Amazing business with amazing service. I lost my wheel nut lock key, couldn't find a replacement, and needed my wheel nuts removed. These guys are a mobile business but they let me come to their shop when I told them my predicament. They got me into their shop in less than 10 minutes and when I arrived they guided me into their bay and got the wheel nuts off in less than 5. They didn't even charge me after. They even ordered new wheel nuts for me to pick up only a few hours after. I just swung by after work and grabbed em for just over $20. They made everything seamless for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. They were incredibly nice. Cara is the main manager and she is very professional, very kind, and works hard to deliver top notch service. If you're in the area or need a mobile service, please give these guys a try. They're worth it and businesses this good deserve to grow. Thank you Lug Wrench Heros for saving my day. If I would have gotten a flat or something I would have been SOL but you guys hooked me up and we're extremely generous. Car troubles are the worst but you guys took amazing care of me. I do not think I have every had such a great customer service experience with an auto body shop. Every single employee was professional, kind and really kept me informed. I was in an auto accident and my adjuster would not reply to my emails. Jake told me not to worry about it he would handle it for me. He was true to his word and then some. I cannot say enough good things about this shop or the people working there. I hope they are well appreciated people like them are not easy to find. Thank you!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Took my Jeep into Wrench Doc because I had a really weird noise coming from the turbo and they helped figure out my issue fast, the staff was really friendly, and the shop was brand new. I had an issue where my daughter was involved in a collision. Unfortunately there was no collision coverage on our vehicle. There was only liability coverage. This meant that I had to pay for the repair entirely out-of-pocket. I called a few other repair shops and there was an incredibly long wait time. I understand there are supply chain issues and parts are in short supply and it is very hard to get a good repair done nowadays. This company understood my situation and tried to help me out to the best of their ability to keep the cost as low as possible. They went through extra time and effort to find parts all over the country which were shipped out and lowered the cost of my repair. I feel like I found a good shop that actually has a heart and cares about its customers. Thank you for everything and I appreciate it!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Excellent mechanic shop! The mechanics here are very good at what they do and the customer service is very good as well! They answered all my questions and gave me options on how to get my problem fixed. The waiting room was very nice too, I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing store. Traveling thru Arizona, stopped off for a suspension check up. From amazing customer service to very professional mechanics. If I could I would give 6 stars.
