It says they close at 6. But I got here at 630 and there are still working on cars. Several people. I needed to replace all my tires but I just needed air in one tire for me to bring it in the next day. Manager Elaina, because that's what she said she was , said no, that all her compressors where off. I felt left out. Why couldn't they just help me air up one tire but they are still open for what it looked like full tire replacements on other vehicles ? Anyways. Elaina, I won't be coming to you guys for my new tires.

Picked up a bolt in my tire on my way home from work. I'm a disabled veteran and have a hard time changing my tires now. Drew and his crew stayed open late to ensure that my tire was repaired even though they were extremely busy. Passionate customer service like this is unheard of these days, this is why Discount Tire and this location has my business forever! Thank you to the team!

Went to get tire checked for slow leak. Hector helped me, it was about 11:45 am, he made me appointment for 2:15 pm I left and came back at 2:00 pm was told it would be 1hr to 1 1/2 hour wait come on give me a break. I thought when you made appointment they should honor the appointment time. There was 2 cars in getting tire service 1 person in waiting room waiting. Not busy at all, so take your chances there it might be a hit or miss.

Drew was very helpful with making sure my choices of tires I have on my car were clear and took the time to show me different options and what best suited what I wanted as it is for a Corvette and tires are a little more complicated to pick out for what works best for my driving style. He was very professional and thorough!

I was driving down the road and ran over a screw, turns out Discount Tire was just down the street. Walked in, waited an hour and just like that my tire was patched for FREE. I was very pleased with my service, will definitely be back if I ever need anything again. Thanks to Drew and Elaina of the customer service department for being so kind and to the people in the service department for getting the tire fixed in a timely manner.

Came in to have my tire pressure sensors replaced. They were pretty backlogged. The automated text I received that showed the ETA and stuff needs updating. The original ETA passed, but the software didn't update the associated times.Despite the staff being overwhelmed with customers, they remained calm and pleasant to interact with.

Justin C helped me out after a long day of work and driving on a donut for 4 days. He made sure I got help quickly and professionally and made sure I was made aware of the amenities! My visit Friday went by so smoothly, and I couldn't thank Justin and the team enough. Highly recommend!

With or without appointments you ll wait 30 minutes to even speak to someone. They will notice a line of 5+ customers and will have 1 or max 2 representatives helping with the line of customers. Today I waited the 30 minutes just to be told they did not have my tire in stock even though I had just purchased the set 3 weeks ago. I needed a replacement for a hole in my tire. When I had originally purchased my tires, I booked an appointment and still waited 30 minutes to be seen. If you are in a rush, do yourself a favor and go to a different store.

I came in on lunch break to have a screw removed from my new tires that I bought somewhere else. They remove the screw and patch my tire for free and did it in 15 minutes... The staff was incredibly fast and friendly and I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly suggest you bring your car or truck here for any tire needs.

We have religiously used this location, even driving from Goodyear. However, we will no longer take our vehicles here! On 11/27, I brought my Lexus in to have tires installed that I had already ordered and paid for the Saturday before. I scheduled an appointment the day before I was planning to drive the vehicle to Colorado. The morning of, my fianc� called and inquired if I could possibly come at 11:45 or 12 instead of 11:15. He was informed that there was absolutely NO possible way and that I had to be there on time for my appointment or I could not get in that day at all! So, I was sure to be there on time! When I arrived, after driving over twenty five minutes to get there, I was told that my tires were not even there and I would have to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour to see if they showed up. OR...I could come back later. I said that my fianc� had called and he was told that I had to be there on time when it would have clearly been just fine for me to have come late like I had requested, the man he spoke to was right there and shrugged and said "Yeah, That's what I told him. I hoped they would be here, but they aren't." So, he knew my tires were not there. Nobody apologized. We had made it very clear that I was on a VERY tight schedule. Johnny, said he would squeeze me in when I came back later and get me in and out fast. I agreed to come back in the afternoon. It completely messed up my entire schedule for the day, leaving me no time to get what I needed to done. When I came back, They got it in, assuring me it would be quick. It wasn't. When It was in the bay for about 30 minutes, I was told it would be just ten more minutes. about 40 minutes later, they led me out to the bay to have me back my own vehicle out. Still, no apology for the inconvenience. On my trip, I had to have air added to my tires because they were not even. The nice valve stem covers that came on my Lexus were all removed and replaced with mismatched plastic junk. I paid nearly $1400 for new tires and for substandard service, and I am sorry I went out of my way to give them any money. If I could return these tires and go somewhere else, I would. This shop has gone downhill and i am beyond disappointed with the entire experience. I am sure I am forgetting something, but that is the gist of it. Don't waste your time or your money here. They got my money and after that, they obviously didn't care about me one bit.

