. Firestone had over-torqued the oil pan drain plug and destroyed the threads on my oil pan causing it to be immediately replaced. They also noted the Drive belt has been stretched, the tensioner worn and the tension on the belt extremely low; the same belt that I had replaced just a few short months prior.I am now out over $1000 dollars in repairs all due to bringing it in to this Firestone. All Honda Owners please beware, the work done on Honda's is terrible and will lead to paying even more down the road.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

2 stars because staff was friendly. However made a 7am appointment for a simple oil change and was told my car would not be ready till 4pm. Was told this is because I made the appointment online, so asked to reschedule (in person) for a different day and was told it would still not be ready until 1pm no matter what day I scheduled.It was explained that he had only one tech, ehich fine, but with an appointment there is NO acceptable reason an oil change takes 5 hours. Highly recommend to go elsewhere for simple services. I am a long time customer and will not be returning.

Went in for a new tire. Was told the pricing per tire from another Firestone that couldn't squeeze me in for the day. Went in and they set me up with a price without asking which tire I would like. I wanted the cheapest all season. They asked me where I got my price from. Told them, and they altered the pricing. After the repair, they told me that the other person who had put brand new tires on stripped the lug nut. Total lie. Had to drive and purchase new lug nuts. After repair when I drove about 60mph, the car would start to shake and pull to the right. These are issues that I did not have before repair. Currently inspecting and repairing anything necessary on my own. Don't go here.

These guys were the best, I was at another Firestone (83rd lower buckeye) waiting for almost 45 minutes and when I ended up stepping outside to ask the tech if he could patch my tire (back passenger) he told me I could leave it over night or just put air in it. (At that time my tire was at 17 psi) I called this Firestone and the guy was so helpful, I felt superbad because it was close to closing they put my spare on and were willing to allow me to come in early to get a replacement.These guys were so helpful and I am definitely appreciative for them staying a bit longer to help me.

Firestone must be under new management. They used to be good and communication was perfect. I used to brag about how good they were. NOW they are horrible!!! I left my car there 6 hours for a simple diagnostic test. I called twice and the rep said they were pulling the car in. Which the car was in the same spot from the morning when I decided to take it. At another time, I had an appointment for my AC. The rep said, it will be fixed same day and it wasn't. I understood, but then the clerk said don't worry Sir, I will have it done by 1100 the next day. I called at 1030 to check the status and nobody had even looked at the car. I didn't get the car back until 1600 later that day.

I was in a bind because my car broke down on Saturday and I had to be at work on Monday and my kids had to be at school as well...in California. After having it towed to a different mechanic on Saturday and having to stay over night they informed me on Sunday their mechanic didn't show to work that day. I then called about 5 or 6 other Firestone dealers and all of them were booked. When I called this store, I explained my situation to Mark, the store manager, and he was able to squeeze me in that same day for a car starter replacement. AAA wasn't able to get my car to Firestone until almost 3pm, Firestone closes at 5pm on Sundays. Mark's team went above and beyond and stayed open until 6pm to finish the work on my car and get me on the road that same day. He even honored a 10% discount from the previous store. A million thank yous for everything you and your team did Mark!

Two star only because staff was friendly, but I did have the worst experience, took my car for break replacement and I have to return 3 times because they didn't do a right inspection plus they released the car without the hand break working at all, and this happened twice. This is a big red flag talking about safety this could cause a big a accident, so disappointed hooo and I was charged for over $1000 dollars

I won't lie I'm live down the street from this firestone but started going to the one on 83rd and lower buckey because the service there was just not good. Poor communication. But I stopped there today because one of my tires was flat and had no choice but to go to this one. But I will say I had a great experience today Rick who is the new manager is on top of his stuff. So if you stopped coming here I recommend you give them another shot. New manager and new team. Great communication with no bad surprises. So thank you guys again.

Great customer service. It's hard finding a shop you can trust with your car. I've been to so many shady places. Ben and Joel took care of me explained everything in detail and gave me options on how to move forward. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into unnecessary services that would cost me money. Guys at the shop were really friendly too they got a good crew!

Went for a routine oil change. I usually go to the Firestone near my home in Goodyear, but they were busy and couldn't take any walk-ins. I decided to go to this location, and it was the worst mistake. I dropped my car off for the oil change and told them I will leave it there for a few hours (3hrs specifically) because I was going to watch a movie. They told me it'll take about 30 minutes for it to be finished, and I told them "great I'll still pick it up in about 3-4 hours once when the movie is over". They told me to take my time and that they will call me when it was finished. During the movie, I received a phone call stating that my car was ready for pickup. I received the call about 20 minutes after leaving the shop. I thought how wonderful that they finished it in such a timely manner! Well... that was the thing I regret saying. When I went back to the shop after 3 hours, the mechanic was in the back of the shop for quite awhile. I got worried until I saw him come back. He tells me "I'm sorry ma'am but your car was never serviced yet" I was in shock and showed him the voicemail I received. He then tells me he'll change my oil right now and it will take 15 minutes. So now I'm concerned they are going to rush my oil change and not do a good job--and I was right. He told me they topped off my fluid for the inconvenience and finished my oil change. I brushed it off and said it was fine. I finally drove off and as I got to the light of the intersection to leave the property, I receive a phone call from the shop telling me to return. Now at this point I'm annoyed. Mechanic tells me that he needs to check my car again because as I drove off he noticed something was leaking from my car. Now I'm really annoyed. He checks my car and realized it was just extra fluid when they refilled it. Another mechanic noticed my demeanor and decided to compensate my next oil change. Although it was a nice gesture, after this experience how can you expect me to trust you with my car again??? This made no sense to me. Needless to say, I was very unhappy about my previous service at this location and I will give them one more chance and to utilize this free oil change voucher from them. Let's hope my car is serviced on time and I pick it up with no issues.
