Dropped wheels off for an offset modification to be made. High end 2-piece wheels were treated with care and professional precision...remounted on my car and perfection was accomplished. Great service and accommodation from Steve in Sales/service and and the team in the machine shop. Wish I knew it would be so ease free and seamless sooner.

In a world where it is so hard to find people to do what they say and take pride in their work WSI absolutely delivered!! Was referred by a few good friends and took them my $10k semi style wheels. They mounted and balanced them, not one scratch on them and 90mph and not even a hint of a vibration! Dave s communication was awesome and the guys helping unload and load everything for me was top notch! Can t praise them enough!

I took my vehicle to Discount Tire to get four new tires. The young attendant stripped my locknut key by using a torque gun instead of a hand socket wrench. Discount Tire said there was nothing they could do, leaving me without a resolution on how to get the wheel off.The Lincoln dealership also couldn't assist, and I was sent to four different locations across the valley, including some specialists, but none were successful. Some attempted unsuccessfully, while others suggested welding off the bolts, with no guarantee of the cost or damage.After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take.As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. Within the hour, he called to say it was done, and the relief I felt was incredible. After a week of frustration, I finally found my savior.When I went to pick up the vehicle and expressed my gratitude to Dave, I noticed his two cut knuckles. He said he did the work himself it wasn't easy, going through four sockets and scraping his knuckles a few times. I've never experienced such incredible service and felt such elation because someone had the heart to help someone in dire straits. I am forever grateful.

I would highly highly recommend Wheel Specialist Inc! Dave Sleater was fantastic to deal with and an all around great guy. This is my first EV and he was able to guide me to a wheel and tire setup that would still give me the performance and look I was going for while getting the best ride and wear from such a heavy vehicle. My only regret was not finding these guys earlier. The shop was cleaner than most operating rooms that I work in. I called around to multiple places and WSI had the best prices and hands down the best customer service. They even threw in a quick upgrade and painted the brake calipers to blend in behind the satin black wheels. I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 a hundred times over!

I visited Wheel Specialists to address a persistent air leak issue in one tire specifically that was bothering me, I suspected a valve stem problem. Thankfully Dave Sleater quickly identified the real culprit: a cracked rim, which could have been quite dangerous if left unnoticed. They showed me the rim that was affected and where the crack was in person. I replaced the rims after a few weeks of deciding with the help of Dave. He even took out some of the options so I could see the rims side by side to visualize it with my car, ended up picking the one I didn't like in the photos . Their fast and professional service had me confidently back on the road in no time. Dave's professionalism made the selection and installation process seamless and efficient. Highly recommend for their prompt and expert service!

Emi, Dave, Cedar and Steven all went above and beyond for me today. Brought the car in for changing out my rear tires and I had mentioned the car had a bit of a shake at around 80mph. The guys deep dived into the issue and helped resolve it for me. All of them were extremely polite and very well knowledge. I cant thank the guys enough for going way beyond my original appointment. I will be a forever and frequent customer as these guys show ultimate care for the customer.

I would recommend the Wheel Specialists for a few different reasons:They are a machine shop so they can make modifications to make sure you get the wheel and fit perfectly. My goal was to maximize the wheel and tire height to completely fill every inch I could under the wheel well.The Wheel Specialist will also measure your vehicle for a custom fit.The Wheel Specialist also went the extra mile for me. When I had a blow out and cut my air ride suspension the Wheel Specialist brought the wheels and tires to my shop where repairs were made so I could drive the vehicle back to their shop to make sure there were no issues of rubbing.Most places I went to were not up to the task. For example there is no way Discount Tire could handle this type of installation. Other places I looked at were way over priced. Bottom line, if you want it done right go talk to Steve at The Wheel Specialist.This is a 6 Star Review ******

Professional, courteous, expeditious service. Waiting room is very comfortable (fast WiFi, great seating) wish I had taken a picture!Went in for a cracked wheel replacement on an old BMW. The team at Wheel Specialists found a great factory wheel and had it delivered / installed in 4 business days

First time using Wheel Specialist, after Discount tire trashed yet another set of my wheels, and will be coming here from now on.Chris and the team were friendly and hopeful, making spending my money less painful.I was impressed with their timing, no waiting around wondering when they will actually start working on my Audi, they took the Q5 straight in and started! Comfortable waiting area, with lots of wheel candy to look at.Chris can't make coffee to save his life though! Only joking, I'm sure he can, if the machine was working, lol. Pricing wasn't any different from the big chain stores, but service was much better. Very pleased.

