This is a really nice hotel for the area. Very clean. Amenities are nice. Breakfast is usually pretty good. Friendly staff. I only wish they had an on-site restaurant. And sometimes the rooms aren t completely stocked which is my reason for a 4 star. But other than that this is a great place to stay. I won t stay anywhere else in town.

Nice, new hotel. The complimentary breakfast is terrible. The waffles are pre made and wrapped and are soggy and the paper sticks to them. The blueberry compote is hard and crunchy like peanuts. Serious downturn from past years. No pasties, to eat after the waffle mess. Disappointed. Also, i read a lot of positive commets about the closet in the room however it doesn't have a light, so it's dark in there. Also, the pool is SMALL and doesn't accommodate many

This is a very well-managed hotel. They have a really good breakfast spread. The only disappointment I had was we were up at 7 am and went to get ourselves coffee and toast and the spinach egg quiche and when we returned to get the kids at 830, they had 4 types of egg selections and more selections on choices than the 7 am hour had. They should allow all selections to be available for everyone staying at 7 am or when they open for breakfast. Felt unfair. But overall, a great experience and close to my family's property in Fort Thomas.Rooms: Nice and roomy suites.Walkability: You can walk to Dennys.

From the moment you walk in you can just tell your experience/stay is going to be more enjoyable staying at Springhill. All the rooms are huge! I've stayed here over 50x in the last year and never had a bad experience. Very clean, staff is amazing, breakfast is great, pool is always nice, and gym is always clean.Special shout out to Destiny and Maria at this location. They always have a smile on their faces and always treat you as a friend and not a customer. When I see either of them my day is made!Both are a huge reason I continue to only book here and nowhere else in the area!Keep up the great work ladies!

Very clean. Breakfast buffet is among the better breakfasts. I dinged it a star because the pillows just didn't cut it. They didn't supply any support and were too flat. Rooms are nicely laid out and comfortable but for a suite are smaller than expected especially the bathroom. Pretty much similar in size to a standard hotel room with a sitting area at the expense of bathroom size.

I spent 2 nights a week here for the last 3 years, and although being on the road was rough, they all made my time away from home enjoyable! The Sales manager Maria always made sure everything was perfect for me. In the rare cases my company had to book me another hotel in the area, rooms nowhere near as nice and Staff not as awesome. For me, there's only one place to stay in the area. The Springhill Suites!!

The hotel is beautiful, especially for such a small town. The employees are extremely kind and polite. The pool was nice and refreshing for a good cool down in high heat. The only real downfall to us, was that the water pressure wasn't that great. Breakfast is your typical breakfast found at a hotel. Our stay was short, but very enjoyable.

The rooms are very quiet, clean, and beautifully furnished. They have a modern look without feeling cheap. The hotel staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. A group of us is staying here for an extended period of time for work and need to leave the hotel by 5:30 in the morning. The hotel staff graciously offered to have the free continental breakfast ready early so that we would be able to eat. And the breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend this hotel.

We visit Safford often and found ourselves unwilling to stay at the other chain hotels in the area.Wow what a refreshing change in comparison to the mediocre, outdated, un-maintained nearby Quality Inn or the equally dismal Comfort Inn.Immediately upon our arrival we were met by the highly professional uniformed front desk staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued.We found our room pleasant, spacious, warm and inviting. The room was nicely appointed with any and everything we could need and absent of any maintence issues. The beds were high quality and beyond extreamly comfortable.Sadly, we did encounter a problem with the guest staying directly above on the 2nd floor. At 2am he decided to hold a foot stomping festival in his room as he forcefully marched back and forth. I immediately made a call to the front desk and within minutes the problem was quickly resolved and we didn't encounter any further sleep disruptions.Upon check out, the girl at the desk appoligized profusely for our interrupted sleep. While l know she wasn't responsible for the disturbance, it was truly nice that she even cared enough to offer her concerns.Overall, l can't say anything negative about our stay here. The staff we encountered were inviting as well as extreamly professional, caring and sincere. The rooms meet and exceeded our expectations. I felt that my concerns were take serious and effectively dealt with in a prompt manor. Unlike the nearby dump hotels, our in hotel breakfast included hot quality food.I have found a new place to stay while visiting Safford.I truly believe that you will be equally pleased with any future stay at the Safford SpringHill Suites. They've earned my respect as well as my future business.

This is a great hotel to stay at. We have stayed here multiple times and have been happy with every visit. The rooms are always clean. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. The pool is heated which makes for a nice swim even on a cool morning. There is no jacuzzi here. They have a free breakfast which is nothing special but always filling. Denny s is right next door to the hotel and they will deliver to the hotel and the hotel staff will bring the food up.

I normally have an excellent stay here but this trip was a nightmare. We checked in and the girl at the desk didn't know what she was doing. I had booked my trip on hotels.com and paid for it. Today upon checking out I found out that the hotel charged me again. When I spoke with Maria, the girl at the front desk, she kept talking over me and was very rude. I told her to listen to me. She was very rude. Then, on top of it, yesterday housekeeping never cleaned our rooms or threw out the trash at the very least. I was not impressed. The pool area ran out of towels and the girl at the front desk was rude to a couple of guests who went to ask for more towels. I am not sure what is going on but this is not the same place I have been to before. I am calling the Manager tomorrow after 8:30 to discuss. I am not happy about this stay at all. Plus we had kids running up and down the hall last night and this morning. Ugh!

We have stayed here multiple times without problems. Currently, we are here and the hotel management has allowed a rave party with full on DJ and sound system blaring in the hotel. It is currently 10:20 PM without and regards to the tenants staying in the hotel. There was not a notice that this was happening. Unfortunately this is a deal breaker. We will never stay here again.

The microwave is super small and it is really loud. The pool never gets cleaned. Every room is small. And I have to go down to the front desk everyday because my key to me room doesn't work and it is super annoying. Also I went down stairs because I needed housekeeping and when I was walking down there this lady gave me the dirtiest look . After an hour and 30 minutes they skipped my rrom. Theirs trash cans in the room are small and it smells in the rooms.

It's a very nice hotel. However they aren't handling the pandemic well. They have a reduced breakfast to just pre-made foods which isn't mentioned on their website. Additionally they no longer do daily house keeping, although there was a paper inside the room that said they do. I won't be interested in going again until things go back to normal.

Had reservation for a king and when we got here they said they were sold out and changed us to a room with double beds. No discount or anything just a small lunch bag with a bag of chips, nutter butter, and small candy bar. Somehow this makes up for not standing by a reservation?Hotel over all seems to be a nice and newer hotel. Front desk was nice and friendly.

Very poor service and other room details during stay. Email sent to Management. GM replied with service recovery, which was appreciated.
