Quick and reliable work. They'll even help you get your claim started if your car needs a new windshield.We also had them install the windows in our home. They did a great job!!! Definitely recommend them!!!!

During a visit to Safford, I got a crack in my windshield that quickly spread across the entire windshield. I had the windshield replaced at E.A. Glass and at first, had some concerns about the work when I picked up my vehicle. I expressed my concerns to the staff and shortly after received a call from Valerie in the front office and she wanted to make sure my concerns were addressed properly. She offered to address my concerns quickly and made it convenient for my schedule. I appreciate the work E.A. Glass has completed for me and I really appreciate the customer service that was shown to go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you E.A. The customer service at EA Glass is second to none. Our vehicle was broken into with two windows busted out. Was very impressed with the service here. Need a home window replaced before my vacation they came through. I installed myself but they had the glass cut and in the frame in 2 days. Impressive!!!

Had a windshield replaced and they finished ahead of schedule even though I didn't drop it off on time(2 hours late). They were able to work directly with my insurance, so all i did is drop it off and pick it back up after their friendly receptionist called to say it was ready. Very Happy guy righr here

Id have them for my best friends if I could! They're AWESOME! They did a vintage house window project for us that took someone with different skill than today's skills. They did wonderfully! Hire them if you need glass work!

Valerie at E.A Glass is an amazing person. Called to replace my door glass had a break in!! Wanted to use a local business instead of someone from out of town. Called E.A. Glass costumer service over the phone was great A+. Scheduled an appointment for the next day, they were here first thing in the morning. They got to work, gave me my keys and I went out opened and shut my door tons of glass still inside! So I called E.A. Glass back told them that I was unhappy with the work they did the lady said she would tell the manager I never got a call back. Started to take the door off myself noticing some clips and screws are missing I mean what the hell come on guys. This is not what I would expect from a professional establishment. Finished taking off the door and vacuuming out the rest of the glass, put everything back together the right way. People were nice but poor quality of work not happy. family and friends will not be using E.A. Glass ever again.

If you find yourself in Afford Arizona and need a windshield replaced (or ANY glass needs for that matter) go to Boulevard Glass and avoid this place like the plague. Trust me, save yourself some money and pain and go to an honest place.