What a waist of time. Called 2 times to double check on a tire. They said we have it. Drove 45 min one way and after waiting 20 min more in the office guy comes back saying he couldn't find the tire. Weird cause they said they had 4 in stock and I just needed 1.

Visited the Lower Buckeye rd location. Hector was absolutely wonderful. Fast service. I had a nail in my tire, and it was fixed within 20 minutes.

I've yet to have a bad experience here, and I don't believe this will be one either (currently waiting).I've stopped here just before a road trip for some tires and they managed to get me on the road in about 30 minutes. It was amazing considering we were walk-ins.Tonight is a little different, but still impressive. I'm not sure if they're scheduled to work so late or if they're just eager to get people tires, but they offered to install new tires on my car as long as I showed up before close. Well, I did, and they let me know it would be ready by 8. They close at 6. They took a late walk in on what looked like a VERY busy day. They sure didn't have to squeeze me in, but they did. I'm excited to get my car back. I'll update this if something goes wrong

Great service from this location. Had 4 new tires installed within an hour. Drew was very helpful getting an issue resolved, can't thank him enough. This is my 3rd or 4th set of tired from this location, will continue to go here.

The local team at this location is fantastic! I was late for an appointment and it was a few minutes before they opened, but the gentlemen outside setting up were helpful and got a gauge to see if my tire was too low to fill. Since it was and I had a Dr.s appointment in Gilbert they were quick to say stand in line, and once they get you processed, we won't take long to repair or replace it!They were right! The inside office staff and the repair technicians were all super helpful and were able to repair my tire in a record 20 minutes!I always get great service at this location, but Monday they went above and beyond, and it was very appreciated!!

Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u! If you are in the market to purchase new tires, rim's or need a tire fix. This location can help with all your tire needs. Very friendly with plenty space to sit or park. You can also see your vehicle being work on as they have a big mirror with chairs to sit in. The location has plenty of magazines to make your time fly. The tire shop is also located around restaurants, stores and gas stations to allow you time to distract while you wait. The great customer service clean inside and outside, I highly recommend this place!

Justin decided to ask why I just wanted my wheel and tire back after they couldn t patch it and I said I only had about 70$ to budget and he gave me 136.50 for my old tire and the 19 Goodyear Eagle tire came out to 75.41 tax included. Justin sealed the deal by giving me a deal I couldn t refuse. Thank you Justin

Great, friendly, and fast service! Joseph took great care of us. We woke up Sunday morning to a flat tire, found a nail in it. Took the car in at 2 PM. Tire got fixed and we got to pick the car up the same day!

Took my car here today. It was a great experience, fast efficient professional they got me two new tires rotated balance. Got everything together all within an hour. I do recommend going early be the first ones there if you do not have an appointment or make an appointment because the line was so long. I was so thankful I was there right when they opened . They got me in and out No problem Thank you for the professionalism, streamlined process and it be hassle free.

I was here on 10/19 to get me tire check due to a leak on the passenger tire side and was told I needed 1 new tires with changing both front tires so they can match and my total was coming out almost $700 and the guy helping me with glasses said I wouldn t find it cheaper else where and if I go Toyota they would over charge me but what s crazy is when I called them after I left the store, Toyota was under their $700 total which the guy lied saying they are cheaper compare to dealerships or anywhere else, definitely never going back to discount tires.

Recently took my Evo in for a rotation and balance; the tech who helped me knew what he was talking about and spoke to me as a peer. After discovering wear and bubbles in the tires, they allowed me to check out the damage and took the time to explain what they were seeing. They suggested alternative tires better suited for my car and discussed my options with me. I ended up purchasing a new set--they were able to get the new tires on and I was out the door within a half hour.