Work was completed exactly when they said it would, went above to find other issues with picture proof that other tire shops had missed and balanced the tires far better than they had been before, all in all 5/5!

If you have a high end vehicle and are looking to get high end wheels. There's no place better or more experienced. Also has in hpuse machine shop to drill custome offsets etc.

The absolute best place to go if you are looking for tires and wheels. These guys are all about the customer. They aren t trying to rush you out and get your money quick and move to the next sale. These people take there time and I will only buy from WSI. Curtis Price is the best in the business and has a customer for life!

Had a great experience here. First time buying rims for my baby. Obie took the time with to search for my perfect ones. He wasn t pushy or rushing me because I was definitely being picky. Which is understandable it s a costly upgrade for a car. (Not the best picture at the time but I was so excited!)And they were really caring when the balancing was off, and really made the effort to get me in as soon as possible to correct the issue. Curtis is my go-to guy for wheels. I've done 2 cars with him and he will have my business going forward as well. Very knowledgeable and he does what he says. I had a few snags with one of my cars but it was handled professionally and quickly. Thanks guys!

So glad I followed recommendation from Detail Boss in North Scottsdale.I m very tentative to care for my vehicles and was told Wheel Specialists is the ONLY place to go.Beautiful facility, Advisors are knowledgeable & helpful, and more importantly - The technicians are competent! You don t find this level of quality anymore.I will continue to drive the distance for future business. Outstanding work guys!

WSI is known to service prestigious clients with different driving styles. Yet I am your average customer driving a 10-year old SUV. Adam was so professional, very knowledgeable and honestly answered all my questions and was transparent with all my concerns. He made me feel just as valuable to all his customers. Adam is a great role model & asset to this organization. I rarely write reviews but I was compelled to express my experience.

Jim Johnston and the team at Wheel Specialists are top professionals. These guys got my SUV in and done in less than an hour. They are my go to guys for tires and wheels. highly recommend them.

The car looks great! They were extremely helpful and my car looks exactly like what I wanted it to. The treatment I received was no different from the high end clients that they have, I could not have been happier.

This is by far the best place to get tires and custom wheels in the Valley.Dave, the sales and service manager gave me a lot of personal time and attention to help me figure out what would work, what would look best, and what would still give me a great driving experience on and off road.Great advice before the sale and great service all throughout. Would give them 10 stars of I could.

These people work magic. I came in with a rim that had a bad case of "curb rash." There was even some base material missing. It took them 2 days and after spin balancing and reinstalling my wheel, it looked like new. Couldn't even tell it had been damaged.I hope that I never need their services again but it's good to know they are there.

Wow! What a great bunch of folks! Completely professional and very courteous. They were upfront and honest with me about potential issues with my existing tires as well as costs. Their investigation of issues with the vibration in my 65 Superformance Cobra was very detailed. They were able to get the majority of the vibration out of the car as well as being able to handle pin drive knock off wheels. (Just bring your own hammer). I cannot say enough great things about WSI. If you are tired (pun intended) of dealing with average to sub par tire and wheel shops, give these folks a try. They have earned all of my future business!Many thanks again!John

This is a fantastic business with excellent customer service - there's a reason they are always busy! I've dealt with Curtis Price on numerous occasions, including dealing with an issue, in which he went out of his way to resolve. Keep up the great work WSI!

They don't make tire shops any better than this one and their employees. Curtis and Ivan go over and above in customer care. You don't see that much anymore these days. And nice. I can't speak for their prices because I have never shopped them around. The service makes it all worth it. Thank you. Stay safe and keep it up. Hard to find these days.

I highly recommend WSI for any wheel and tire needs. Dave is super knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire staff is nice and friendly. It is apparent they all really care about the customer, the product and the results. They all go above and beyond to provide an excellent result. Now that we have found them we will not go anywhere else!
