My Car is always ready for me in a clean good to go condition. The Thatcher Enterprise folks know how to take care of their customers. I frequently travel with drop offs & sequential rentals--never any problem. For years we maintained our own fleet---I am certainly glad we entered into our relationship with Enterprise

Got a good rate on a month long rental back in March. Car was ready 4 hrs. late (was notified), but I ended up with a much nicer car. Lucinda is a top notch employee. Return was quick and painless.

Was great to work with! They were a little behind on the car I rented, so they upgraded me for the same price. Friendly staff and I enjoyed using the app for convenience

Received vehicle in timely manner. Reservation was for a vehicle for 7 people and received a clean Chevrolet Suburban. Returned vehicle without any problems. Very satisfied with service and price of rental.

Nice company to rent from. Usually best prices. I go directly to enterprise. Com. These discount rights dont seem to have any better deals and sometimes my membership points dont get credited when i reserve through them. Cars are nice and clean.

Wasn't given a choice as to what was available, would have paid more than what my insurance is paying for a vehicle that doesn't feel like a "low rider", and sits up higher off of the ground. I need both of my knees replaced, and this generic car is uncomfortable to get in and out of. I have the music I like on cd's, so I don't listen to the radio. I brought my CD case, and there is no CD player in this cheap car. The sales person was so cold that I personally will never deal with this company in Safford again.

In a word, horrible. Worst experience ever with a car rental company. My daughter had gone in to Enterprise in person a good two weeks in advance of when we needed the car to reserve a comfortable car for a trip up to the Grand Canyon. Although we didn't plan to leave until the morning after Christmas, the woman who took the information said the car had to be picked up on Friday afternoon because they're closed on Saturday and Sunday and also weren't planning to be open the day after Christmas. We were there at 1 p.m. today to pick up the car. The Enterprise desk was closed; the people in the Ford dealership said the woman working had decided to take off at noon and get an early start on her holiday weekend. This is despite the fact the website clearly states they're open on Friday afternoons. What really, really ticks us off is she had emphasized that the car had to be picked up on Friday afternoon.We have rented from Enterprise many times in the past in other locations and have never encountered behavior as unprofessional as what happened here in Safford.

Those girls r so nice & helpful !!! - I ddnt no u need a reservation - but I got my rental real quick anyway - just had to make a FONE call !! Thanks Enterprise !!

Very comfortable, easy to maneuver, great on gas, spacious and the AC was ice cold! Would highly recommend this truck. Would definitely rent it again.
